Agree about VFIN. They were involved in recent financing involving Sequiam. I imagine they on the ask has to do with the warrants.
SQUM Nice volume and block trades this morning.
CKYS news Good for SQUM?
Hope CKYS had huge success with the Keepsafe. This should be a windfall for Sequiam if Cyberkey signed some deals with the military for this product.
He should do very well at this price. Excellent area to be accumulating stock.
Looks like we just broke back above the 10 d.m.a.
Maybe a little resistance at the .26 area but a significant break at that level with volume should bring in the chasers.
Probably so. When you post on a site you can opt-in for E-mail notification when someone posts info.
Pretty solid quarter on earnings. Nice revenue growth
Is it a daily competition? Do they have a swing trade contest for holding maybe say 7 days or so?
Good info on this site but you have to register.

Mick: Are you member of The Coffee Shop Forum at Raging Bull?
I agree IHUB far superior. Raging Bull's sytem is down most of the time and on this board we can delete the posters with alterior motives.
s.i. Is that Silicon Investor?
Mick: I find it amazing investors in CKYS haven't figured out that without Sequiam SQUM Cyberkey's product line isn't what it appears to be.

Luxury ski-home developer to launch mountain Ski-Ranch Community with Sequiam Biometric products
Company Press Release -- February 09, 2005
Sequiam Biometrics has announced that a premier builder of luxury, outdoor resort communities, DuVal Development, LLC, will be equipping all of its “new home construction with Sequiam’s state of the art locking systems.” DuVal plans on marketing “Sequiam’s BioLock and BioVault II for use in its residential home developments nationwide.” Currently, DuVal is developing “Aspen Creek Crossing, a Ski-Ranch Community nestled in the mountains and Aspen at the Canyons Ski Resort in Park City, Utah.” DuVal’s CEO Lee Hindin comments, “We believe security and simplicity are very important to our buyers, many of whom are second home owners. We think biometric locks, and vaults will be common place and we are pleased to be on the leading edge.”
Cyberkey can offer the Biolock I assume at any price they choose. However, I understand they are buying the lock wholesale from Sequiam in the amount of $175.
Sequiam has just now begun selling products as they have just began coming off the assembly line. The fundamentals of Sequiam will be begin to get noticed when they report 4t quarter results.
Cyberkey seems to be having success showcasing Sequiam's products and as they have some contacts with the military and government I welcome Cyberkey's success in showcasing the Keepsafe and Biovault.
No, the link I provided was the SEC filing last year concerning Black and Decker.
You get a chanct to look over the SEC filings and links I provided?
CKYS Biolock is the same Price as listed on Sequiam website.
$249.

Here is spec sheet on Sequiam UBI
The link is in pdf format. You may have to modify if Adobe not installed.

Yes I saw the $1.50 P.O. in the p&f chart.
Look at page 18 on Sequiam's 8-K. Net Income projection. If they hit this projection in the 4th quarter I think we could see that price objective.
Link to 8-K below. This was done in conjunction with their presentation at Rodman and Renshaw Investor conference in June.

Sequiam UBI can make "anything" biometric. Thanks for sharing.
I found info sheet on the UBI OEM device

At Rodman Renshaw in June Sequiam did a PowerPoint Presentation.
The PowerPoint slides are part of the below 8-K
Notice on page 18 projected sales and Net Income Projections.
Based on this I'm expecting some exciting things to happen in the current 4th quarter.

Here is the link to the SEC filing
http://www.sequiam.com/pdf/10QSBA_01202006.pdf
Black and Decker Sequiam filing last year. This filing was ammended in I believe February. Reason for runup to .765 last year. They never issued a press release. All institutional buying on the run last year.
http://www.sequiam.com/pdf/10QSBA_01202006.pdf
The .765 was the high hit when the SEC filing hit between BDK and SQUM
Gamesbegan seems to have done his homework on SQUM. I think he has been following about the same amount of time as me
This post pretty well summed it up on the recent decline. I agree 100%

Recent Stock Price Movement
I don't claim to be an IB lawyer, but what I believe took place, and what has lead to the recent price decline is additional financing with existing warrant and option holders. Word has been out that these guys were going to need additional capital for awhile - good thing being it was for build-out of manufacturing capability to meet existing and growing demand for their products. From what I can tell, the repricing down to .21 came at a cost to the warrant holders - and I believe they came up with more cash for the company's short-term needs. Is this slightly "toxic" in the short term - yes. MM picked up on the potential for shares available at .21 and dropped it like a rock. Positive in this is I don't believe there was more share dilution. Again, these are my personal "reads" on the capital raising. Longterm - this company has HUGE potential - and what I'm hearing about future deals will definitely put these guys on the map - if not make then a prime candidate for a takeout buy a larger high tech company.
Thanks. He should know about the Biovault and if not then he should investigate. Every policeman should have a Biovault.
