At this point...
I don't see this doing much until we hear something of substance form the company.
Formal or informal....
An SEC inquiry is an SEC inquiry....I say they are all really FORMAL.
NEWS released - informative.

yep - I agree!
Try
With all due respect, I am not going to buy off of what 2 visitors to the company have to say anyway.
Waiting for news is the safe way.
Maybe / maybe not
I'm waiting a few days
There is no reason for the stock to go up.
Until there is news, it will trend down.
Fenian
As expected. I don't know why others were stating otherwise.
Alphatrade now shows CKYS
It is defintely on the greys
You can't accept PMs
You can't send them either!
We should applaud a company?
When it diluted the heck out of a stock, was never straightforward with the AS, etc.! I spent $20 several months ago when the stock was trading 004 - 005 to find out about Clynt's little moves! HA! He updates Pinksheets.com and two days later increased the AS.
Just be careful!
Numoney
They were removed from the Pink sheets because they failed to update their financials on a timely basis. They did get the financials completed on Pinksheets.com, but now they must either get the audited financials or have an MM complete the 15c-211.
IMO - they are trying to complete the business plan (see my prior post). As well, it has been difficult to buy this stock at 05 - and, I'm sure there's been some selling by people once we hit the grey market.
Again, refer to my previous post - crunch time will be here soon enough. There are plenty people here who have been here for quite some time and are not going anywhere.
Website Update? or not?

I've not looked close enough at his over the past months to see if has been updated or not.
Connecting some dots. . .
On 4/11/2006, FLNA established a joint venture in Russia named Nika Oil. It was created to purchase crude oil processed in Russian refineries for export. In addition, Nika planned to take controlling ownership of significant Latvian oil assets.
As of today, Nika has not accomplished this...yet, at least.
Map of the Baltic Sea: http://encarta.msn.com/map_701510462/Baltic_Sea.html
See where Latvia is located? Hmmm - that's the Baltic Sea, isn't it?
4/11/06, CEO quote: "Both companies benefit with this relationship because we have just recently signed a credit facility for $300 million dollars to be secured by crude oil & petroleum products, & the joint venture with Niko-Oil Ltd. gives us the management & contracts we have desired in the Russian Federation.
02/13/07 PR: In addition, we have been informed our application to acquire the energy assets located on the Baltic Sea has been approved. The directors of NIKA Oil stated, "This will be one of the larger acquisitions on the Baltic Sea, and we are confident the shareholders will be proud to be a part of it."
Latvia is on the Baltic Sea, no doubt.
05/24/06 - Excerpt from the Baltic Times: State, private shareholders agree on framework for sale of Ventspils Nafta
RIGA - State and private owners of Ventspils Nafta have reportedly agreed on principles for selling the state’s stake in the oil export terminal, one of Latvia’s most strategic assets. Economy Minister Aigars Stokenbergs said that he and Mamerts Vaivars, board chairman of Latvijas Naftas Tranzits, which controls Ventspils Nafta, have agreed on the basic principles for selling the state’s 38.6 percent stake.
08/30/06 - Excerpt from the Baltic TImes: Oil terminal sale ready for approval
RIGA - Consultants unveiled an auction plan for the sale of the government-held stake in the oil terminal Ventspils Nafta, one of the state’s few remaining prize assets to generate considerable interest among foreign investors. The state is hoping to fetch as much as 100 million euros from the sale.
10/02/06: Excerpt from www.latvians.com: Russian Firms Interested in Latvian Port

Russian firms are interested in buying the Latvian government-owned stake in the Ventspils Nafta holding company at an auction Thursday, the bank managing the sale said. One of the main assets of the company is the Ventspils Nafta Oil Terminal, Latvia's largest port, which used to specialize in handling Russian crude before supplies dried up in 2003.
And....look at the Fuelnation PR today on the Latvia News website: http://www.einnews.com/latvia/ as well as the Baltic Daily http://www.balticdaily.com/
Here's some further info on the Baltic Sea / oil region:http://www.eia.doe.gov/emeu/cabs/latvia.html
Furthermore, we consistently see references to OAO Gazprom. Anyone care to guess who they are or how big they are?
02/13/07 PR: Russian state-controlled gas monopoly OAO Gazprom said its net profit for the first nine months of 2006 rose 90 percent, boosted by the integration of oil unit Gazprom Neft as well as high international oil and gas prices. The world's biggest gas producer reported a net profit of 442.3 billion rubles (US$16.78 billion; euro12.95 billion) for the nine months ended Sept. 30 under International Financial Reporting Standards, up from 232.13 billion rubles in the same period a year earlier.
I'm starting to tingle inside.
Brian
You made that up! Now stop it!
LOL!
With all due respect
1. Whatever DC posts re: what company officials expect to happen with the suspension should be taken with a grain of salt until there is something official via PR et al means.
2. There are too many theories here (everyone has an opinion) and you can't trade now anyway . No one here knows what will happen - it's all SPEC_O_LATION.
3. If you miss a day's worth of posts here, you didn't miss anything (and this could be said about everyday so far since the suspension).
4. Go enjoy life, trade other stocks, and check back later when there is news from the company. I am truly amazed by the number of posts here - did people spend their weekend here?

It was there - I have a Master's Degree in CompEng - I know what is real and fake and how to trace it, etc.
It was real!
I agree
SLJB trades and we are suspended?
It will be interesting to see how this plays out - glad to have you here - MMed.
KKK
IMO - no one will be buying at the open on a grey sheet stock if we do not hear something before it opens.
I will have money ready as well, but I won't be buying at any price unless I see some update.
Thanks
I was wondering about that. Sounds like either audited or unaudited, it is MM BEWARE.
The MMs will make money on this.
Slorke
"According to DC, the AF's are in progress but very much incomplete"
Any idea on the expected time to complete?
Simply, reiteration:
"He said,in as much that either the UAF's or the lack of proof that there was a contract is the reason for the halt"
We already know this.
Sounds like he reiterated the suspension documentation...
We will find out soon enough.
Yeah - I agree with you King.
thanks

Go to tinypic.com
then look in the Tools section.
Soooo... $25MM contract announced 12 months ago!!
and we are just now hearing about this from the SEC!!!
Q: When was the $25MM contract first announced?
For those keeping score at home:
(1) contracts with the Department of Homeland Security and/or other government agencies,
(2) revenues received pursuant to those contracts, and
(3) accounts receivable generated by those contracts.
Everything else is irrelevant.
All 3 are connected.
There are 3 things being looked at by the SEC.
Everything else is irrelevant.
"trust me" ?
There is no proof of this nor is there proof of the true OS nor is there proof of many things here.
There is proof of commericails, products, etc.
Why not wait until the jury comes back in the room.
I got an idea!
Let's SUSPEND this board for 2 weeks and come back when there is material to debate about.

My 2 cents...
Audited financials should be included as part of a 10K, then I would imagine they will try to get on the OTCBB from the Pinks - which in itself could take a month. The process to go from the OTCBB to the Nasdaq/Amex is quite lengthy and could take 3 - 6 - 9 months easily. Getting established on the OTCBB is fine because we then become fully reporting - 8Ks, 10Qs, etc.
I think much of the other talk is premature at this point.

I can do it with a BMP, etc. file, not a PDF.
We need an image file.
Super
No word on share structure - I believe their stance is "what we have posted is it" - either believe it or not.
The video was good overall - spoke about products and relationships with military including orders. Mentioned as well orders with automobile manufacturers, but no specifics.

Hey Jude
Hey, Jude, don't make it bad
Take a sad song and make it better
Remember to let her into your heart
Then you can start to make it better
Hey, Jude, don't be afraid
You were made to go out and get her
The minute you let her under your skin
Then you begin to make it better.
Sorry - I got caught up in the moment....
