My broker at Merrill just told me there's a chill on JBII and he can't purchase it for me (in my retirement account)...confusing because I have purchased this through ETrade many times in the past 10 months.

this is a different kind of news then the market is used to seeing for MMJ...approved states now have a reason to act as a whole, strength in numbers

This is the solid foundation approved states needed...now they can concentrate on growing the sector and adding more states.

Overall this could be a profitable turn in the near future

I have always posted objectively and will continue to do so...imagine if this philosophy was part of the TOS that all posters (even POSSE members) had to follow; the true intentions of these companies would be much easier to figure out, lol (kind of)

-current share structure (as of 9/30/11) is 600million AS and 553million OS...maybe diluted some since 9/30 so not much room for a PPM. max of 47million shares at .01/.02 avg is around $500K/$1m bucks. Honest question...Is it healthy for a company to operate so close to the AS or will they have to increase it?
