I said No No No
Because of the demand due to the success of the Annihilyzer System in recents months the company probably have orders and they forcasted in a April 21, 2020 Podcast/PR the following:
“We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,” he added. “We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
That gives them less than 3 months to get production up to produce 25 systems a month.
If they have orders for that many systems the challenge is to get them built. Installing them is simple. The reason why they had so few in the previous years is the difficulty PCTL had breaking into the market to the point Hospitals are contacting them:
CEOCFO: There are so many new ideas and services for hospitals to consider. What is the key to getting a foot in the door?
Mr. Grieco: I would love to have the answer to this question! I have told people that I think I would rather sell a jet plane to the US government than try to get a product into a hospital again! It is very difficult, especially for a small company! There have been some people, and this is just gratifying on a personal level, who have recognized what we have accomplished. I have had people say that they never would have believed that we would have ever gotten into hospitals. The mere fact that the next hospital we will be going into was one of the ones that approached us is a major accomplishment, and I think you are going to be seeing more and more of that.

They are a distributor per 8K and press release.
From 8K dated 4/21/2020:
Jolly then commented on the Company's latest press release detailing a distribution agreement with the UK NHS company. Grieco shared that the agreement will likely begin with five systems starting in July and will later expand to fulfill the needs of their healthcare system.
From Press Release dated April 16, 2020:
PCTL is pleased to announce they have signed an exclusive trading partnership/distributor agreement with an NHS (U.K. National Health Service) company.
From Press Release dated 10/31/2019:
ACE Janitorial, Inc., PCT Corp’s primary distributor in the northeastern United States healthcare market, inked a long-term (60-month) contract with PCT Corp. to continue providing the Annihilyzer® Infection Control System, as a significant extension of services provided last year, to a major hospital in New York City. These services include patented RFID bottle tracking and 24-hour remote monitoring for regulatory compliance.
When are the 10Q/10K coming:
8K dated 4/16/2020:
Due to the guidelines established by federal, state and local governments limiting physical contact and promoting social distancing as result of the global outbreak of the COVID-19 virus, the Registrant has evaluated its ongoing effort to prepare and file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2019. This evaluation has led to the conclusion that the Registrant expects to be unable to compile and review certain information required in order to permit the Registrant to file a timely and accurate Annual Report on Form 10-K for its year ended December 31, 2019, by the prescribed date without unreasonable effort or expense due to circumstances related to COVID-19.
Accordingly, we have decided to rely on the SEC Order and endeavor to file the Annual Report no later than May 14, 2020, or within 45 days after the Original Due Date. The reason the Form 10-K cannot be filed timely does not relate to the inability of any person, other than the Company, to furnish any required opinion, report, or certification.
PCTL is not dependant on Covid however they have benefit from it.
There focus is to provide services and products to healthcare, oil and gas, algriculture and other industries. They went after healthcare first as it has the biggest market and a huge problem that need fixing.
“We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,” he added. “We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
That explains the big increase from previous years,
Thanks for clarifying
So with the Company recording a net loss of $10,214,462 for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 they would be loss around $1,134,000 a month.
In order to cover their losses (burn-rate) and reach free available cash flow and using the average monthly figures from the last 10Q then PCTL is raking in more the $1,134,000 a month.
Am I right about it?
Someboby help me.
Does anyone know what PCTL's burn-rate is?
PCTL growth would have to be significant as the ceo said:
“We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,” he added. “We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
From the 10Q dated 4/13/2020:
Cash and cash equivalents are considered to be cash and highly liquid securities with original maturities of three months or less. The cash of $6,669 and $4,893 as of September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018, respectively, represents cash on deposit in various bank accounts. There were no cash equivalents as of September 30, 2019 and December 31, 2018.
PCT LTD had not recorded revenues for the two fiscal years prior to its acquisition of Paradigm and was dependent upon financing to continue basic operations. Paradigm has recorded revenue since it initiated operations in 2012; however, those revenues have not been sufficient to finance operations. The Company recorded a net loss of $10,214,462 for the nine months ended September 30, 2019 and accumulated losses of $20,141,465 from inception through September 30, 2019.
From the 10K dated 4/12/2019:
PCT LTD had not recorded revenues for the two fiscal years prior to its acquisition of Paradigm and was dependent upon financing to continue basic operations. Paradigm has recorded revenue since it initiated operations in 2012; however, those revenues have not been sufficient to finance operations, recording annual net losses of $3,182,483 and $2,721,536 for the years ended December 31, 2018 and 2017.
What can one surmise from these figures?
The losses went up significantly in 2019 as compared to 2017 and 2018.
The company is in a position on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate.
What is burn-rate?
Burn rate is the rate at which a company spends money. It's almost always calculated as a monthly average. For example, if a company spends an average of $12,000 a month, the company's burn rate would be 12,000.Sep 4, 2019
What is PCTL's burn-rate?
ANYBODY know?

One can see the uptick in Press Releases and based on information from other sources the company has significant news to report that is similar to news they have reported in the past.
I'm sure they have the reasons for this and hopefully it is for the benefit of stockholders.
We will see on May 15 what they haven't been telling us or sooner if they release a Press Release.
Would you kindly point out which Press Releases are actual news and which ones are not.
Various Technological Advancements are set to Grow the Global Biotechnology Market

PCTL has made tremendous progess from significant a company milestone reached just 18 months ago (November 2018):
The company announced that they have, "reached significant company milestones through its wholly-owned operating subsidiary Paradigm Convergence Technologies Corporation (PCT Corp.). PCT Corp. has successfully completed two Beta Site trials and installations at major healthcare facilities, which have been converted into long-term agreements for its Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems. PCT Corp. has also established agreements with several Manufacturing Representatives for geographical territories in the healthcare market. With these milestones achieved, PCT Corp. has commenced the full-scale marketing launch of its hospital infection control systems.
PCTL has seen the an explosive growth in sales and services in the last quarter and has deployed Annihilyzer Infection Control Systems
in at least 13 hospitals and have expanded operations to at least 15 states/countries.
“We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,” he added. “We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
We had to turn down business in a "Major Market" due to the Pandemic Crisis:
Grieco then addressed rumors that the Company is expanding into China. Grieco shared that the Company signed an MOU in January of 2020, which required the Company to deliver systems. “When the pandemic broke, we took that out of the equation,” said Grieco. “What we have done is tabled any discussions until late summer,” he continued. “I don’t feel that we should be shipping any systems anywhere as long as we need them here in the United States.”
I believe the share price has stabilized and although the May 15 filing will be lacking numbers wise, the written story that will be in there especially the subsequent events area will present what is truly happening with the company.
PCTL does have unique system and with few companies out their that can match it.
The RFID is critical.
The time it takes to clean a room is money to a hospital. Until the room is clean they can't bring in another patient.
It is even more money if it is an operating room that needs cleaning.
I said this before and I will say it again PCTL is limited by their ability to raise capital to grow.
They need normal financing, a partner or possibly a buyout.
They are very fortunate to be in the situation they are in now. Things happened at the right time and they happen to have the right product.
They are fortunate to have some savvy investors because the UK connection is because of one and then you have another one starting a distribution hub.
They have been making progress in their other areas as well. We have been so focused on the healthcare side that some may forget about agriculture, oil and gas and food.
One last thing PCTL is not a Covid 19 play.
It has benefit from it because of HOCI.
PTCL has a lot more going on then meets the eye
The hospitals/healthcare just scratch the surface.
Many businesses are going to need their services or a similar company services moving forward.
We've already seen it in the airlines.
What about the cruiselines and hotels?
Endless opportunities!!!

Hospitals & Healthcare:
The Problem:
Preventing Microbial Infections
Many billions of dollars a year are spent by individuals, organizations and the health care system to treat people who get infectious diseases caused by microbes including bacteria, viruses and fungi. With the advent of adaptive and ever more dangerous microorganisms called “super bugs”, the danger of acquiring life-threatening infections is real and growing. This danger affects everyone anytime they are in space where people gather, any microbe contaminating that space is a possible source of infection. With American’s spending 20 or more hours a day indoors, much of it in spaces that are not cleaned and sanitized/ disinfected properly, the threat of infection is constant, growing and dangerous, particularly to our vulnerable populations of the very young, elderly and infirm.
Infectious diseases were associated with an economic burden of over $120 billion in the U.S. in 2014. Antibiotic resistant infections cost Americans $20 billion in direct medical costs and $35 billion in lost productivity in 2014. A particularly acute problem is Hospital Acquired Infections (HAIs) which are increasingly hard to kill or treat effectively. As a result, doctors struggle to contain, fight and cure increasingly antibiotic resistant infections such as MRSA, and C. Diff. The more antibiotics, medicines, pesticides and disinfectants are used to kill them, the quicker the microorganisms adapt, becoming ever stronger and more drug-resistant. Researchers estimate that, if the U.S. could reduce the number of hospital-acquired infections by 20%, healthcare providers would save nearly $7 billion per year. Insurance companies are beginning to deny coverage for treatment of HAIs, forcing hospitals to self-insure. This will create an immense financial and risk-management burden on hospitals, long-term medical, rehabilitation and assisted living facilities.

The Solution:
Overcoming the problem of microbial contamination and infectious disease can be straightforward. It requires proper products, equipment, protocols, education, and training for comprehensive and reliable cleaning, sanitizing and disinfecting solutions. PCT Corp. offers these with its comprehensive “Green Cleaning” and Infection Control Systems. Infectious microbes cannot develop resistance to the cleaning and sanitizing products PCT Corp. uses and they are much less toxic to humans or pets than traditional agents such as bleach and ammonia.
The products are used through a commercially-ready, patented, integrated product and technology solution for total facility cleaning and sanitizing. This system and solution, The PCT Annihilyzer® Infection Control System, was specifically designed for use in hospitals, assisted-living and nursing homes and other large facilities. In various configurations, the solution system can be deployed in urgent care centers, medical, dental and veterinary practices and other health care facilities. A complete and custom turn-key cleaning, sanitizing and disinfection program solution can be provided to each facility. It is also adaptable to deployment in schools, prisons, hotels and many other facilities.
PCT has launched a major marketing and sales effort in the hospital facilities market and The PCT Annihilyzer® System has now been deployed in several hospitals in the eastern U.S.

Agriculture
In the agriculture world, through USDA grants and multiple studies by universities around the world, Hypochlorous acid solutions have been tested and proven effective against yield-reducing crop pathogens in post-harvest applications to include sanitizing at point of harvest, point of packing and points of sale.
We are hoping to help stop these crop-devastating pathogens with our hypochlorous solutions that are known to be environmentally responsible and designed to improve and maintain crop yields, to produce a healthier overall harvest.
Oil and Gas
Waste Water Treatment
Our system helps to decontaminate “frac” water for reuse in the fracking process, saving the industry millions of dollars and preserving the world’s water supply. Some of the many benefits of our system/process include: Elimination of highly toxic chemicals currently used for decontamination, reduced negative environmental impact, reduced recovery costs and potentially opening new areas for oil and gas retrieval.
Turning “Sour” Crude Oil to “Sweet”
In other areas in the gas and oil industry that presents a challenge is in treating existing wells for the presence of H2S of hydrogen sulfide. H2S is a large and growing problem in the industry, due to its continued introduction of bacteria in the fracking process. H2S causes increased production costs. Our solutions reduce those costs and reduce the environmental impact.
Other
Hotel and Tourism
Similar to the healthcare environment, the hotel and tourism industry (i.e resorts, airports, cruise ships, etc.) are subject to communicable diseases. In the healthcare market, they are referred to as Hospital-Acquired Infections/Healthcare-Associated Infections (HAIs) and in the hotel and tourism industry, they are known as Community-Acquired Infections. With as many different people traveling through these areas, from all sorts of countries and carrying various types of ailments or pathogens with them, consider the potential for an uncontrollable spread of these germs.
Outbreaks are typically caused by lack of proper processes and/or a failing product. Our ECA technology is designed to help anyone in the industry to get a grip on the issue and succeed at their main goal: providing an awesome experience for their guests.
Food Service/Production
Our sanitizer strength solution meets the requirement of the FDA and USDA, to be a non-rinse sanitizing agent. In the world of dealing with food, why not use a product that actually kills food-borne pathogens - without containing any toxic chemicals that would harm the quality of the product?
Whether you’re dealing with meat, poultry or just need to maintain a facility’s defense against Salmonella/E. coli, contact us about using our solutions.

Keeping hospitals clean and safe without breaking the bank; summary of the Healthcare Cleaning Forum 2018
https://aricjournal.biomedcentral.com/articles/10.1186/s13756-018-0420-3
Revolutions are often started by ideas whose time have come. Compared to other domains in medicine, revolutions in the field of Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) are generally few and far between. The last one was probably the global shift to using alcohol-based handrub (ABHR) instead of washing hands with soap and water, about 25 years ago- a seemingly small change in practice that continues to save millions of lives [1,2,3]. Today, looking at the IPC landscape, the one area that has been consistently undervalued and understudied is the role of the hospital environment in patient care. Keeping hospitals clean is not just an aesthetic, but a patient safety issue.
Although high-quality interventional studies are limited, there are enough to show that cleaning and disinfecting hospitals in order to prevent infection works. Analysis of numerous studies shows a clear correlation between “cleaning hygiene failures” and the number of intensive care unit-acquired infections (Fig. 2). Several studies showed that patients were much more likely to contract certain pathogens if the patient in the room before them was colonized or infected with a pathogen linked to HAI (Fig. 3) [4, 10,11,12]. There is a wealth of information on what products or chemicals eliminate which pathogens and how to apply them. This includes efficacy and toxicity studies as well as a few clinical studies assessing the effect of specific interventions to control outbreaks [10]. More research is needed to measure the effects that cleaning methods have on HAI. Since improved environmental cleaning and decontamination measures are always bundled with other interventions during outbreaks, it is difficult to measure their precise impact.
Hospital environmental hygiene is complex because it is dependent on the pathogen present and the product used to remove it. There are five main variables to cleaning, whether removing soil or disinfecting and cleaning on a microbiological level (Table 1; the acronym “WASTE” can be used to recall the 5 variables). These elements are: what product or intervention is applied, the technique and equipment used to apply the product, the type of surface, the level of contamination of the environment, and last but not least, the environmental hygiene personnel doing the cleaning [13]. If any one of these elements is lacking, the cleaning will by definition be suboptimal. Because of this, changing cleaning practices in hospitals must be implemented through a multimodal strategy that takes these variables into account. The best cleaning substance in the world is useless if not applied correctly, and the best-trained personnel are useless if the product they are using is not effective against the particular pathogen that needs to be removed or killed.
An ideal product would be effective against all bacteria, spores, viruses, and prions while having no impact on the environment and being completely safe as well as easy to use. Currently no such product exists; thus choosing any product will result in some level of tradeoff.
For example, hydrogen peroxide vapor does not leave any residues in the environment, but is expensive, can be corrosive, and is difficult to use compared with liquid disinfectants.
Chlorine solutions are effective against spores, but have a strong odor, leave residues, and may damage certain environmental surfaces.
UV light leaves no residue but cannot disinfect areas that it cannot shine on directly. This is the case for every single product available today; most only work against certain types of pathogens, and others are toxic or degrade certain materials in the patient environment.
[PCTL SAVES THE DAY!!!
Cleaning and environmental maintenance is a science. Initially, assessing the approach for the hygiene of a toilet seat seems almost redundant. However, many of the questions around this seemingly simple activity require study and scientific assessment. One must decide material to use to clean the toilet seat (e.g. microfiber or cotton cloth), which liquid agent to use (e.g. a detergent or a disinfectant and, if a disinfectant, which one), and the ideal frequency of the cleaning and disinfection (e.g. daily, after each use, or both). Many questions remain unanswered; some are addressed in the Appendix (see Appendix).
Hospitals must get out of the vicious circle of cutting costs and instead assess value. They must realize that being a hospital “cleaner” is not a job but a profession, and invest in their workforce. Academics must encourage further studies (see research agenda, Table 3) as well as weave together the data available in order to present hospitals with a convincing business case of why to invest in hospital cleaning.
PCTL is in a great position to disrupt the market share of contracts for Infection Control Systems with Healthcare and other industries.
Why did they focus on Healthcare first?

PCTL is a small player and is limited by their size and available financing. I'm sure they are well aware of this and are aggressively working to find a deep pocket investor(s) or possible partnership.
PCTL has the best solution to a multi-billion dollar problem will it be an investor or a partnership to help solve it.
Maybe it will be one these major players:
Key companies in the Hospital Disinfectant Products market include The Procter & Gamble Company, Colgate-Palmolive Company, Baxter International Inc, Kimberly-Clark Corporation, Getinge AB, and Georgia-Pacific LLC

The conversation then turned to dilution and outstanding shares. Grieco noted that dilution occurred prior to January 2020, but shared that any shares that are currently being issued are meant for growth.
“We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,”
he added.
“We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.

Hospital Disinfectant Products Market to Expand at Growth Rate of ~ 5.3% CAGR from 2018 to 2026 to Reach US$ 17.1 Billion through 2026:
PCTL is a small player and is limited by their size and available financing. I'm sure they are well aware of this and are aggressively working to find a deep pocket investor(s) or possible partnership/buyout.
The market potential of PCT’s system in hospitals is approximately 7,000 systems across the US and for Nursing Homes and Assisted Living facilities is approximately 13,600 systems. PCT has a current sales funnel of over 30 hospitals in the Carolinas and the Northeast that are in active discussions with PCT about acquiring the Annihilyzer® System and Services. This System can significantly address and reduce the problem of Hospital Acquired Infections (HAI’s) that currently costs U.S. hospitals over $35 Billion in infection prevention and control programs, HAI patient treatment and other significant HAI-associated costs.
How much is PCTL worth in a buyout?
I read a few of the previous 10K
The company had decent revenue at one point and as they started to
develop their different products for different industries their costs started to out weigh their revenues. They started to sell shares ro raise capital. It wasn't so bad when they could get a dollar a share.
The costs kept climbing and revenues not keeping up.
This is from the 10K dated April 15, 2019:
The number of shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding as of April 17, 2018 was 43,409,238.
The number of shares of the Registrant’s common stock outstanding as of April 12, 2019 was 51,643,048.
This is from the 10Q dated April 13, 2020:
The number of shares outstanding of the registrant’s common stock as of April 10, 2020 was 527,813,393 which does not include 427,186,607 shares of common stock reserved against default/conversion of convertible debt.
The company sold a lot of shares in 2019/20 to raise capital and clear debt of the books. The dramatic rise in share count was because a lot of shares were sold at .000?.
Since then the revenues have exploded to the point they can suuport PCTL's burn-rate.
The conversation then turned to dilution and outstanding shares. Grieco noted that dilution occurred prior to January 2020, but shared that any shares that are currently being issued are meant for growth. “We are in a position as a company on a cash flow basis to cover the burn-rate,” said Grieco. “So, we finally have free available cash flow,” he added. “We have to expand very rapidly. We see a need, starting in July, to start delivering at least 25 systems a month,” said Grieco.
Seeing they wearing protective clothing it probably isn't a green product. Also I believe there is a four hour downtime to clean.
If they use our product they can get the subways moving as soon as they clean them.
There are plenty of companies that make and sell systems for on-site generation. Many have been around for years.
So what makes PCTL different?
CEOCFO: Your site indicates PCT is introducing a new disruptive technology in the world of hospital disinfection. What have you developed? What is the technology?
Mr. Grieco: It is a new technological infection control system placed into a healthcare facility, where the fluids for cleaning and disinfecting the environment are generated on-site and on-demand. The solutions generated are “Green,” safe for the healthcare environment, patients, visitors, staff and pets; however, deadly to pathogenic germs. We utilize electrostatic technology (SMART Technology) to apply the broad-spectrum disinfectant, making the job of disinfecting more effective and efficient. The use of this SMART electrostatic technology helps to remove human error from the disinfecting process. The efficacy of both solutions is electronically tracked and its use can be tracked throughout the hospital. We have developed cleaning and disinfecting protocols, utilized with our patented RFID material tracking system, for the proper use of our solutions and electrostatic applicators being used in every area of the facility. The primary function is to make the healthcare environment safe for patients, visitors and staff. Our goal is to eliminate the healthcare environment as a source of transmission of infection!
CEOCFO: Are there other systems that make the disinfectant on site or is this a new concept?
Mr. Grieco: There are some others. However, they do not have the automation that ours does. More than that, they do not have the protocols and tracking. When you fill a bottle from our infection control system, that bottle is time stamped with a date electronically noting when it was filled and when it expires. The tracking also gives key members of the facility a very good understanding of who is cleaning and disinfecting, what protocols are being followed and where in the facility. Furthermore, it can give information about which areas of the facility have not been cleaned and disinfected by the staff. The system also tracks the time taken to complete a protocol. Here’s an example: if the protocol used is “clean and disinfect the public restroom” and if someone scans-in that they are cleaning and disinfecting the restroom, but they are out twenty-five seconds later, you know that they did not do a very good job. If they spend forty-five minutes in there, you know they brought a book in to read or they were likely on their cell phone. To do a very good job of cleaning and disinfecting the public restroom, it should take eight to ten minutes. That would be to clean and disinfect all the and disinfecting the public restroom, it should take eight to ten minutes. That would be to clean and disinfect all the cleaning and disinfecting the patient room, we have electrostatic applicators that are used to disinfect the room once it has been cleaned. Our SMART electrostatic applicators are electrostatic carts or handheld applicators. We are one of very few that have this technology.
The importance of documentation in the Healthcare field is critical even documenting when a room is clean/disinfected. Also using a machine for the disinfection process cuts down a mistakes.
To have this done through automation and in real-time is a time and tree saver. It took years for elctronic medical records to get going. Now they are an industry standard and so will systems like PTCLS'.
Do you know of any other company that has a similar system?
Whole-room cleaning company sees dramatic rise in clients

PCT has installed its Annihilyzer System at another New York City hospital. Annihilyzer Infection Control System is a whole-room cleaning and disinfecting system for hospital and healthcare facilities.
The CEO explains that the company has developed cleaning and disinfecting protocols, utilised with its patented RFID material tracking system, for the proper use of solutions and electrostatic applicators being used in every area of the facility.
“As a result of the capabilities and benefits of our products, many companies and municipalities across a variety of industries and geographic locations are engaging in intense discussions with PCT. We believe that this hospital will be the first of many installations during the coming months,” Grieco explained.
Grieco explained on the Stock Day Podcast that the company believes it has developed a unique type of disinfectant system based on hypochlorous acid. “The core technology, which is hypochlorous acid, has been around for many years, but it’s had what the market has perceived as drawbacks - not because of its efficacy, but because it’s not a product that lends itself to storage long-term.”
Greico emphasised that their disinfecting system has demonstrated its ability to destroy various bacteria and viruses, without the noxious and other adverse side effects found with conventional chlorine solutions.
Grieco added: “All of our hospital customers using our infection control system and disinfectant are utilising the systems as a front-line defence throughout their facilities, including in all public area such as restrooms, lobbies, waiting rooms, elevators, corridors, cafeterias, etc. all throughout the day and night and in the presence of patients, staff and visitors.”
Business
An article from March 2020, stated: “We expect to grow at the rate of two hospitals a month for the first part of this year and then to double that for the second half of the year. We have been dubbed a disruptive technology for hospitals. However, it does not have to be limited to hospitals. There are certainly other markets, such as assisted living facilities, schools, even companies and factories that could use this system to reduce sickness.”
They could slap us with a Denfense Production Act to make Annihilzer
for Uncle Sam to distribute where needed.
Besides the industries big players using traditional disinfectant methods Annihilare uses a method similar to ours with its founder and CEO Marty Paris having a direct connection to PCTL.

Annihilare Launches State of the Art Healthcare Disinfection Technology
https://www.prnewswire.com/news-releases/annihilare-launches-state-of-the-art-healthcare-disinfection-technology-300946383.html
We are dealing with the situation per 10Q:
On July 30, 2019 the Company accepted a settlement proposal from Annihilare, Inc. (a sub-registrant of the Company’s US EPA Registration No. 92108-1) and its affiliated company, Prime ITS (a prior owner of Annihilyzer Inc, which transferred previously noted intangible IT assets to PCT LTD for 2,250,000 shares of the Company’s common stock in November of 2016). The settlement agreement included credit to the Company by Prime ITS in the gross amount of $23,209 on the Company’s payable to Prime ITS for a combination of a portion of Marty Paris’ salary, a resignation from Marty Paris effective July 31, 2019, and equal valued amount of PCT’s inventory, for net credit to PCT in the amount of $13,939, which was received by the Company on July 31, 2019. The transaction was completed on August 1, 2019.
On August 8, 2019, we received notice from Annihilare, Inc. that certain intellectual properties developed jointly between us and Annihilare are to be discontinued from use by us and our customers. We dispute the claims from Annihilare that the intellectual properties are exclusively Annihilare’s and are in discussions with Annihilare on this point. We have engaged counsel to assist us with this dispute and are evaluating potential litigation on this matter. However, as of the date of this filing no litigation has been initiated.

Multi-Billion dollar problem:

Turning “Sour” Crude Oil to “Sweet"
In other areas in the gas and oil industry that presents a challenge is in treating existing wells for the presence of H2S of hydrogen sulfide. H2S is a large and growing problem in the industry, due to its continued introduction of bacteria in the fracking process. H2S causes increased production costs. Our solutions reduce those costs and reduce the environmental impact.
Other
Hotel and Tourism[

Their DISRUPTIVE ANNIHILYZER® INFECTION CONTROL SYSTEM is second to none.
"Our technology does to the chemical industry what UBER did to the transportation industry"
What is PCTL's mandate and revenue generation?
PCT LTD’s mandate to PCT Corp. continues to be strategically, methodically and successfully enter and gain market share within three industries: healthcare,
agriculture, and oil & gas. The company has recently been increasing earned income from the sale of services, disinfecting and sanitizing fluid, equipment, and/or non-essential intellectual property thereby reducing operating deficits. Addition growth and funding may also result in an increase in hiring to aid in sales and marketing in order to make faster gains towards achieving profitability.
Revenue generation is accelerating due to the gains made by PCT Corp.’s installations of Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems, which are being deployedto hospitals through internal sales efforts in concert with distributors and/or manufacturer’s representative(s). Ten (10) Annihilyzer® Infection Control Systems have been installed in seven (7) different hospitals, including one in the
United Kingdom, and three (3) more are slated for installation within the next several weeks. Furthermore, most of these facilities are already in the long-term planning and budgeting process to expand their systems in the future.

A NEW DISRUPTIVE TECHNOLOGY IN THE WORLD OF HOSPITAL DISINFECTION
defeating HAIs with science not chemicals
Healthcare Associated Infections (HAI) — also known as a nosocomial infection are transmitted within a healthcare facility from patient to patient. It can be spread throughout the hospital environment, nursing home environment, rehabilitation facility, clinic, or other clinical settings resulting in a 35 billion dollar a year problem.[ HAI’s include C-Diff, Staph, MRSA, …. With our system, not only can we reduce harmful bacteria but we can also help you drastically reduce the financial liability associated with HAI and improve your bottom line savings, by increasing efficiency, reporting, and cutting down on labor and harmful chemical costs.
PCTL the Good, the Bad and the Ugly
The Good:
Annihilyzer
This the most disruptive technology to ever enter the Hospital disinfectant market.
Why?
1. Turnkey on-site generation
2. Non-toxic
3. Cost less than competition
4. RFID technology
5. Doesn't harm furniture
Increase sales
Increase distributors
Cash flow
15 States/Countries footprint
The bad:
Limitations due to available financing
Limitations to scale up to meet current demands
The ugly:
Prior toxic financial
That being said PCTL with its' "DISRUPTIVE" technology is in the position to change the landscape in Hospitals as well as other industries. We already know PCTL is more cost effective than competitors. What we don't know is how much have the spread of the pathogens been reduced since their system has been in place in a Hospital. What we also know is SUNY Downstate Medical Center renewed their contract for an additional 5 years after utilizing the system for one year. There are 2 more hospitals in the SUNY system.
Moving forward as Big Competitors start to lose market share (probably already happening) to PCTL they will look to partner or buy out. This multi-billion market has been a staple for these giants and as they lose market share they will want a piece of the action.
PCTL have been in discussions with industry partners.
Their potential is unlimited however in the near term it is limited by the amount of capital they can raise to grow.
I believe the industry big players probably are aware of PCTL especially when their some of thier contracts aren't being renewed.
I could imagine how the convesation would go between their sale rep
and a distributor:
Sales rep: Well who you give the contract to P&G or KC?
Distributor: No PCTL
Sale rep: Who the hell is PCTL.....
The elderly/assisted care facilities are being pursued now.
PCTL made a smaller system for these smaller facilities.
PCTL 2020 goals: (1/29/2020)
Use newly developed smaller scale systems to expand marketing to assisted living facilities and possibly schools. Begin marketing campaign at the end of Q1.
2020 Q1: Installations of systems in 6 additional hospitals
Debt: Finalizing Consolidation of debt through equity investment
Equity: Completion of negotiations with a number of potential sources of equity investment
Further discussions with possible industry partners
General Growth: Continue double digit growth with transition to cash flow positive and operating profitability during the second half of 2020
Improved Communication: Utilizing Social Media
Creation of new domainfor our healthcare-specific market (www.pctcorphealth.com) and actively using The Chesapeake Group and www.para-con.com for investor relations, in addition to developing www.pctcorpoilandgas.com website(s) and www.pctcorpag.com website(s)
