relentless... agreed. will continue monday or tuesday...time for a cold 1..or 5
peace
true, but they should not be! this is it for them. their last shot. this deal with cc goes sour, they can hang it up!!
one reason for my subscription is to test the service. shipping times have improved, avaiable titles have not
simba, well aware of that. one question: do you think the AVERAGE subscriber will add tiltes that are available and just be patient with the company? or will they just cancel?
ok 2 questions!!
dalek... only the most important time in company history for JF to be around. and he is nowhere to be found
been here for 15 months as sub and shareholder. this is their last shot...my gut feeling is there is a very high rate of churn. guess we will see the coming months
dalek, i emailed chip a few moments ago. yes, jf not respoding to emails till the 27th.
I will be calling to speak with one of them if i dont read back from chip by the middle of the week.
thanks xanadu
oli, service is good for the available titles. the average consumer wants new releases (both movies and games)
thanks dalek
if i can i will paraphrase his response...hopefully by weeks end.
LOOK - gnf cannot handle/service its subs. my queue hasnt changed in 9 days. maybe i will email chip... anyone have his email?

lesnshawn, do that all the time, periodically i will fill my queue with the new ones to test the service.
i've had shares for over a year. as well as a membership. while turn around is much faster, new release availability and inventory has lacked since the inception of their service.
thanks for being up front, i also have put less popular titles in my queue and have no problems with that. they just better get it together sooner then later with the new releases and top rentals
dont make a fool of yourself, i have 15 movies in my queue that are either short wait or high demand. been this way for 10 days now.
so would you expect that trial members are purchasing the movies that are not shipping or available?
I agree, it SHOULD take a few days to a week to order movies and have them shipped to the customer. what is your experience with the service?
agreed, thats why i have just a few short of you!
CC will not rollout until the problem is remedied. i think it will take a few more months to get inventory up to speed. CC does not want to promote a service that lacks service!!
thanks Hotair, if this is commonly occuring than a delay in the natl rollout should be expected
Membership experience...all of the movies on my queue are either "short wait" or "high demand". "short wait" has averaged a few weeks (minimum)
yes, i purposely have movies in the queue that are popular.
if my experience is similar to the average trial member than they will not be signing up. and if thats not bad enough, gnf has to pay cc for the referral.
does anyone else here acknowledge this?
westchester county
i have one day delivery from the PA center.
i am in NY
3000 subs average for july, aug, sept is more like it
jrod, 130,000 dollars...sorry
7500 subs at say $15 per is 337500 for 3 months
10000 subs?
thought they brought in 130 gs for 3 months ending in sept 05.
doesnt add up...
yes, was also a sub a bit over a year ago. the service then simply could not be worse!
just resigned sunday and have 1 game and 2 movies in hand.
Any word on when they will show up on search engines? using appropriate terms of course
mimurray,
Do you know if Herta and Luyendyk have their items (hats, gloves, helmets etc)available elsewhere on the net. Do you know ANY details of the contracts between the drivers and MSEP regarding product placement?
