yes...definitely...what will pop, btw?
A mistake or what?
"ICBS looks to add additional 12 million dollars in revenues for 2008"
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/071115/mo469.html?.v=3
and:
"The 5 year deal is expected to bring revenues of 12 million dollars over the course of the contract."
http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/071217/mo440.html?.v=3
12M in 2008 or in 5 years? That's not exactly the same thing, and I am kinda worried that they were going to sign a deal of 12M in 2008 and they turn up with a deal of 12M in 5 years instead...so...what's wrong with these 2 PRs???
What you write down could make sense to me. What I didn't like at all lately is that some lucky RVB customer has got the chance to know, via their website, that the production was closed in order to increase capacity, me - as an investor - didn't get to know that clearly that the plant wasn't working and that old licenses had been giving back in order to get the new ones (!??!?). I felt that important information has been withold and I am about to inform the SEC about this as I want to know why a customer of RVB that holds shares has been put in a condition of privilege toward a shareholder like me, who isn't a customer or RVB.
I also would like to note that recently many new posters appeared on the board, one of which affirmed that UDACA confirmed the deal. I don't discuss the validity of the deal, of course, but nothing appeared, as far as I know, in UDACA's website in order to confirm it.
that's not an outlook...
Questions for the new year.
Since most of you guys are now awake for 2008, let's start to analyse something interesting. First of all:
http://www.pr-inside.com/icbs-turns-down-3-5-million-offer-r104557.htm
where are those 10 tanks located? Also, why have customers been informed that the brewery is currently closed (information from ramapo's website) while this information - as far as I know - has not been given to shareholders?
Also, why there have been so many letters of intent to acquire companies (scroll donw from bottom page) and then they weren't finalized?
http://www.icbs.ca/news.shtml
anyone wants to answer to these questions? Thanks.
That's the dilution coming, IMO.
They are diluting at 0.0002...which means that there might not be the belief that those shares could be sold higher in the open market. I am telling you all...as happened before, even if a positive news will come out, it won't move the stock up too much because it will be put downward the the pressure of dilution.
Nooooooooooo, you really mean that?!? And does that friend really exists? Oh...I thought they were telling her to buy in order to all make so much money and go to a restaurant to have a party after they sell...pffffffff, I was too optimistic.
Yes...bla...bla...bla, same old story, I am good at posting winning stocks after they are up and I have no proof I bought...but I still had a nice laugh out of your post...'cause it wasn't serious, was it?
Nice strategy: I suggest that any company dumps shares at 0.0002 and buys them back at 0.002..uhm..no, it doesn't work that way...
Maybe it's not that much of your friend if he doesn't reply to your messages, firstly he convinces you to buy, then he leaves you with the hot potato...
save the msg? Good luck!
You see, my friend, the PS message boards are often filled with:
1) Pumpers;
2) People who wouldn't understand a balance sheet and come to the PS market since there isn't any balance sheet published to read;
3) Hopeful people who bought high (then they obviously post that they have a lower PPS in their portfolio because they don't want to admit how much they are wrong) and hope to recoup their losses;
4) People who don't have much to do in their life, they probably invested 200$ and that's the price they paid to gain little attention on useless posts.
Anyhow, talking about the Company, they were in negotiations with another Mediterranean Country and with Brasil, let's see these deals signed! They should be signed well in advance of the license, so...how much do you want to wait? 1-2 more weeks?
By the way, did anyone contacted UDACA and got confirmation of the deal? Someone said UDACA confirmed...I personally haven't seen anything about this in their website, so if someone has some kind of confirmation he would be more than welcomed to let us know. Cheers.
Actually, though you always write very good post, I tend to disagree with what you said. If you put an order on the bid at 0.0002, you risk to be filled immediately, and if that happens, THEN you should start worrying...
1.5 Mln x 0.0002 = 300 $
uhm...
FF, do you mean that we might not see stellar revenues? A friend of mine has told me that he heard that someone told his friend that he believes that there might be some possibility of intent in order to pursue to see big revenues.
Only time will tell.
The difference is huge!
Oh, by the way, someone in this MB posted that UDACA confirmed the deal, then he disappeared when I asked him if he contacted the company. Did anyone tried to contact UDACA yet? I haven't seen any news in their website yet...this should be a major deal for them.
That's a nice way to sell shares and not touch the stock price.
Unfortunately (don't know for whom), it seems that there aren't too many buyers, even at these levels, so it's hard to sell big chunks of shares. They take the opportunity after hours, so that the price stays at .0003 in normal trading and some shares can therefore be dumped either at .0003 and 0.0002. If they start dumping at 0.0002 in normal trading, the stock would stick at a range of 0.0001-0.0002 very soon.
We should see some volume with the next PRs in mid january...weird enough I don't think the price will move at all. More than that, my concern starts when I think that the flight licence should arrive soon (tunisia is scheduled to start in spring) but we still ain't got news from other mediterranean countries.
As anyone in here, I have no clue, obviously. The websites states so many countries to reach, but I've only seen a signed deal on that, for passengers's freights, so far (and 1 signed deal for the wine company). So there must be much more to do and much more to accomplish.
Since - IMO - you have to organize so many aspects of a destination (can't sign a deal today and fly there within few weeks), I am growing the concern that there could be - positively thinking - some delays.
I don't know what you mean by "long"...
I still have tons of shares, but the recent events convinced me to take into account a major loss...
Of course, unless proven wrong...
Major purchases today, it seems that some wealthy investor already spent 447$ today buying shares!!
Uhm...I thought she had rumours directly coming from Buffett...
It depends, what do you mean by "huge order"?
Come on Shunny, your anger against the PPS is tricking you, I believe that the previous poster was joking about intentions.
Everyone seems too anger in here, relax, anything will just go ok...though I don't know what ok could mean given the current PPS. But hey, at least we now have Mick, he's pretty good at cheering us all with his humor!
NLA going where?
There are 3 months left (or so) before they are supposed to start flights, however, since the lack of signed deals (so far only Tunisian for passengers and Portugal wine for wine are signed), I was wondering where they will be able to flight to? Their website:
http://www.nlairlines.com/
states: "Athens, Rome, Lisbon, Madrid and central Asia."
However they haven't signed any deal for passengers in these countries, as of yet. But then again, ok the firs 4...but...central Asia?!? And where is Brasil (they should be in negotiations)???
There something I don't understand, I bet Mick will be able to help us all since it's not clear to me why the other proposed deals aren't signed up yet.
Still waiting for a reply on this...tnx
I already know that the company ICBM is there and that exists, I have no doubt about it. That person already posted for himself and you replied, but I believe you wrongly understood his message, which I believe was a misunderstanding born from you little knowledge of the company, so far, but hey...you are catching up fast, congrats.
My congrats also for all of your friends who joined the board as of lately, they surely make up a nice pumping atmosphere in here, which is very needed since the stock is now trading at 0.0002.
The only thing that I haven't understood so far is how can you be so optimistic given that:
- you seem to have a very little knowledge of the company;
- you don't seem to catch up well with some basic finance concepts;
- you seem not to have a position with the stock, yet;
- the pricing has been declining since you joined the MB.
Other than that you are doing perfectly fine, I am enjoying all of you OT posts because I was kinda tired of reading boring posts of people writing in topic messages.
Jood job and keep it up! Cheers.
Ok...before going on and flooding the MB with useless posts again, let me tell you that I believe that perhaps the previous poster was referring possibly to a subsidiary (?), not to the company itself. It is my own opinion, but I believe the previous poster wasn't referring to the company, but...hey...thanks for the show, it was fun to see you flooding the MB, now would you please stop? Thnx.
Click to the YTD chart, that's the one I like most.
OMG...we lost this guy...
You mean you made a check with the Tunisian Goverment? Details please!
This is UDACA's website, where did they confirm the deal is real?
http://www.udaca.pt/
You have proof that they confirmed it or you are just assuming something?
Finally 0.0002 has arrived today, too...it seems with a 3.5M sale...nice!
1mln worth of stock? They plan to sell it at what prices?
Lol...I am still waiting to hear somthing from the "other mediterranean country", so much time has passed since then, and I would like to know the terms of the intent to do a proposed deal.
Still, I am figuring out if the Portoguese wine deal will generate 12M revenues in 2008 or in 5 years, hum...
TOU Refresher
Off-topic: Any off-topic discussion is a violation of TOU. If your post is not about the stock for the board you're posting to, do not post it. Use email, private message, or post it to a board where it is on-topic.
And that was supposed to operate in October...yes...2 months ago.
Someone in this board stated that he was told it would operate in January.
Oh wait...RMB is also closed as far as has been publicly said, since - the company said - it is increasing operations. They stated that they would have hoped to finish the operations/checks for the new brewery by the end of december, but I believe this won't be untill january.
So everything says january, january, january...but then...who has been selling at 0.0002 ??? Someone wants to try to guess?
I have the feeling, a personal opinion, that this stock will never seen again 0.001, unless a R/S is operated. If you want to proove this feeling wrong, just hold it tight and have fun...I think we will never move out of the 0.0001-0.0003 range.
funny...
For new comers, some of the things that I couldn't explain myself:
July 24, 2007 - ICBS Board of Directors to initiate a stock buy back program - http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070724/mo276.html?.v=3
and:
Authorized Shares: 2.2 billion (Per Delaware Corp Website)
Outstanding Shares: 750 Million
Restricted Shares: 100+ Million
FLOAT: 625 million (as of 10/15/2007)
As far as I know, on July the 24th..the A/S were no higher then 950M...recently they went up to 2.2B, according to what's reported in here. Noone still gave an explanation to this.
Mick, it sounds to me like you need to do a lot of research before posting this stuff.
Your answer about announcing a buy-back and then increasing A/S is: "sounds good". What sounds good? The increase or the fact that you want to talk about it? And if it sounds good that you wonna talk about it, then talk!
You ask "who is iTrend"? Come on, you have posted so many positive biased posts on ICBM and you ask who is iTrend? Laughable answer at best.
Also you state a tax-write off as for the brewery? The company states that they are increasing capacity...or you know something that we don't? Of course not, you even haven't read that either.
I wonder how you could moderate a board of a stock for which you know little or nothing. The yahoo and google search links won't help anyone in here. Most of the posters here know what went on and what is currently going on, you better catch up with the info or your credibility in here will be less than zero.
This is not a personal attack, this is just about credibility. Do some research and gain some, so far your contribution is the one of a pumper sent in here for I-don't-know-what-reason. Surely enough it amazes me how many new pumpers are in this board now...this is a good thing, since the company will have to sell 1B shares to someone, but I hope you realize that untill there will be real people that make real research in this board, noone will be making uncautious purchases based on biased pumpers' posts. My Best Regards.

...in topic ?!?
Hey Mod, how about posting messages that regard ICBM? If you don't, it would mean that WE ARE ALL allowed to post off topic info...but you better make this clear, or you'll spend your day deleting OT posts.
So again, welcome to the board, but how about giving a good example of how a poster should behave? Many thanks.
Do you mean that they might not have done a buy-back?
A big welcome to the new moderators. Congratulations for having brought so much vitality to the message board in a sunday day. It would be much nicer, however, that you only bring in messages regarding the company, as it seems that the board has been floaded with O.T. messages, not a good sign.
My wish for you new moderators is that you will be a good referee, not someone who PUMPS (or BASHES) the stock, but someone who provides reliable info and great field for discussion.
All of the best and thanks for helping this MB, it really needs it.
