What's transpiring at UHP? Anything besides counting money?
Why did Beplate claim false revenues? Connect the dots.
Coming from someone who thinks there's 13 or 14 months in a year?
Again, March to September is 6 months time.
Has anyone ever seen evidence hemostryp exists? There isn't any independent verification.
Surf this has all been settled long ago. Mwwc is no longer crypto mining. The assets were sold. They have moved on. It's all in the filings.
6 months, not 7. Maybe if you learned to count through single digits you would not be so frustrated and difficult? Just a suggestion. March to September is 6 months.
Will the SEC shut-down this blatant scam before Beplate and Thom get done milking the gravy train for all it's worth and then allow the PMA final pump & dump? That's all that's left here. Will shareholders get screwed out of that final pump & dump too?
OMG you don't know what Mr Blagman does. Patiently false post and crummy DD.
People are clueless to the magnitude of changes being exploited by Mr. Blagman here!!!!!!
Simply amazing!! Someone hacked and commandered angels' account this past week, The real angels would be ranting about what an abominable scam this is.
When news hits and the reality of what is really transpiring here starts to sink in, anything in the trips will be a distant memory.
Once again, you are not taking any potential revenues into account. Why don't you take different scenarios into account? I always start with a worst case scenario (excluding things like nuclear war rendering entertainment moot or Mr. Blackman suddenly passing) and best case scenario. How consequential would a million dollars be under even a worst case scenario given the business model (things like expenses vs revenues)? Then start comparing the pps with the outstanding shares and see the market cap. It seems very disingenuous to present debt without a picture of how revenues would interact with it (partial picture). If this show is just a reasonable success (a very realistic possibility given the strike); a million dollars worth of debt seems a very reasonable small investment in my analysis.
Are you going on record suggesting their will be no revenues?
Any PMA is DOA, so stretching the gravy train out as long as possible is obviously the reason for the delay. The insiders are counting on a bunch of suckers not seeing what is transparent and buying into the final pump and dump PMA announcement. If hemostryp was a valid product, you would have seen the PMA long ago.
That depends also on the deals announced between now and then. I'm thinking the odds are stacked against you.
In that case, surf might oblige.
Is procrastinating your friend? We'll all see how that strategy works out for you shortly.
Sorry Scratch, I'm not naive enough to sell unless we're talking multi penny.
The strike took out the fall TV shows. Now it is starting to wipe out the winter TV schedule. Mr. Blagman's leverage is going up continuously. I'm very patiently waiting for our next announcement. The timing is so perfect!!!!!! This couldn't be a better set-up with an experienced, connected old hand like Mr. Blagman guiding the ship!!!!!!

Perfect timing!!! Major networks have a dearth of programming.
Emma Slater must be Robert Blagman in disguise!!!!!!
That Emma Slater is a diabolical sinister con artist.
Was Emma Slator duped or a conspirator?
Notice angels posts exclusively on mwwc. Nowhere else. Credibility?
angel's latest posts
Very little business sense Angel. The focus should be solely on making HAD a rousing success presently. Otherwise distracting. The rest will take care of itself with that success.
Market makers? Shouldn't the ire be directed at Thom and his lies along with fraudulent Beplate and his phony revenues? They cashed paychecks funded by shareholders and delivered nothing.
Good morning mwwc'ers! I'm hoping new network players are entering the picture and causing a brief delay in any news for mwwc. There is a dearth in programming available for the networks for the foreseeable future. This can only enhance competition for programming and strengthen mwwc's bargaining position among the networks. At least that is my hope and belief. Good luck to us all. I'm expecting pleasant surprises in store for the near future.
Good morning mwwc'ers!
I'm anticipating the strikes will open doors, interest, networks, sponsors, and viewership that may not have been available otherwise. The timing is incredible and a stroke of good luck for shareholders. This is all happening so suddenly, I'm guessing Mr. Blagman is pouncing because the timing is so right and he foresaw all these events creating the opportunity. It is just a matter of negotiating for the best possible conditions, crossing the t's, and dotting the i's at the last moment. Turnarounds for post-production unscripted live events is very birief. To be honest, I'm having fun watching this all unfold. It is textbook successful business, adaptability, and strategy.
The fall TV season is upon us, the strikes are continuing, things will certainly be heating up. I'm not worried or anxious. I examined the the concept of the show. I went through the business model. The timing couldn't be better. I like everything I see. Mr. Blagman hasn't BS'ed or played the pumping game. When any PR comes, they will be very real. With over 40 countries already lined up (check the link fish provided yesterday), there will be countless millions of viewers providing revenues. The market cap is severely undervalued, At some point, the stock price will jump drastically.
Important take for me; how driven and motivated Emma Slater, Lauren Hirsch Williams, and Mr. Blagman are. I can't emphasize how important that is in a start-up. That is the major factor in why this moving along at this unbelievably brisk pace while so many other start-ups languish and go on over insufferably long periods. We are about to see the product come to fruition after only six months. Start the fall TV season!!!!!!!
Roll 'Dem; guess which moron is in ihub jail?

"The brilliant Robert Blagman...cleared it in over 40 countries!"
Sorry, my interpretation. I totally agree with that. It costs money, time, and effort in the form of work. That's unconscionable to them.
I strongly disagree Zorax. Here's why. I have never taken an economics or business course in college. But I think it is common sense. Although I have never taken a business public, I have run businesses all my life. The whole purpose is to provide a service or good and exchange it for money. If things aren't working out in one direction you find another direction in a timely manner. You certainly don't have to abandon the initial direction. But you do have to generate revenues and/or assets. You cannot sit there like a spoiled boy, wait for it all to fall into your lap, and sponge off others in the meantime. In this public company environment it seems to either run up debt or cause dilution. That seems very elemental to me. You buy something, repack it, and sell it albeit at a markup. You have to be resourceful and make the right purchases, rebrand it in a desirable manner, and sell it properly; granted for it to work out. No task is beneath me in the pursuit of a successful business. It is a strategy that has worked out well. I have had to do that and a lot more my whole life. You have to be aggressive, resourceful, work hard, and be shrewd about it. Many of these jackasses have no business calling themselves corporate officers. The last thing they want to do is actually work and it shows; not just to me- where are the buyout offers? .
If you disagree, I would ask how is the spoiled boy strategy of these guys waiting endlessly for a handout working out here or in the vast majority of OTC stocks? The first thing I look at is management and their performance; very seldom do I need to go further.
