VNDM is pathetic lmao, running out of options
Pretty funny scare tactics
This is an investment
That's just book value, if we got a $500 million contract we would be trading atleast 3-4x that
I remember someone here posting an email whereTom said that's something they're discussing with equity investors
I honestly figured he would, it's so obvious. I don't understand why someone would attempt to do something like that, Tom literally works in the White House. You can definetely bet the SEC is looking into it. Funny you say that he inquired on may 11th.. that's when the stock started rising from .0004/5 where it was brought down to. Let us know if you can post it, would be appreciated
Great minds think alike :)
As most of the otc slows down over the summer, we could see a lot of money go into bvtk. Imo this will still have a lot of action, traders will be looking for active stocks to buy
Lmao Tom joined the Facebook page for bvtk shareholders, that's pretty awesome
They just acquired a company 7 days ago.
Congrats guys, I sold out at .07 a while ago, but I'm glad the this worked out after the transfer agent situation. Wish you all the best. I would buy in, but Ive got all my funds tied up
What's up with the 40 500k buys ? ;)
We have $25,000,000 in signed contracts, we are currently trading at a $5,000,000 market cap
Agreed, and just wait more bigger $$ contracts
We should be trading at .05-.10 minimum right now
With just the $25 million in contracts we have right now, gives us an earnings per share of .005 ... with a p/e factor of just 10, this would be trading at .05...
Ecrypt One listed here on page 18 ... https://www.wired.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/A-Worldwide-Survey-of-Encryption-Products.pdf
The guy is a laser physicist, certified genius. Clearly a genius in business too
Great post!
I have no doubt it was bought out for a lot, it was the worlds largest nanotechnology company. Cellucci and Jim Von Ehr literally pioneered nanotechnology into what it is today. Cellucci specifically added billions to the nanotechnology initiative
CEO of Bravatek has turned around and sold 4 business, and made people lots of money. Early in his career, he was appointed Senior Director of Newport Corp, and ran 6/7 divisions, leading to its ultimate buyout for $850 million. He was also appointed COO of Zyvex Corp by Jim Von Ehr (the CEO). Check out who Jim Von Ehr is if you don't already know him. He also runs a $2 billion Tech consulting firm, Cellucci Associates, which has raised over $5 billion over the last few years. The list goes on forever, chief commercialization officer under 2 presidents etc. Our Director Chuck Brooks, was ranked #2 in the top 5 tech voices on LinkedIn, and awarded the 2017 cyber security marketer of the year. Recently he was appointed to work for the Trump Administration, and to work Directly with Tom Bossert. We have Top Notch management, nasdaq/NYSE quality. $25 million in signed contracts already, and they took over this company only a couple years ago. Do your DD, because there's a lot more $$
I assume they have employees working for them. Who do you think is doing the work for these telecom projects?
Well, I said I know they were seeking payments but I was unsure if they were able to collect it yet
What do you mean? That's a big deal if financials show recenue
I just asked Tom if the financials will show any revenue from Ecrypt one sales and telecom contracts.. he said sure it will ... we're looking good boys
Good stuff. Do you have a link to the number zyvex was acquired for? I have found a bunch of articles but none state the dollar amount it was bought for
10 min drive from where?
No, he said that they are good guys, but the new firm is much faster and better procing
I also received an email from Tom, saying filings would be much faster with new accountant
Added some .001's
Nice!

Let's say we just have $75 million in revenue. The company should be trading 5-10 times that. So the market cap would be 375 mill -750 mill.. which means the share price would be trading anywhere from .07 to .14
We'll let's just say we had a $2 billion market cap, we would be trading around .45.. but if we were earning $2 bill in revenue, we would probably be trading 5-10 times that atleast so a couple dollars per share. But that would be way down the road. We should focus on .01-.05 for now and then move forward from there
If it was used in all government agencies, it will produce almost $2 billion in annual revenue
Exactly
I wouldn't be surprised. A couple days ago bvtk tweeted the potential revenue from Ecrypt one in the department of homeland security.. It was around $75 million in annual revenue for the product, services, and maintainence for just that one agency. And there's over 200 agencies... if Ecrypt one is successful in DHS, I assume they will all use it
I think you're on to something there ;)
You can't make this stuff up haha
