Psoriasis update- well I think I have been taking antabloc for close to 2.5 weeks now. The diameter of my psoriasis sores (which are mostly on my elbows and knees)- typically they are very large irregular shaped red scaly patches- they have shrunk and the sores are thinner (less scaly)-- hmmm- I was at the gym last night and I kept checking myself out in the mirror - they look better! I can't imagine it will take the sores entirely away, but we shall see. Even, if it keeps them at this level they are better. Topical drugs have always worked for me, but I don't use them since it comes back worse and thins the skin, etc. ,not worth it to me.
One other thing I have noticed, I have chronic arm pit sweat . Don't I sound like an attractive female, scaly arms and sweat? :^) I have had it for years and it drives me crazy. I have tried many solutions over the years, nothing works (though botoxing my arm pits may work, but not interested in that one). My problem is so bad that it affects my clothing choices on a daily basis. It saves me quite a bit of money, because I can't wear nice fancy silk shirts to work and most of my work clothes are black. At any rate, my sweating has reduced quite quite a bit. I have been sweating a little everyday but not to a ridiculous degree that I normally do. By mid day, I am usually very uncomfortable and want to change shirts but for whatever reason, that has not been the case over a week. The last time my sweating improved like this, was when I was taking diuretics for an inner ear water problem. We shall see if this continues, I may have to wear a fancy shirt to work today.
Ok that is the latest on my issues! My identical twin sister is still waiting for hers and will be taking it for her psoriasis as soon as she gets it.
