Tough to say if this last news is good or bad.
Let's call it neutral for now.
I thought that the dividend was for holders as of Dec 19 so that as of close Thursday should be the date. The 25 cents drop seems to validate this.
Somehow, I don't think MSO will drop much and expect $5.00 and up early new year. JMO...
Holding, for now.
g.p.
I'm not convinced. eom
On 100 shares at .018? eom
I would presume a buy at the ask because
I had a .0005 bid at the time and following that trade, I placed a small bid at .0006 (just over 3 minutes to closing,) and got a fill, while the .0005 stayed unfilled....
g.p.
Our real low, today, is .0012.
You can forget that .0008; an odd lot of 120 shares; less than a dime!
However, should the volume decrease again, tomorrow and still no press release whatsoever, the possibility of going back under .001 is, imo, probable.
g.p.
PS: I did add a little, today, but not at .0008!!!
It might but I do not think so.
It is not yet ex-dividend, I think.
After all, $4.70 is almost two dollars above the recent low; very tempting to cash in the profits for some..
g.p.
BTW, After hours trading is back around $5.00+
Teff, you know that
Mr One-liner has never proven any of his(her) boards.
Acquisitions? Remember those 2 LOIs, way back when
LUSI was still at a decent .10 or above? Not a simgle follow-up.
Growing revenues? From under $900, it would be horrendous if
the next revenues do not indicate some 'progress'...
at any rate, Income tax deductible time is now.
Taking advantage of this to recuperate a little...
g.p.
There are no moderators, here, at the moment, so
There is no way to find out who posted, recently.
CLQ remains an intermediate investment, for me, but my
SP average is about 50% above current price.
g.p.
Got a very small partial fill, late Friday.
Someone bought 100 of my shares.
Luckily, my Broker did NOT charge any commission so I could enjoy these $3.00 -lol-
The few recent press releases have not impressed me much; I've dumped part of what I had and should dump the rest, Monday. Perhaps, one-liner Olson will buy?
g.p.
This is a one-time special dividend and
is not likely to become 'permanent, as MSO
still does not show constant net profit.
Hope you're right though.
g.p.
Unexpected but welcomed news!
J.C. Penney... Dec div...
a nice 33% gain...
g.p.
Not so fast.
I'm sure I'm not the only one holding worthless
shares in Companies that do no longer exist.
So, down only when you sell? lol
g.p.
I would not say that!
It may be maintained by people like us who hope
beyond hope that something will happen.
So far, old LOIs with no consequences,
containers changed to paper (if there is ever
a demand for the product) and not much else.
Looks like a sell for income tax purposes.
Wish it werent.
g.p.
The link is
http://www.otcjournal.com/otcb/
OTC has about 2 or 3 blogs from late September and before.
g.p.
Really, T.U., really?
and the parent company is
0.007 LOL
It's been a while since
OTC Journal last covered this one (Sept?).
Worth going to its www site and read...
$2.25 was tempting enough for me to add 200 shares
(did not have cash for more).
GLTY
g.p.
DL, I entertain no hope of ever recuperating anything out of these shares. Surprisingly, my Broker has resumed posting a value. On paper, the shares are worth less than 10% of my cost...
As far as selling, I'm not worried. Here, I can just claim a loss without having to sell. If by some miracle, some value comes back, the full selling price would become 'profit'.
I do not see this happening...
Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving Day.
g.p.
Am I reading this right? A 200K trade at .0001
on the 21st?
Last traded under .0001 in Oct '10.
Someone must have made a misteak... lol
g.p.
UFFC part of QS's daily newsletter,
for Nov 17. Does not seem to be a QS customer,
however. It presents a summary of the company.
Don't think it'll do much to the SP but may add
to awareness of UFood.
g.p.
There were 2 larger blocks on
Nov 7 and one, yesterday, totalling perhaps,
$10K altogether. Not that much.
As far as 'blocks' of less than a million shares,
well, it could probably be one of us?
...and yes, a profit would go a long way...
g.p.
Correct, ... if there is no other plan than
making UCPA a penny stock rather than subpenny.
Perhaps, (imo), some solid news combined with a RS
that could bring this back over a dime, at least,
could stop the 'drainage'
g.p.
Why the bye bye?
Could it be premature?
(Just my $2.00 worth.)
g.p.
Yes and not much of a surprise eh?
Rumors without foundation, what can you expect?
Repeating that news are coming wont work either.
Quite a range, today, and some volume too.
g.p.
I can't speak for EarnieD, but,
in my opinion, Lusi has not shown much even after
a good dozen of PRs since June. Revenues, well, you've seen them.
LOIs without follow up. Many PRs just to tell us that a specific product, then another, will be packaged differently.
The share price, in the dollar range at the start, could not even maintain its .20 August average.
Gains of 400%? Perhaps, but after a 90% decrease in SP.
Consider that many, like me, did buy on those promises, only to find out that really nothing was happening.
Now, some are posting rumors, very undefined. Mere repetition seems to work as LUSI has reached .05 (my buys are from the .20's to the mid-.04s) and unless more than rumors appear soon, we may become bagholders all.
In closing, let me post perhaps the most promising PR and ask you if you've heard anything about this since September...
g.p.
Louisiana Food Company Inks National Product Distribution Agreement
BATON ROUGE, LA -- (Marketwire) -- 08/18/11 -- Louisiana Food Company (OTCBB: LUSI), a purveyor of "Certified" Louisiana specialty food products, today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Tampa, Florida-based AMT Sales Marketing and Austin, Texas-based Consumer Product Management, established food product managers in the specialty and natural food products industry. LUSI's agreement with AMT/CPM has a September 1, 2011, start date, with LUSI's popular Jammin' Jambalaya and Voodoo Roast coffee products being the first placed by AMT/CPM.
"By gaining access to the nation-wide AMT/CPM distribution channels at this early stage, we believe we have significantly accelerated all of our revenue growth time frames and, almost as importantly, our product awareness impact," said David Loflin, LUSI's President. "We have great confidence in AMT/CPM and look forward to working with them," Mr. Loflin added.
AMT's President, Tom Miller, commented, "The Louisiana Food Company products combine quality with distinctive packaging and we are proud to be able to take these products to our distribution channels and believe they will be very successful."
About AMT and CPM ...
But I do see as you a 20 - 1 reverse on this stock shortly...
No comments? Why repeat of post 352?
See my post 355.
Reducing salt contents this way is similar to reducing one's
overspending by 20%. At month's end, you're still more in debt...
g.p.
It's a good first step anyway. 'Better tnan nothing.'
So, what's your take here? No comments?
I stand by my previous post. The first 2 paragraphs are vague and the rest is just a filler that has little to do with Shelron.
What is Shelron dollar count investment amount available?
Being 'interested' does not mean involved.
g.p.
BTW, .10 would be nice, eh?
THEN, DARN IT, PLACE YOUR BUY AT ASK!
Yeah, read the PR.
Nice but very, very vague. It seems to show intentions to participate in ventures (probably joint) almost all over the world!
But, nice volume and close to .10...
g.p.
Looks like you're right.
Found 2 fairly recent: late Sept 100K at .65, for example...
BTW, also on stocksource.us.
Still worrying, however, with the new low, today.
g.p.
...and anyway, Earnest, anyone desperate to cover shorts as nat says, would not stand on Bid this long, especially 'knowing' that this one is due to explode!
I believe you.
g.p.
You are correct, living...
The 9 mth financial show a negative net (over $100K)
however, the last 3 mth net seems positive by nearly $30K.
The problem is to get at least two consecutive quarters positive. Past experience here, has not shown something like this yet.
Following but not buying...
g.p.
Way back I mentioned the high salt content. A 20% reduction is a first step but it still leaves some items over the day limit for relatively older people (like me).
See the nutrition guide on fired up burgers and wraps-and-burritos some will remain over the 1500 mg while others just barely below that level.
A good start but...
g.p.
As of last quarterly, June 30, both 3 and 9 months show negative results.
Your statement (YOU CAN'T EXPAND UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING $$$$$!!) does not match SPKL's results.
Granted: If the Pickle can reach a certain number of franchises, the deficit will melt eventually and some positive results may start. For now, NO.
g.p.
The PPS will go up no matter what you say.
will be sitting on Bid to accomplish that feat.
Maybe but one quarter does not make the year.
Check the last times one quarter showed much smaller losses and see what happened the following quarter.
On the other hand, should the next quarter show improvement on this one... but I have my doubts. Still waiting to hear about the results of all those fabulous expansion plans we heard over the past years...
g.p.
Granted, the two trades at .0003 for a total value of .21, do not mean much but the something's up is not the price share anyway.
We have not heard much, officially, since the mid-Sept. discussion. eh?
g.p.
??? up to about 15% of its August average value.
Not much to 'whee-whee' about yet.
...and the news...
$1.30 trade to hide the .001 to .0011 day-average?
At least, no triple zeros today...
Of course, Earnest, most of us
assume that much.
But it is always worth mentioning.
Caution, caution, caution.
g.p.
