No it literally cannot. It states clearly "all the .0001 sells" of which there has been a limited margin. The fact is IF .0001 is being sold, no one we're aware of is getting it. Therefore, it is easy to see that the statement is false.

Agreed. Yet is the operative term as I'm sure you're aware. I think restructuring is in process and potentially nearing completion. At the time of the PR they were already obviously on discussions about the restructuring process. Still i don't expect to hear much for a while.
