Affiliated with print, tv, radio, or internet? From a major news house?
Continued lighthearted comedy, from the producers of the hit T.V. show, "Lost."
Narrator- The following morning after the coffee was made, and the e-mails were deleted, Paul arrives to work just before the market opens.
Paul- (Censored) it's cold out there! Errol, when is our lease up in Chicago?
Errol- Another year.
Paul- (Censored) IT! Let's take some of the profits off the table and leave asap and break that (censored) lease. Real estate in Ft. Lauderdale is down 75% from a couple of years ago, we could buy a real nice place in Las Olas, or near the Intracoastal Waterway at 17th St and then declare bankruptcy!
Errol- We already have a nice place down there. Our accountant, IR, our LLC, and OFON are all in Florida now.
Paul- You fixed the screw up with the trading symbol finally? That's great! You know, I'm tired of that dump across the streat from the mall. I want a really nice place, next to the water so that we can jump on a boat and skip the country if things get really dicey. So, when are you going to release the (cough) trading results?
Errol- We were going to release our trading results before jumping on a plane and skip town!
Paul- Great! Do you have the results yet?
Errol- Of course, but you told me don't release the results until we had airplane tickets!
Paul- (Censored) it, book the first flight out of here, we'll release them once we are in Florida, and on the boat!
Narrator- Suddenly, the two turn their attention away from the trading desk and pull up all the travel websites. After booking a flight, they start to hurry out the door when they bump into Catherine.
Catherine- Where the (Censored) are you two clowns going now?
Errol + Paul- Were going to Floriduh!
Catherine- (Breaks down in tears) You guys promised to take me along, where's my (censored) plane ticket?
Paul- It an e-ticket, just show up at Ohare, and arrive at gate A5!
Narrator- After Errol and Paul leave the building...
Errol- Wow Paul, that was quick thinking to tell her to go to a different gate!
Suggestion: Try breaking that large bid into smaller pieces to get filled.
Not your fault. I'm not upset with you, nor should anyone else. You did what you thought was the right thing to do. It is up to OFON and SPZI to deliver and have a serious case of damage control. Both must become proactive and deliver.
Sidebar unrelated conversation: I presently work for company, "A." When I first went to work for company "A", person "X" was employed, but soon left. As soon as person "X" left, company "A" started to fall apart. Yesterday, I spoke with person "X" and discovered that after getting shafted by the CEO at company "A", person "X" started a new company "B" to compete with company "A." Sound familiar? My point is this: Sometimes a person has a great idea, starts a company with a vision and becomes CEO by default. The company grows through adding people that are smarter than you. However, at some point the person with the great idea for a company may no longer have the ability to bring the company to the next level without additional assistance, and refuses to listen or allow others the ability to take the company in a new beneficial direction. In my present situation with company "A", the CEO is surrounded by captains that will never revolt, but the footsoldiers are defecting to company "B."
In our case with Spooz, the question becomes, with no captain or footsoldiers left, how do shareholders pick up what remaining pieces that are left and move forward, without complete disintigration through various legal pressure applied.
All of the above of course may be partially forgiven, if and that is a now becoming a bigger IF, results can be provided, which turns this ugly situation around. Believe it or not, I still look upon the action of now OFON and SPZI as poison pills. OFON's poison pill was a preferred share offering and SPZI's poison pill was Kaitrade.

Must not be, but might be my fault, i did not call it fraud, but i was in contact with someone at the sec and otc. Lets see if they clearify something, have also send, as i did before a request to M.r Silent Strickland, i do not exopect anything from this, also not from the sec, but a trial worth at all.
Bottom BB is continuing to tighten up. I smell $$$.
Both OFON and SPZI have Stop Signs on Pinksheets now.
Yes, I've seen that video, originally on the Bloomberg website. Over the last month, I've developed another opinion of the one we have been both following though. That last PR showing a huge release of shares, compounded by other shareholders moving out of the room faster than roaches, means this thing is cellar boxed without significant news. Unfortunately, I bought in sequence of $0.0005, $0.0004, $0.0003, etc thinking it would uptick. The -DI is presently above +DI, and both are above ADX, it really wouldn't take much to move the +DI, but unfortunately, PR damage control will need to be in order and most importantly get out of the cellar now. I'm still in it, just haven't much to say as it is all up to management.
Actually, no 3rd quarter results were released within timeframe. 2Q results not issued within timeframe. Same for the sister company.
I'm still long!
Long:
Function: adjective
1 RCCH shareholder, who continually buys more shares and refuses to sell:
2 owning or accumulating securities or goods especially in anticipation of an advance in prices
3 continually attempts to correct the misguided, uninformed poster(s).
4 extending far into the future
5 possessing a high degree or a great deal of something specified

I think the only ones who are getting worried are the investors.
Looks like all this indisputable, undeniable, nothing but the facts, nothing can stop us, it a done deal DD is starting to crumble from within.
I have forseen this coming basically since I first invested.
Another fine example of opinion being more accurate that facts or should I say alleged facts.
The #'s being thrown around are just tro stratospheric and highly unlikely if not impossible. Just try runing some #'s on the total to cover at $1.00!
It's really time for Mr. Newton to step up to the mic and straighten out some info but they never do. (I know, he can't comment).
To bad
Wonder how many of the 115 on the I Love Jean list would re-up!
Well, that would be my #10 request, and that is to clean up the existing website to at least fix some outdated information. The "we don't read the boards" may be the case, but perhaps part of the message is getting through. Would still entertain the idea of having a formal open letter from the shareholders to the management sent to see if the lines of communication could be improved. I'm cautious to rattle the saber as this methodology has unintended poor consequences. Again, I implore those to carefully consider actions and outcomes carefully, and choose wisely.

You can't order them, I can't order them, but a company officer can from Broadridge, used to be ADP (Automatic Data Processing) directly or through their TA.

Same goes for DTC sheets which can be ordered monthy by subscription by companies or officers.
Gbathat, I appreciate that you still conduct dd, and share what you find with the board, which is refreshing. So, I thought I might share a little of my dirt digging as well.
I was thinking about the possibility that there may be other discussion threads out there that are presently discussing the Bloomberg Tradebook and the excel add in. My thought was to find combinations of Excel and the words: Bloomberg, Bank of America, etc. What I started with was discussion boards and to no surprise, Investors Hub, Spooz board came up many times. However, additional links surrounding the recent Excel add in have surfaced, which I have attached below. Note, that the NBE link may be the most threatening, but what this appears to be on the surface is trading modules dedicated to trading derivatives for the Excel add in. (Notice Penson is there?) I'm still attempting to obtain additional research for clarification regarding the information found but have become sidetracked and at the present unable to concretely confirm whether the add in is our little Spooz. Based upon what is contained below, there would seem to have been a problem with the add in as it related to the Microsoft Excel 2007 version, service pack 2 as far as updating in real time data from the Bloomberg feed and the Visual Basic script info.... Also, Bank of America + Excel turned up a piece of discussion thread whereby individuals were diligently working to resolve an excel problem just prior to the November 18, 2008 PR release of the counterparty with Bloomberg. The problem related to being able to clear the additional unwanted information within the cell.

Can you kindly provide additional information or a link for additional information regarding the, “… ordering NOBO and OBO lists along with DTC sheets and comparing for a few months and finding out if there are any fails and where they are coming from.” Perhaps it has been a misunderstanding of mine that one needed to practically complete a FOIA before being able to obtain the necessary information that you are referring to. Also, I simply considered that the information would be incomplete due to the manner in which the SEC treats Pinks. http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm
Thank you in advance.

He can find out for sure simply by ordering NOBO and OBO lists along with DTC sheets and comparing for a few months and finding out if there are any fails and where they are coming from.
It's not rocket science.
Of course if there's billions of shares out, it will take some time and effort. Much easier with low floaters where the stock is heavily held in cert form..then buyins can be forced fairly easily.
Thank you for your service to our nation.
I guess the straight face, look her in the eyes, "Honey, when it pops, you can buy jewelry and shoes" didn't work? It takes some practice. I even got my wifey to buy some RCCH with her money and on her account!.
Open letter to board:
Of critical importance, is setting forth expectations, based upon action and outcome. One cannot have the outcome desired and be successful in any endeavor without first setting forth clear and concise expectations, whereby thoughts become actions. Thus, in addition to the questions presently in draft form, I have included my personal expectation(s) based upon the questions. Also, I have a question to this board which you can either answer publically or think about privately and that is, "What outcome do you seek?" Whatever outlook based upon the feelings you presently have, will be the corresponding outlook you will retain after the answers you seek are provided. So I ask that a self assessment of your present feelings and desires may be in order which will affect the outcomes on the answers you seek. Therefore whatever you are presently thinking and feeling right now is what you are seeking to confirm through resulting actions and outcomes accordingly.
===============================================
Peeved, that’s a nice list, which seems to capture the essence of the ongoing discussions here on this board. I’ve taken the liberty of separating the questions out a bit and added# 10. If anyone has any comments, changes, please feel free to do so.
1. IS spzi cash flow positive?
2. When will financials be out?
3. What are some future plans for Spooztoolz?
4. Are there any pending contracts?
5. Is website PR'd news still in effect in regards to Bloomberg?
6. Are we generating revenue from Bloomberg?
7. Any forecast for revenue for the year 2009 or 2010?
8. Will there be a shareholder meeting this year?
9. Why is the company not answering phone calls and emails?
10. Does Spooz have any plans on updating the website(s); fix the broken links and outdated information (SMCC JV).
===============================================
The following is a draft proposal letter to management.
Open (draft proposal) letter to management:
It is understood that (Capital 141 and) Spooz does not read or participate on the discussion bulletin boards, due to past history and regulatory issues surrounding the interaction of an officer or CEO of a company. However, due to limited information regarding a company listed on the Pink sheets, investors do gravitate to the bulletin boards to discuss issues pertaining to the company that they have made an investment in. The shareholders who post on this bulletin board could have sold their position in Spooz a long time ago, but chose not to, due to their individual personal belief(s) that Spooz can, and will be very successful. However, board sentiment has slowly drifted to less than enthusiastic over the last several months due primarily to a lack of communication with the shareholders. As part owners, shareholders have a vested interest in the direction of the company through the actions of management. Therefore, shareholders can act as a positive prevailing force by assisting management in their need(s), if shareholders can be kept informed as to the issues surrounding the company. While it is understood that certain issues cannot be discussed due to legal and regulatory constraints, an honest open dialogue on matters that can be shared is sorely missing at the present time, and thus, "...divided we fail!" Kindly consider the questions set forth by the shareholders of Spooz, with the understanding the shareholders have a mutual vested interest in both the short and long term success of Spooz.
Thank you for your valued time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Shareholders
============================================
Questions:
My expectations in italics.
1. IS spzi cash flow positive?
A. I wouldn't expect this to be answered at the present time as this may be under audit for a consolidated financial statement.
2. When will financials be out?
A. This is a very good question, which a general eta should be provided.
3. What are some future plans for Spooztoolz?
A. This I would expect to be answered formally through an open letter to the shareholders and in the consolidated financial statement.
4. Are there any pending contracts?
A. I have no expectations that this question will be answered verbally or in a written statement due to the nature of the question and the problems that may result of answering it in a positive manner.
5. Is website PR'd news still in effect in regards to Bloomberg?
A. If we are to believe a Non Disclosure Agreement exists between Spooz and Bloomberg, for the Spooz Tools Excel Add In product on the Bloomberg Trade book, then I cannot expect this answer will be answered, but instead shareholders will have to decipher the consolidated financial statement by comparing year over year performance.
6. Are we generating revenue from Bloomberg?
A. We may never know the answer to the question if a NDA exists. See answer to question number 5.
7. Any forecast for revenue for the year 2009 or 2010?
A. My expectation is that this answer will be addressed formally, in writing in an open letter to the shareholders and/or in the consolidated financial statement.
8. Will there be a shareholder meeting this year?
A. This is a good question that can be answered, and can also be addressed in writing to the shareholders in an open letter.
9. Why is the company not answering phone calls and emails?
A. This question needs to be answered. Perhaps a separation in type of inquiries needs to be made between customer and investor. Perhaps a responsive IR?
10. Does Spooz have any plans on updating the website(s); fix the broken links and outdated information.
A. I think this is a reasonable question that can and should be answered.
============================================
Please feel free to provide a constructive critique of the aforementioned.
JMO. Best of luck to all.

As a member of the long list, I’m personally thrilled with today’s announcement of the Board of Directors. Also, it’s truly wonderful that we have so many new posters who are taking an interest in RCCH and asking questions for the purpose of making an investment in RCCH. Plenty of outstanding due diligence is available in the I-Box, as well as more detailed answers have been provided and discussed on the board. RCCH’s upcoming events including another as of yet unnamed partner and uplisting to an international exchange, make for a truly exciting stock, with an exceptional CEO. I’m grateful to all those who have contributed their time here on the board and look forward to the rest of year.
Good night!

If RCCH presently has a huge, monster FTD right now, it cannot be on the list you provided according to the SEC. Thanks. Next.
http://www.sec.gov/spotlight/keyregshoissues.htm
"1. What is a Threshold Security? Threshold securities are equity securities that have an aggregate fail to deliver position for: five consecutive settlement days at a registered clearing agency (e.g., National Securities Clearing Corporation (NSCC));15 totaling 10,000 shares or more; and equal to at least 0.5% of the issuer's total shares outstanding.16 Threshold securities only include issuers registered or required to file reports with the Commission ("reporting companies").17 therefore, securities of issuers that are not registered or required to file reports with the Commission, which includes the majority of issuers on the Pink Sheets,18 cannot be threshold securities. This is because the SROs need to look to the total outstanding shares of the issuer in order to calculate whether or not the securities meet the definition of a "threshold security." For non-reporting companies, reliable information on total outstanding shares is difficult to determine. "

How often is this data updated?
This data will be updated as soon as the SEC provides a new update. The last update included 3rd quarter 2008 data and was
added on 12/1/2008. The SEC releases the data quarterly.

Then a squeeze occurs. Google VW/Porsche squeeze. For a brief moment, due to the squeeze, VW had the largest market capitalization on planet earth. Also Google Mr. Adolf Merkle, who was one of the richest men on the planet and eventually killed himself as he lost a fortune shorting VW. Prior to the VW squeeze, Mr. Merkle made other bad bets and the VW bet proved too much for him to handle.

What is going to pps once PR is released with name of the exchange , any thoughts
Hoooray! Way to go Gail! Is that a first?
A late Friday afternoon anouncement would be awesome. While it would create perhaps a small uptick in pps in volume, it would allow the shorts to sweat it out, new investors to find out about it, and all longs to reset their ask. Monday would have an even larger Boom.

NITE has been occassionally smacking the ask over the last few days at $0.0001 with Number of shares = 1. I've been nibbling at it, but at this moment, I have no dry powder
:( Otherwise, I would nibble a few more shares away. What is curious is that NITE comes and goes with that ask and share count. Also, I've had some confusion over ChiOsc and Accum/Dist, with respect to the 6 mo and 1 1/2 yr chart on the tail end... Any comments are welcome.

Based on your response, I owe you a public apology for my prior snarky postings. Kindly accept my apologies. May I be the first to welcome you to this Spooz board. I'm not certain as to your knowledge of the history that transpired regarding Spooz, but at present the board has been engaged in a somewhat professional discussion over the possibility that the Spooz product has been sold to Bloomberg Professional trader as an add in. Also, we have managed to entertain ourselves with multiple arguments as to the viability of Spooz based upon the past, present and potential future issues.
Any credible due diligence that can be provided is always welcome. Good luck to you.

Royalflush1,
Q. If investor confidence could be raised through the actions of FMNJ, how can I as an investor feel comfortable with the political environment in Bolivia?
Q. Given your prior comments regarding living in SA, can you consolidate in words somehow that an amicable working relationship would benefit both the Bolivian government, FMNJ and its investors?
I appreciate your valued time and thoughful insight.

Actually, when your'e ready to kick back and open a cold budweiser, the answer is printed on the side of the bottle.
Given an $850B stimulus program divided by the population size of 305,705,890
then:
$850,000,000,000.00/305,705,890 = $2,780.45
If, $1,000,000.00 was provided to each citizen and the total population size is 305,705,890
then:
$1,000,000.00 x 305,705,890 = $305,705,890,000,000.00
What if, 1% of the stimulus went to RCC Holdings either directly or *nondirectly?
$850,000,000,000.00 x 0.01 = $8,500,000,000.00
What if just .1% of the stimulus went to RCC Holdings either directly or *nondirectly?
$850,000,000,000.00 x 0.001 = $850,000,000.00
*Nondirectly would occur as the result of contracts in the form
of business not directly contracted through the government.
What if RCCH had 5B shares at 80% restricted, how much wouldn't be restricted?
5,000,000,000 x .2 = 1B
If the stimulus money is received, it results in an equivalent dividend of 10 cents per share how much
would you receive?
Assuming you have a couple of hundred bucks whereby you purchased all at $0.0001, which
equals 2M:
then,
$200.00/$0.0001 =2,000,000 shares
now solving for the dividend:
2,000,000 x $.10 = $200,000.00
If a dividend is received in the amount of .10 per share, how much would your stock
now be worth?
Given a multiplier of 10 (that would be on a relative low side, adjusted for the crazy
market)
10 x $.10 = $1.00
If you had 2M shares with a value of $1.00 per share, then you will have $2,000,000.00
or simply f(x)*1=y, whereby 1M=$1M, 2M=$2M, 3M=$3M, etc.
Therefore, issuing a stimulus package in the amount of $850,000,000,000.00 is less than
a stimulus package in the amount of $305,705,890,000,000.00, while still allowing the
opportunity to receive an amount greater than $1M per person. (Assuming you chose to sell your shares after the dividend).
Now, of course some of my number(s) are fictional and are not intended to demonstrate real results
with RCCH, but having invested in the right stock may yield interesting results.

Good evening folks. I'm a long term shareholder in this stock and I have no questions about it(IT WILL GO) in my opinion....I've only got a few hundred dollars into it and it's chicken feed...But I have 1 question and its probably the question......According to the U.S. Bureau of the Census there are 305,705,890 in the U.S.(COULD BE WRONG THOU)and they pass a stimulas plan for 850bil.....Why can't they just give everyone a million dollars?..........Politics are so f....up., Anyone got an answer to this...
Isn't there going to be a TV event soon with NYU, with some type of major announcement with another partner? I wonder who and how much $$$$$$$$$$. I'd almost be just as happy with the uplist at that moment, LIVE on TV, Gene makes the announcement, "Oh, and by the way, we are uplisting today and the new symbol will be, GENE!"
What is a BOD?
I had MSNBC on and they cut over to the the CSPAN pic showing the number of votes approaching the magic 217. The moment it was in, I then posted, "Stimulus bill just passed." That simple, and my post was deleted. Perhaps it needed the extra stuff, like what the stimulus bill would mean for a company like RCC Holdings Corp, specifically that it is an American company focused on the green sector, and water projects, which this bill focuses on.
