That $1.9m went right back into Aero, we're starting from a clean slate, and no one is hiding anything from us...it's all out there in the filings.

From day 1, Peacock, Andrew and Aero have been straight forward with investors. They never said that Aero's revs were to da moon.

Peacock delivered fccn to Aero as planned, the pps wasn't in the plan, IMO.

Peacock said way back in the shareholders meeting that he thought the pps would be at least .10, which would have led ggi to draw down much less shares to pay down their C/D. That didn't happen, but Hunsaker stepped up to the plate and delivered Aero to the fccn shareholders even though he had to give away 35% of his company. A man with integrity in my book !

Here we are at the brink of growth, and their are some who want to blame the company for the low pps. Blame the people who sold and said they were long, blame the constant bashing by shorters, blame the mm's.

But don't blame the people who worked their a$$ off....They delivered and are still working very hard for the shareholders. If you don't have what it takes to stick it out....walk away ! don't get pressured into selling by people who will buy them from you when you sell....Do you think no one was buying today....lol if you do your in the wrong business.

Maybe because Aero was 2 guys in a garage and now we're on 2guys garage.....lol, I'm glad I own them now. Just think of the growing pains that the 1st investors had to deal with for 6 years....They know whats coming.....

Aero only entered nascar in 2006 and we've been public for a whole 2 months, if that !

I can't say enough about it....

It saved me almost 15% on fuel, the engine runs efforlessly, acceleration is much improved, and the engine runs cooler.

Best of all there is very little difference in sound ! The engine is loader than the exhaust !

Nascar branding doesn't come cheap....

Now that we've reduced our debt, we can move forward as planned !

What works best and is used on race cars is a "tuned" exhaust system that carries away the exhaust with minimum restriction. However, the resulting noise levels are deafening and intolerable.

Thats the key....the super low restriction without the noise levels is why the technology works.

Aero lowered the restriction to save fuel, and figured out how to lower the noise level. the results are much better engine performance.

Tomorrows another day for Aero/ Dr Gas,and I'll see what i can get from Andrew....

As much as I want fccn's pps to go up, I wouldn't want to see fuel prices that high, just yet !

I don't notice a change in the Temp on my gauge due to the monster cooling system I have....

I do notice that my fan isn't kicking in....it was only 85 degrees though... on my last trip, the outside temp was 95 degrees...

Most people won't run out and just replace there muffler....but if you need to replace it, why not replace it with an Aero product....


It just makes sense.....

I can't believe how quickly the exhaust cools down after i shut down the engine.....in 5 min I can touch the Aero muffler with my hands and it only feels warm.

It just tells me that the engine is running as efficient as possible...

11.3 mpg from an average of 10 on a trip to NY and back to Fla in july.

260 mi round trip with a car in tow and the generator running 2 ac's... 23 gal of diesel fuel !

looks like a 13% increase :)

I'm real happy with that....especially with diesel at $3.42 per gallon here in Fla. My buddy up in ny filled his ambulance up in Queens, NY last night, at $3.97 per gallon. Ouch !

We all bleed together millman....

I think a much lower R/S is planned....Aero will get the pps up to .03 again and then do a R/S only to uplist on the nasdaq or Amex....

Parting with shares at this point is crazy especially when they will be long term tax gains in 08 !

That was exactly what i was talking about.

Like changing a chamshaft to smoothen out the idle. A real long duration cam will idle like a dragster...and a short duration will idle like a lexus...the best of both worlds will have a variable cam which idles smooth and gives you more HP on higher rpm's.

My RV runs much smoother due to the reduced back pressure from my Aero muffler. The transmission shifts effortlessly due to the increased torque band.

Way better than my best expectations......The power increase is just unexplainable, the engine breathes like theres no exhaust at all ! My wife said she couldn't believe how quiet and smooth the ride was.

I can't wait to fill up when I get home next week !

So why would insiders who converted their shares at .025-.035 vote to keep Javelin on.....They know what is about to happen here......There's a big change coming in the near future and some of us who hold millions of shares will be part of it, regardless of the constant negative pressure and manipulation going on....

Aero may not be the Google of exhaust yet.......but they have what it takes to be.....

I'm hanging around for the 1st and 2nd Q's before I even think of parting with any shares.....Aero people have to hold until next October....so we have a lot of Q's before then.

The new distributors want big amounts of Aero products, at least a three month supply on hand. These are the largest muffler distributors in the USA. Lets see how fast Dr Gas can make them for us.

If we had gotten a lower % of Aero, say 10% then Fccn's 600m shares would have represented 10% of the total O/S after the merger.

Fccn would have needed 6b shares for the share exchange.

Since we got 35% of Aero the O/S was way, way, lower than expected. 1.1b for Aero and 600m from FCCN made the new O/S 1.7b with the 1.1b Aero shares restricted for 1 year.

Nothing shady here....totally honest and transparent !

Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN), which recently closed its acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today issued a brief statement from management addressing language that was included in the share exchange agreement between Aero Exhaust and Franchise Capital regarding a potential future reverse split.

"The language included in the share exchange agreement was drafted long before the stock structure of the post-acquisition public company was known," stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust. "It allowed for the fact that there might have been an insufficient number of shares to consummate the share exchange transaction, so language was included that indicated that management intended to pursue a reverse stock split soon after the acquisition closed. Given the current structure of the company, management has no plans to pursue a reverse stock split in the foreseeable future.
