are the T Trades buys or sells? If they are sells, we are in trouble.
Two record volume days in a row. This is starting to wake up.
Two record volume days in a row. This is starting to wake up.
No kidding. VSTR has never had this kind of volume. And on back to back trading days...something is going on. Hopefully the good news will break soon!
Your 9's will be as well very shortly
Okay, so this is the highest volume for one day VSTR has ever seen. Predictions on why this spike just happened?
Oh absolutely. They had so much going for them. I still remember the episode of the Apprentice when Trump had ACN on promoting the videophone that was tied into PVSPs call plan. Talk about free advertising. They had a great product and pipe. Unfortunately Paul couldn't close a toilet lid if he wanted to. All those prospects left as the technology caught up. I thought they were ahead of the curve. Sitting around and waiting is a bad business plan. Once they sold all of their products to VSTR, I knew they were just trying to figure out how to keep fanning from losing all his money. On a side note, we would all be retired by now if the FCC didn't screw Steve Falcone. I really thought the partnership with Lightsquared was going to be the game changer. That debacle still amazes me. I guess he didn't have enough money to pay off the FCC.
I jumped out in the run up. Still at a loss, but not as bad as I thought. How you go from Tcomm to Pot is beyond me. As I said, I can't believe they have gone from exciting PR's with real deals in the pipe to debt payoff and a business that has been known for money laundering.
One of the biggest problems in Colorado is the financial institutions not taking transactions from the pot sales. So, most of the stores that can sell the goods have way too much cash. I just don't like anything related to that industry.
Unbelievable. I am getting the feeling that this mary jane biz is just a front to take some money to the laundry mat. I guess it is a good way to clean things up by acting like there are several international top ups overseas.
I am not saying anything until the next Q. Hopefully we will see it soon.
Won't that make them majority shareholder?
I notice you also post on PVSP. They held their late Q's for months last year. Much worse than VSTR. If it is bad it will probably be posted after market close on Friday. VSTR
Alrighty then
Shouldn't the next Q be out this week?
I am guessing it is going to happen closer to the next Q
No kidding. We haven't seen this kind of volume for almost a year. Last time we saw this kind of activity, we shot up pretty high. Let's see if we can repeat that. VSTR
This did drop. Pick up some .005's today. Hoping they start the push before the next Q. We should see an uptick in revenues with the PVSP customers they bought for no money down and just a few shares. Hopefully we'll get back up to .04 again.
Would make sense. Seems like Paul has been smokin something lately. Although I can't believe they were doing it in the church basement. Lets hope no one at the church finds out.
I also remember the Celebrity Apprentice episode that featured the Ojo Video Phone. The same one that Donald Trump and Joan Rivers did a Youtube commercial for (mostly for ACN). You would think with all the opportunities that these guys had thrown at them they would have been able to do something. Arthur, you could probably make more money by accident than Paul could by actually trying. PVSP
Don't forget Worldgate. WGAT, PVSP
Hey Art, so is that why they raised the A/S to about 9 Billion shares? So they could make all these transactions without having to worry about a Form 4?
I was getting sick of all the high volume trades and shorts. On September 25 of last year I put in a GTC order at .0002 for rough 900,000 shares. I had to reset the order on November 25 because the order was never filled. Today, after almost three and a half months, it was filled. Although I have enjoyed the commentary of people that were claiming to be flipping this stock. Not sure if they just didn't want to buy my shares, but for some reason, they felt the need to today.
Sorry, that's my fault.
Thanks Art. Didn't know they could do that. Not surprised though.
Company settled an outstanding debt payable to its chief executive officer of $10,565 for 5,000,000 shares of common stock, which was valued at $9,500 at the time of the conversion, resulting in a gain of $1,065.
Is there a reason we would not see a Form 4 for this transaction?
I think we all know why the A/S went up to 8 billion. So they can have these days of 200mm shares trading without having to do a Form 4
We'll have to go out for a beer in the D soon. I think bankruptcy is near. The reason they sold the platform to VSTR is to strip any assets from the company and fold all the debt. Kind of weird, because the VC will take a loss. I just can't see how they can get out of debt with what they have. Unless there is a commerical deal they have in the pipe that will save them. My next question...if they do go into bankruptcy, how will they shift their current clients to VSTR?
Try the VoX Mobile International page. My guess is that's Marks new company. PVSP
That did not make any sense. And the comparison does not work. If I was talking to CPA's of which I have a relationship with regarding what they would charge a company like PVSP for an audit with our Audit software they are using (and by the way, number one in the industry)and they not only came in at a lower price but asked to speak to Paul so they could give him a quote...it does not get any more reliable than that. Again, what is your background in Audits?
No, I don't pitch it. I have relationships with CPA's that work for well respected firms. In the past, I have given them business through my Linkedin network. Hence they tend to add to their subscriptions. When you tell a CPA of a major firm that a public company is paying twice what they would charge, they are more than happy to be introduced as it would be a new client for them. It would be easy for them to sell as they can show how they would save money. Not sure how else to explain this... PVSP
I work with the top CPA's in the country. With my current relationships, I have asked them to look at PVSP and see what they would charge for that type of company. They all said half. I just don't know how else to explain it. I called and emailed Paul. I am not sure if this is being misunderstood by anyone else on the board. If so, please someone else jump in.
Unlike the advice of other people we know, I have been tracking the level 2 quotes. The MM's are going to decide if this moves. There is no way this stock can be flipped at this point. They average 250 million shares on the bid at .0001 and 75 million shares on the ask at .0002. We have to wait and see.
Okay, here we go. The top 100 law firms, the top 100 CPA firms and the 94 fortune 100 companies use Thomson Reuters Tax and Accounting software. For some reason, you are the only one on the board that belittles that fact. Every reply I do get, tends to be a little more serious. Oh, by the way, what do you do for a living that backs up the info you provide? Because I have brought this up to Paul Riss of PVSP several times with no response
Sorry DSherman, you are not going to win this arguement. Let me know how you have come to determine the integrity of their old CPA firm. Give me your DD and while you are at it, tell me what you know about the accounting industry and your psst experience as well. This bio of your's should give us a true understanding of whether you post out of fact or opinion. From what I can tell, you really don't have a lot to say that is on topic. Just rants
I think you nailed it on the head with that one. That's why I have been amazed at how much they paid the auditors. Either they were helping them make money or there is a premium to do dirty work..."Better Call Saul"
Well, basically you have to run through an audit to demo the software. Then when you put a contract together for pricing, you have to do an ROI to show how many audits they would need to do to pay for the software. So hence, you review how many audits they do and what is the average cost. They break down the audits by the number of hours it takes to put them together. For example, if they have an organization that needs 250 hours for the audit, I would have to show how much time the software would save vs their current program to give them an ROI. This is the reason I contacted Paul because I used PVSP as an example while marketing our "going concern" software. And yes, the CPA's told me what they would charge based on the SEC filings which was half of what they were paying. And what are you basing your previous response on? Let me know of your background in accounting to validate the last statement.
I am just going from the CPA's I have known and spoke to along with the pricing on auditing software I sold from the company with the largest market share of Tax and Accounting software. So I think I know what I am talking about. Maybe you should sit this one out.
When I worked for Thomson Reuters, the CPA's would factor in more than just the Rev's. Usually it was based around cost of rev's. Like number of employees, facilities, divisions, etc. This would be a simple one even though it is a public company. There really wouldn't be any need for Internal Controls, few Disclosures, and the Risk Assessment would be minimal. They would charge extra for a "going concern" portion. Although we sold that program for 250 bucks. But there is no reason they should be charged more than 40k. At the very most, 75k. I emailed Paul before about changing auditors. I could have set him up with several CPA's that would have charged him half what they were paying.
I sent an email to Paul last year without a reply. I told him if we could just get an annual conference call discussing their pipeline and their direction would be fine. I also mentioned that it can be a muted call as we all know some people would just complain the whole time. But if we could email quetions and have them answer the top 5 as well as giving us the "state of the union", that would be nice. No reply. If you can get one, let me know. We can show'em how it's done in the D
LOL, yes after that hard work I guess they are due for a 3 month vacation. We don't want them to burn out.
looks like VoX Mobile International updated their Facebook page. So maybe things are still in the works.
