I feel better now... Praise the Lord and Pass the shares out...and collect the money...
However, I might feel bad for CA... she was the lead accountant (I believe that's basically what she was pre-Katrina, whether she had a title of CFO or not) of a small, family run business (basically family run even though it was publicly traded) and then was asked to be the CFO of a multi-million dollar company with numerous divisions. How in heck was she was supposed to be able to make that transition? Also, she had absolutely no experience managing the process of becoming a SEC compliant company. Of course, now I feel sorry for her and us...
PS... Please pardon my credulous nature... it wasn't credulous when I publicly supported both PA and RB the past two years...
Pretty soon, $10K will get you 10M shares... a bargain for sure! Just ask them...if you can actually get one of them to talk to you... and of course, you know they'd never mislead, lie or exaggerate ;)
When it hit's .001 or triple zero's, maybe I'll buy some more. Of course, only after I've talked to management and they've told me how fantastic the future is, how they have X,Y and Z lined up.... I mean, it's not like they've ever, ever misled, lied, shaded the truth, conveniently forgot the truth, over-promised or exaggerated in the past. But I can always verify the financials..oops, can't do that. Well, I can verify their assets, well maybe, and I can definitely verify their debt and future financial obligations... sure I can...
Also, does anyone know if they are still in the country? Are they still at the offices or off enjoying the 'spoils' of their masterful management performance?
Anyone have a good reason why we shouldn't hit triple zero's without some positive news that is verifiable? I'm sure they won't even come close to what they need to do....
They don't need to bash, what is there left to bash? Besides, the facts speak for themselves, IMHO.
OT: Kind of...

This company was a disaster... who knows what will happen, but at least it has a chance given the ethical behavior and focus on shareholder value by the CEO. As a side note, the company used to be incorporated in Nevada. He changed the articles of incorporation to FL (I don't know if they are any, or much, better) and put out a PR stating that as NV was known as the wild west regarding incorporation, he wanted to make the change.
Think we will get a CEO whose committed to doing what is right? Think we will get a, potentially (I don't really know what the new BOD's will do) professional and experienced BOD's?
Again, EZTO could prove to be a POS, but at least it has given its shareholders some realistic hope...
For some reason, I just don't think those divy checks will be arriving on time or even 'soon' thereafter... just a wild guess...
You are preaching to the choir...I've been telling them that for two years (as have many others, I'm sure)... obviously, they did not want to do what made sense (i.e, the way good companies go about building shareholder value)... whether they tried to run a scam or are incompetent or both, the results are the same... JMHO
I think the only thing they are interested in building is the value in their own portfolios, not yours or mine... JMHO
I was not implying that you were claiming either PBLS or pinks were 'unethical'.
We all hope for the best... I hope I am proven wrong in my current assessments....
Have a good weekend...
Pink does not mean that management has to be unethical or that the company has to be run as a POS. JMHO
PS... Not that I'm implying that PBLS' management has been unethical or that PBLS is a POS... well, on the other hand...
What do they have that is verifiable?
PBLS 'claimed' they wanted to uplist to the OTCBB, then they reneged. They then claimed they were investigating NASDAQ, NYSE, Hong Kong and AIM before settling on OTCQX. OTCQX? Heck, they can't even handle 'Current Information' on the pinks!
PBLS, please prove me wrong....
Where's the money? Where did it go? Not in divies, not in pit equipment/infrastructure, not in massive bulk fuel sales for pit trucking operations, not in steel housing, not in drilling for oil on PBLS leaseholds(supposedly in servicing/drilling support), etc. etc....
What were the salaries for top management? Did they 'earn' that 'given' level of compensation based upon share price? Based upon financial results (oh right, we don't actually know the financial situation)....
Really? Including debt level? How about financials for any given asset? What can be verified? Financials can not be verified? Given what they have claimed (e.g., steel housing, hundreds of trucks going in and out of the pit), Merex, daily jet fuel sales approaching $125K per day, etc. what level of confidence do you have in any claims they make? Basically, we know very, very little information that is verifiable. JMHO
Has anyone figured out what was acquired (and what value, if any is still left from said acquisitions) when we went from a couple hundred million shares pre-Katrina to now? How about what was acquired with the 750M increase in shares that was announced after the 'surprise' share count was released earlier this year? It doesn't appear that they used any profits (or very little) to purchase pit equipment/infrastructure with the proceeds from sales of shares.
We don't know a bleeping bleeping thing. Whereas most companies (most reputable companies, even pinkies) note what shares were used for, especially if they were used to facilitate an acquisition, we don't know jack squat. Everything, and I mean everything this company has done has screamed POS scam. Whether it was a scam or not, the actions of the company have been consistent with a POS pinky scam. Just look at the list of PR's on the PBLS homepage and ask yourself what has come of the claims in those PR's? Remember how many trucks were going to be going out of the pit and how much $ they were going to save on bulk fuel? Heck, they floated that one this summer!!!!!!
Just b/c a company was listed in the I-Box does not mean that it was really a part of PBLS or that it was producing or that it was not trying to litigate itself 'free' from PBLS or that it was not being ransacked or....
LOL... you are joking about the new partners buying, right?
I don't buy the arguement that VP/MR are the cause of our problems. That is just a BIG bleeping red herring. JMHO
Might not be a bad idea to send a few marines over to HQ... ;)
PS... Thanks for your service...
Triple Zero's before the end of the month... oh wait, we will be at .10 .20 heck, 50 cents once the 'short squeeze' starts...
A good source for loans for our many businesses... ah, those were the days, lol... I think you are correct, if there is any money flow, it is into the bank and out of our of pockets...
I'm sure PA, CA and RB are still at work, the question is, what kind of work ;) The work they've done over the past few years has done a hell of a job on the pocketbook of PBLS' investors.... some might say that it has also done a hell of job of filling up their own pockets... No way to know as the company is not run as a transparent publicly-held company but rather as a private company for the apparent enrichment of its principal management team.
Thanks...
Even if the Ag-Pro deal goes through, do you really expect much of a bounce? I imagine that initially Ag-Pro will be a drain on earnings. How long before the plant is producing and generating revenue? Now, if the deal was announced along with a realistic plan and timetable for re-listing as an OTCBB stock, that might help. It would be even better to release information on signed contracts, but I don't know how that would be possible given that it should take awhile before the plant is up and running. Am I missing something?
I'm not bashing, just asking... I've been holding for around 2 years and my basis is WAY TOO HIGH :(
Has anyone talked to our wonderful management team lately? Are they still in the country?
Pick word:
Pathetic
Disgraceful
Disgusting
Unconscionable
'Burn in Hell Worthy'
The list goes on forever... (How I hope they make me eat my words... something tells me that I really don't have to worry about that though)
I don't see anybody disagreeing with you...
.... immediately crater after the opening.... ;)
I'm not sure about that if we are talking about the price at closing; if they do a RS, the share price is just going to immediately crater... ;)
More cheery prognostication:
We will see .0001 before we see .10 (if we ever see .10 again).
We will see .0005 before we see .05 (again, if we ever see .05 again).
We will see .0009 before we see .01 (hopefully we will see .01 again).
We will never see $1.00 let alone $3 $5 or $10 (this one was a tough call, lol).
GLTA
Believe me, I hope I'm wrong...I never sold any... Lord, how I wish I had sold on the Katrina run!!!!!!!
Very easily could see three 0's and quite possible it just folds or stays there forever. I hope not, but given the OS, lawsuits, apparent unwillingness to make the hard choices, etc., it's very possible.
Maybe they need to PR some hot commodities play like oil...oops, been there done that... how about the acquisition of a start-up pharmaceutical company that has a cure for alzheimer's 'just ready to be released'... with a $10 billion dollar performance bond to be administered by a 'top-notch, whoop-de-doo bank'....
Unfortunately, me thinks you are right....
26M Volume... who's buying this disaster? Flippers? If so, what makes them think PBLS is going to go up? I can't imagine any news (short of a verifiable buy-out from an outfit like GE) that would make the share price go up. Okay, maybe a verifiable reduction in AS and cancellation of the series III. Even then, with control of the BOD they could just do the same thing down the road. Given past history, why would anyone think this is a safe long-term investment?
Positive supporters, what say you? Believe me, I want this thing to succeed, but I just don't see it in the cards. Hope I'm wrong...
Shareholder meeting? Why even bother, they control the BOD and have effective control of the voting shares. They've made it quite clear what they think of the common shareholders and how much they value our input and concerns. JHMO
They shouldn't be concerned with the share price on any given day, but they should be concerned with the share price over an extended period of time as that is how the company is valued and how the owners of the company (i.e., you and I and the rest of the common shareholders) receive 'value'. We have not received much value, we have received ... oh, never mind, don't want to get deleted again ;)
Also, they can't just tend to business by doing what they have always done, that's what got us into this mess to begin with. JMHO
Honestly, I seriously doubt that the needed changes will be occurring, or at the least that they will be occurring any time 'soon'.
We are getting pretty close to standing on the edge of the cliff... .0031 and looking down....
Deathly silence... from the board....
You wrote: Personally, I don't buy anything I read here until I call and verify it myself...but I’m sure im in the minority there...
Whom do you call for verification? Also, how do you verify what you have been told? I'm sure there are many here who will attest to having been told many things that were either unverifiable, not true or both.
I wish you all the best, for that matter, I wish all of us the best...
Heck, given the state of affairs, we are being pretty positive ;)
