LIGATT Security International Offers Dividends to Shareholders
LIGATT Security International Distributes Dividends Amongst Shareholders During 4th Quarter 2009
ATLANTA, GA, May 28, 2009 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- LIGATT Security International (PINKSHEETS: LGTT) CEO Gregory Evans announced today that the company will be one of the first Over-The-Counter (OTC) companies to offer dividends to shareholders. In order to maximize shareholder value and focus on its core business strategy, LIGATT Security International will begin offering dividends to shareholders planned for 4th quarter 2009.This strategy comes at a time of the fastest reduction in U.S. dividends since 1955. With this tactic, LIGATT shareholders will not only get paid for each share that they own, but they will also get to retain their stock, therefore receiving a portion of the company's earnings.
The company feels these modest returns to shareholders, over time, should develop LIGATT Security International into a must have for investor portfolios. "This stock dividend is intended to lay the groundwork for the growth of LIGATT Security International," said CEO Gregory Evans. "It is part of our ongoing efforts to promote capital investment, broaden ownership and enhance shareholder value. This action is enabled by the Company's continued success in cyber security and is consistent with the Board's commitment to take actions designed to create a wider distribution of the LIGATTs stock."
In order to solidify these endeavors, our newest board member Dami Kabiawu will serve as the company's Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer beginning June 1, 2009. One of Kabiawu's first obligations is to acquire an outside accounting firm for consulting purposes in order to assist with financial statements and dividends.

Buzz up! Print ATLANTA, GA--(MARKET WIRE)--Mar 10, 2009 -- LIGATT Security International (Other OTC:IGTP.PK - News) announced plans today to begin aggressively targeting fellow technology companies for acquisitions. LIGATT Security International CEO Gregory Evans aspires to acquire six companies by the end of June.
"At LIGATT Security, our goal is to become one of the world's largest corporations and to be composed of only the latest and highest quality technology in the field," says Evans. "We are confident that by acquiring companies that are equally as motivated and enthusiastic about technology as our own, we will become an industry powerhouse in the same way as companies such as AT&T did when building the world's largest wireless network."
The merger between LIGATT Security, LLC and Intelligent Sports to form LIGATT Security International has put the new company in the position to purchase these companies with not only cash but with stock as well. LIGATT Security International (IGTP) is currently trading under the Intelligent Sports stock symbol while awaiting stock symbol change. Since the merger with Intelligent Sports, LIGATT Security's stock has shown a drastic increase in value; an amount that is 55 times greater than what it was only one month ago.
LIGATT Security's immediate acquisition initiative consists of targeting companies that offer products and services that are on the forefront of the computer security industry. These companies must meet specific criteria, such as the number of years in business and must be generating substantial revenues. Evans emphasizes that he does not plan to change the management of these companies, but will rather actively seek out companies with similar interests and management styles that will enhance LIGATT Security's current success.
Evans is currently seeking companies belonging to the following industries: computer security, Hi-Tech computer training, caller ID spoofing, and computer hardware and software. If you own a technology or computer security company that you would like to sell, please email pr@ligatt.com, or visit www.ligatt.com for a description of the attributes we are seeking in a company.
LIGATT Security is one of the nation's premier hi-tech security companies and is recognized as a leader in computer security, CCTV surveillance and cyber-crime investigation. LIGATT Security is truly unique because it is comprised of a network of innovators who are continually striving to reach new heights in quality and in new technology.

I had same problem my average was .0043, now I averaged down to .0029 . The question you have to ask yourself is do you believe in this company. In my case its yes, and I would buy more, but short on funds now. Just remember you haven't lost a dime until you sell. When this does take off you'll be kicking yourself for not adding at this price. GLTA
It would be a wise move for you to average down at this price.
I find it kind of odd looking at the trades today. If you notice all the sells at .0016 have not been bought, MM's keeping them. I've had a buy in since this morning that hasn't filled at .0016.
So you believe that bashing a stock that you are invested in will increase its PPS? Hmmmmmmmm, I just don't get it. You bitch about Greg doing things ass backwards. What about you?
So why are you here then?
I gave you a mark, lucky 7.
If you read the PR, it was by the end of June.
Boardmark were 219 this morning. Now they are 213, so 6 people left and probably sold.
Wow, I've never had a problem with getting a response back from Amanda. Usually within a couple hours.
Nite keeps popping in and out.
Wish it was that easy.
Yes, we got a few more MM'S today. Should be more on monday and through next week. Pinksheets.com should also be removing caveat emptor over the weekend.
So far.
I use power etrade pro.
ABLE has joined the show.
