Keep buying through 20
Has to retest 20 and it’s going to today
I already did. Sent emails. No response. I asked for a conference call with shareholders. I told him that by not filing it’s preventing many from averaging down etc. told him of my personal losses.
I thought that they run correlated to the basket of underlying stock. Buying an ETF is like buying the basket of weighted underlying stock. In that sense your helping drive up the price of the underlying and therefore the ETF. The ETF itself is not independent of the underlying. If the underlying goes down the ETF price goes down etc.
This stock is a buy for sure at this price should be a nickel right now
Isn’t the ETF price set by the price of the underlying? Can you explain what you mean by screaming buy?
I don’t do it for personal gain at all. Why would I? I have a shit ton of shares still and I’m down like 50 grand. I’m actually hoping that this negativity somehow weaves its way back to Ward. That’s the sole reason I do it. I’m also challenging people on this board who are always so sure everything is perfect as to why they think that given the obvious challenges in the stock.
Wasn’t some consultant paid like 60m shares? Seems like an awful lot if Ward actually expected this thing to run to dollars. I’m suspicious by nature and that always looked odd to me.
I know no one wants to hear from me but it’s very naive to think that because the filings don’t show him selling that he is not being indirectly paid. It’s not uncommon for these pinkies to load up consultants with stock and the consultants off it and funnel the proceeds back to the CEO. That’s how they get paid while making it look like they aren’t dipping into their stock.
I’ve seen this pattern with many small cap that start in the triples and run up big. When your buying it’s the MM is selling to you and usually selling naked short. That causes a big problem when it runs and they will do everything to keep it down until they cover. This may go lower before it goes higher depending on how separate they are. They need to shake the tree to the extent possible.
The short position is a good thing because that gives support to the stock. They’ll have to buy that back at some point and if we get buying interest in this thing it can cause a squeeze. When this ran to .08 that was MM pumping and shorting all the way up knowing that newly authorized stock coming available and also some percentage of the bunch of people that bought this all the way up will get shaken out when they rip it back down.
I picked up another 100k shares at .0155
I honestly think this is a shakeout before it runs
Ok now that’s a proper tweet
Until this breaks and holds above .28 the down trend is still in effect. I’m glad it’s up but don’t get excited yet. Without that filing I do no believe this will be able to create sustained support.
Bought 6000 today at around 12.30
Lol you have a vivid imagination dear
Also - don’t talk about day 2 because you were declaring this would be .20 by day 1.
Pay higher what? I bought my entire 4 million share position average at less than .01. My point is that they need to promote our symbol on the press releases. On almost all I’ve seen its missing.
I’m thrilled it’s up I still have half my position and will monitor the stock to buy back more when it’s stabilizes. I have a lot of room to buy back I sold in upper 30s. One day bump is a great start - hopefully it follows with a filing.
Not one mention of our symbol that is really dumb
They are back to hiding the shorts in the revolving fails
Does anyone buy me think the short interest and rate on fintel are fake?
Ok so I’m responsible for it being at .16? Lol sure. The sellers aren’t even on this board. That’s cognitive dissonance. Blame others for the bad result when you realize you may have made a bad decision.
It’s not his it’s all of ours. He’s a shareholder like the rest of us.
No news, no filing, stock broke all support levels, the trend is down. That may well mean an even better buying opportunity.
I hope you are right but I can’t see this going up from here without the filing.
Frankly L2 really doesn’t provide a lot of transparency anymore because MM hide their intentions by posting fake bids and asks and wrong sizes. There are so many trade display strategies that you really can’t look at L2 to make good decisions anymore.
MMs can still manipulate by pushing the stock high then shorting into it and covering when everyone bails in panic. I’m not saying that’s happening but you don’t need institutional ownership for manipulation.
You do realize that almost all penny stocks are scams even the fully reporting ones right? So obviously it does happen.
No what I’m saying is that that would be the least corrupt scenario. The other scenario is that this entire thing was a con. People keep saying how he hasn’t sold any shares but there are a million ways to load up others like consultants with shares and have them sell and pay you on the side. Look at this thing. Don’t tell me there’s nothing wrong. The filing alone shows his total contempt for shareholders. If he has that type of contempt it’s not a far stretch to think more nefarious sh— may be going on.
So why no filing? What about what Danajeff just said about he and his families track record of fleecing investors on penny stocks? What about all the disinformation that’s been spread from supposed insiders for over a year. Is none of this true?
I think you misunderstand me. I’m saying that it’s either a shakeout or it corruption. Neither is good. That’s the first I’m hearing about him having a track record of fleecing investors. I wish I would have known that. Do you have a link for any of that?
Shaking people out of a stock is not illegal it’s nasty but legal and is very common in small caps because they run so far from low valuation. Do you think Ward wants to see people on this board who in the hands of like 12 people own close to 100 million shares cash in at 2 bucks? He wants that either for himself or his close associates. It’s not uncommon for there to be a concerted shakeout campaign before a stock runs. On the other hand when I say corrupt i mean like they were spreading disinformation or are doing something financially illegal which remains to be seen. Either way they look bad. It’s hard to believe at this point that lack of filing is an oversight. Their taxes are probably simpler than mine.
Unless this company is totally corrupt then the only explanation I can think of for not filing is to shake out some of the early shareholders that bought in at a penny or so and holding millions of shares. If this is really going to go I’m sure he has insiders that he would much rather see get rich than a bunch of penny land traders.
I sent an email to the company stating that people are losing their ass and that by not filing they are preventing some shareholders from being able to average down. Also that he should have a conference call with shareholders where they can ask questions. No response.
That might be a good sign - when they do that it’s usually because they know it’s going up soon
Yeah because he’s probably been short since 40 cents
What happened to the filing you said last week was coming this week?
What a shame. Everybody still ‘know what they got’? If Ward doesn’t do something there’s going to be a lot of dashed dreams for those large shareholders that we’re holding millions of shares. Very sad indeed.
