Friday 13, Late Filing, QuickBooks down?
It is hard to believe that with 1 employee, that the financial info was delayed....therefore, requiring a late filing.
It is possible that Mr. Woodell, who is responsible for financial reports, is working on other pressing matters at the time. There are numerous lawsuits filed in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and Orange County, Florida, against American Equipment Leasing, American Equipment Leasing and Finance, as well as other companies connected with the aforementioned.
Public information also shows that the Directors of UNQT; Martha Lance and C. R. Lance, aka; C. Randy Lance, Randy Lance, Randy C. Lance, are named personally in multiple filings, too.
Looking further in public documents, it is apparent that these companies have consistently been involved in lawsuits that have been detrimental to the businesses and the Directors, listed above.
I invite you to draw your own conclusions, but, in my mind, having a well-documented negative trail like this is a deal killer. Public companies are just that; PUBLIC. No room for secrets or non-disclosure of the past involving the present players. That is why companies stay PRIVATE.
Again, before anyone gets "hysterical", it is my opinion and mine alone. Many people on this board have been hurt in the past and deserve all of the pertinent information available. Being laid up with a broken ankle, has given me the time to research public information.
Wishing for something to be different does not make it so.
