may be in the upcoming week, huh??? LOL!
it was just a guess!! nobody said it was for sure. next week is next week. LOL!!
it is going to close out at .0055 or .006. I think they know it is not coming this week.
if they release a PR this week, I hope they do it after hrs Friday....that should make it a very nice long weekend!
another 2hrs left, LOL!
that's correct, insiders own more than 51% but from a buyout standpoint, it is the O/S that matters!!
somethin up!! big block trades.
the float is same as O/S 355 million. you can add a few more millions to that to get the deal done!! all the other numbers are mere speculation.
we need the 007 excitement brotha!!!
I see the bids are stacking up!!
I don't mind a PR anytime, even if it is on the weekend. LOL!
why buy at end of day??
it will be interesting to watch how they'll deal with it but I think they need to resolve that via the trading process. let the market iron out the shorts!!!
bids stacking up!!!
Actually in my experience, it is quite straight forward...GBDX agrees to a buyout price and indicates the record/pay dates as well as a method for tendering in shares, especially for those holding in Cert form.
jmo....if there is a buy out price of 10 cents, I am sure there will be orders in for 5 cents or more, and so I am thinking it will open up at 5 or more and trade till it gets to 10!!
You know, which ever way it goes the MMs always make money...unless of course they are penalized!!!
getting there....slow and steady!!
Now, where's the Lizzard???
not a long term concern but a short term one!! But capital is the key ingredient. hopefully one day soon they will not be in that situation. till then it is wait and see.
I didn't fully notice the picture!!! You know what, I had the opportunity to invest with MSFT...when I was working at big blue!!!!!!! But I missed it. I had the opportunity to invest in CSCO but I missed it. I did make some monies of CSCO, in fact quite alot when they were doing the forward splits every now and then. I missed several opportunities, Netscape, Yahoo, etc all of them when they were in their dollar bills!! And I do know that NNVC's technology is one in the making. So it is just wait and see.
this from their current 10Q....I am going set my own expectations (so that I don't get dissappointed!!).
"..The Company does not have any arrangements at this time for equity or other financings. If we are unable to obtain additional financing, our business plan will be significantly delayed...."
The issue here is delay, price and nothing else!!!! Hopefully there will be none but I am bracing myself!
so, hoping that you have more current info than the current 10Q.
"...When it comes to raising money, everything is speculation and it's my belief that Dr. Seymour's "dog and pony show" has already been successful in bringing any needed funds to the table..."
keeping my fingers crossed!
who is knocking??? suggest you read all my posts again!!!! And if they raise capital now, it will be at a discount to current market price!

It is not that!!! It is the financing!!! I am sure they'll get it but at what price and when??
http://www.investorshub.com/boards/read_msg.asp?message_id=19827872
that's the spirit!!! rather than pasting info that is tangential to what the 10Ks and 10Qs depict!
that makes it 70 cents a share!!! that is still worse than the 90 cents figure I threw out!!!
and how did you arrive at that number?? 8% of $6.5 million is $520K.
I like your enthusiasm but not your numbers!!! 12 million shares to raise $6.5 million makes it a share price of 54 cents!!!!! wow!!! that number is worse than the 90 cent that I just threw out. Can we have some discussion in an open minded spirit, rather than boxing people with labels!!!!
jmo...if they raise the capital at 90 cents, then the PPS will go down to 90 cents, only in the short term!!!
It is not that!!! It is the financing!!! I am sure they'll get it but at what price and when??
what's a t=3 scan??
time will tell! I agree.
yep, float around 170 Million shares.
LOL!!! I know there are quite a few chartists who say that there was dilution but really they can't state emphatically where it was coming from..... Naked Short Selling increases supply of shares dramatically!! And if you think this is misleading, I suggest you take a primer in NSS on the WEB!!!
Charts don't indicate the float numbers. One can only speculate th float numbers from charts, that's about it! Only the company and TA know the float numbers!!
I know what you mean...I would like to see it to believe it!! But if the Russians are not playing the game then we should hear something concrete, don't you think so??
well, I'll be surprised!!!if they already did secure $6million then they should 8K it...they are now a reporting company. probably you do know that they have secured...can you paste some info?? if they already have done it, then that would be great. probably we'll get a PR monday!!
The good thing is that he has resigned after filing the 10Q. No, I am not implying that there is negativity with the company and that's why he is resigning but rather a CFO plays a critical role in raising capital and has left at a time where raising capital is important for survival. May be they can do without him. May be he resigned due to personal reasons. But having a CFO around at this time would have been helpful. Even if he had a deal to stay only thru SEC approval, a 6 month extension would have been doable!! After all Leo has ownership in Theracour as well as Nanoviricides.
The technology is still great but there are business issues that need to b resolved. jmo
LOL!
company to raise additional capital............
On March 12, 2007 the Company signed an agreement and retained Crowell, Weedon & Company ("Crowell") as our exclusive financial advisors to assist us in our capital raising efforts. We paid a retainer fee at signing of $15,000, and services commenced in April 2007. The term of the engagement is for four months. In the event a financing is consummated during the term, Crowell would receive a fee equal to 7% of gross capital raised, warrants to purchase 10% of the securities issued in the financing and reimbursement of fees up to $10,000.
