Once it moves 5 ticks, they’ll erect million-share walls. Guaranteed
Very likely to receive subsidies in countries with state-sponsored health coverage—especially those, like Russia, which also have low fertility and birth rates
If what you’re saying is true, I would expect legal recriminations against the company. If it is not true, I would expect a cease-and -desist letter from their counsel aimed at those purveying such stories.
They need to crank some contracts with municipal entities ASAP—like they did with Kentucky last year.
I do. Didn’t really believe that then, don’t believe it now either. However, RESULTS MATTER—and outs have been tepid at best, and languid more often than that. Being a supporter doesn’t require blind allegiance—this isn’t Jonestown
I remember ALL that—in fact, it’s why I invested almost a year and a half ago in the first place. However, the longer they go without substantiating themselves clearly and explicitly before the eyes and ears of all, the more reasonable people will surmise that there’s not really any “there” there. No bashing, no unfair criticism—just the reality. Give guidance—REAL guidance already...
Thanks for your (always noteworthy) thoughts on our joint interest—and for the delightful preterition. Happy Easter, monte!
Given that all the factors we’ve known for over a year are still present (though amplified more recently in DEGREE) and yet our PPS—having risen not unreasonably (at least in my view) to .07—tanked and had been rather firmly ensconced sub-penny, convince me that buying more now wouldn’t be a classic example of “throwing good money after bad.” I’m a reasonable man and open to cogent persuasion ??
Many predictions here over the last year (including some by me) have missed the mark BADLY
None of the insiders have sold, to my knowledge. Of ALL people, THEY should want this to fly high and hard. So why ISN’T it? Does one of them have a personal interest in keeping it down—perhaps to guard against having to surrender so much value (if the PPS climbs dramatically) to a professional or personal debt? I don’t know, but I DO know that there IS a reason this spiked to .07, and there is likewise a reason that this has TANKED for almost a year—with no end in sight, even as the “business minds” within the company sit on their hands and tongues (and I doubt it has ANYTHING to do with “protecting trade secrets”—which are already patented and published widely enough).
Perhaps we need to vote our shares accordingly: keep the scientific minds (who clearly are legit and the backbone of this company) and vote the business “minds” OUT.
Particularly when all of the notional catalysts were there THEN (Gershman and Said talking on social media about 90% efficacy, Gershman’s association with Pushkar and the Russia contract)? The embryos of all that we see now in fuller form were present THEN—and yet the PPS TANKS and continues to languish sub-penny despite multi-thousand % increases in revs. W T absolute F?!
So then how did it rocket to .07 in a matter of months last year???
+1
By their approach they come across as rank amateurs
I’ll play along with your premise: why then did the 2018 annual numbers not do rob the PPS what you expect the Q1 numbers will do?
I wouldn’t call it panicking—more like a sober dose of reality (until such time as the company decides to stop sandbagging and act, instead, like a company that is eager to inspire CONFIDENCE IN INVESTORS.
So much of what we all (myself included) have engaged in has been future HOPE (vs. the actual current PPS): like my dad used to say, “hope in one hand and $h!t in the other—and see which one fills up first.
This, regrettably, is a fair inferential conclusion to draw
About 1 year ago, PPS shot to .07 on less than $10K revs. Today, with revs in the hundreds of thousands, PPS is mired under 1¢. Draw your own conclusions

They are behaving as if PPS is an irrelevant consideration—despite the fact that they themselves are deeply invested.
While this may be an advantage for those who wish to hold long (since shorter term sells would involve many of the people you identify taking losses on the sale of earlier, higher-priced shares), it doesn’t do as much good for others. WHEN is the company going to begin ACTING like a firm that is trying to inspire long-term confidence in INVESTORS?
+1 (sadly)
This goes beyond “patience”: the catalysts and business factors to send this north to stay have existed for over a year. The fact that it tanked after reasonable spike to .07 (and continues to languish, despite the fact that pinks with ZERO revenues have market caps MUCH higher) means that some forces are working to keep this stock down purposefully—and that the company, even if not involved (though I’m not at all convinced that they are not eager, for whatever perverse reasons, to keep the PPS in the gutter), is surely doing nothing to help IN THE LEAST.
Thoughts, given some time to digest this content?
Yeah—nothing but crickets here. VERY telling.
R/S not likely AT ALL. However, all this “good news” about multi-hundred percent increases in revenues is falling on the market’s DEAF EARS. Nothing else matters. All the cheerleading and excitement over the last year plus (in which I too have engaged—though not without criticAl reflection at other times) has meant NOTHING. PPS and ONLY PPS matters—the rest is noise.
+1 (sadly)
Everything that you say is—AND HAS BEEN—true for many, many months. And yet the PPS remains in the TOILET. PPS is ALL that matters
We may well be in the mid-.0060s (or lower) by mid-May
Inclined to agree—but we thought the same thing last year, rose to .07, and then retreated into the tank. This REQUIRES explanation (beyond “well, it just is”).
The last year has been a BUST for PPS
And then there are countless biotechs with ZERO revenues that are valued (through PPS) in the BILLIONS: what gives?!
Thanks for the education! But if you divide $8M by roughly 1B OS, you get .008–which is almost exactly where we are now. Am I missing something in my interpretation of your analysis?
How many consecutive quarters of multiple thousand percent increases does it take until the market notices? Serious question.
What specific indicators are telling you that?
Those figures were filed with the SEC. Stiff fines and penalties for those who falsify. I doubt it. The figures are legit
Revs increase by multiple thousands of percent—and yet the PPS continues to fall. What am (and have for the last year) I missing? Serious answers only please.
And yet, despite it all, the PPS continues to decline??
Probably. However, because of their approach to communication, they are languishing in the shadows. A rule of thumb is that a company in the vanguard of an industry establishes strong enough brand recognition to garner a 2/3 market share. CELZ is NOWHERE near the front of the pack in terms of visibility and acclaim: if it were, we wouldn’t be d!¢king around at 1¢.
