Seems logical to me, the deadline to post on the Sulja site is the 15th, could be submitted/posted to Edgar prior to that. That would also explain the reason for the delay. That is what the optimist side of me likes to think anyways.

PV stated the deadline for posting the AF's on Sulja's site is Nov 15, perhaps, he is planning to submit/post on Edgar sooner for maximum impact of the GFYM factor.

Thank you Green for your thoughtful response. I do understand the necessity to delete OT posts, however, I read most of them before they are deleted ----I am a stay at home mom of 5 (yes that's right - 5 - kiddos) and I lurk the IHUB boards to help pass the time and maintain my sanity. I personally, find most of the posts at the very least entertaining. Most days, you guys keep me in stitches. This is a thoroughly enjoyable board. I am glad I bought this stock even if it does not go "to da moon" and make me rich just because it has introduced me to this board which has given me hours, days and months of entertainment.

OT............(apparently this is a prerequisite to keep an off topic post from being deleted). Would the moderators please advise the criteria you use to determine whether a post should be deleted or not??? Why is it that some OT posts are deleted when others are not? Do you need to be a paid member to prevent your posts from being deleted? Why is it that when a simple question is posted (ie: what is the reason for the delay?) that may be judged by some to be "negative" and others to be justified, it is deleted? Is not the purpose of this board to "discuss financial-related information, views, opinions, and the recommendations of individuals and organizations"? Shouldn't that allow negative as well as positive viewpoints?

Just so you know --- Myself and my husband are both SLJB holders, although sometimes we have opposing viewpoints on the integrity of this particular stock. I, for one, welcome diverse points of view and am curious why it seems that the moderators tend more often than not to delete any post that reflects any other view than "to da moon".

I am sure that this post will be deleted or I will be banned, but PLEASE, we deserve an explanation. Please don't give me that standard line ---- refer to the "terms of use" ------- because there are a number of posts that do not fit qualification to stay "on topic and stick to posts relevant to the board on which you are participating. Otherwise, behave legally, morally and ethically" that remain on the board while others do not. Additionally, it seems that a disporportionate amount of "negative" posts are deleted while as long as you express the sentiment "GO SLJB" you are good to go.

I guess I should end this with TO DA MOON and GO SLJB in hopes that my post will stick around versus being immediately sent to the delete file. Or perhaps, I will join jjtruthmatters on the ban list.

Little more happens until AF release.

It seems that alot of people are sweating the trading action today, wondering why we are not off to the moon yet. SLJB PPS is up 20% based upon a short statement made by the CEO on a blog. That is pretty impressive.

With the AFs expected out at the end of the day, as per the CEO statement, this is indeed a great time for flippers/day traders. They know that there is no downside risk through the end of the day and ample opportunity to trade the .01 spread. Many people have many different trading styles. The most successful traders I know NEVER deviate from their system. So, even if .50 is expected by the end of the week or tomorrow or whatever flippers/day traders will do what they do.

Unleash the AFs and I imagine the real MOMO players will get in and others that are a bit more conservative. That is when the PPS makes big and sudden moves. Follow AFs with a fat PR or two and no one can guess where the ride will stop.

I am up 70% on SLJB, that is 7 years worth of historical market return, I am not complaining.
