Subsequent to April 30, 2015, we converted debt in the aggregate amount of $661,322 into 869,238,855 shares of our Common Stock.

Could go dramatic either way but there seems to be a plan here. We'll see.

Well you guys were right. Alonzo Pierce and his underlings and either very incompetent or outright cons. Maybe both. I just figured the CEO would have something to prove after messing up prior to this latest venture. There is a product but they just misled and bungled. I guess there is still time but it will take luck now. I'm very disappointed and things have not been on the up and up to say the least.
