hmmmmm, um,, sir? ... is that a tear I see there?
you seem awfully eager for this to run!
I take you have vested interests in this?
It's quite silly to "believe" last weekend's rumors of a run (or even a possible run) to occur here following the long weekend.
Anyone in their right investment mind, would've laughed at all comments made to that regards.
Somethings are so obvious that no comments are needed, while other are a dead give-away by the very comments made about it.
Funny thing though, each time a "RUN" is claimed and nothing happens (typically doesn't), all claimers seem to respond the same way!
they disappear!
Your comment was well received, however, there's a few "Tweaks" that must be made to some on what you've written...um.... "Typed!"
per;
What I am saying is for a person to call a company and ask them how is business and not put out a report to the free world is that ethical?
YES! There's no crime in "Asking" a company "how are you doing"
are talking about NEOM when was the last PR statement from management anyways?
That's somewhat a trivial question! Companies aren't "obligated" to put everything they do in print or to publish it!
Nor are their any "Legal" penalties on record for not doing so.
A scam or sham is a company that doesn't give a rats ass about the shareholders concerns.
While this is true, they also wouldn't be so formal in keeping their 'SEC' Filings up to date, while NEOM has!
(nice try though)
They totally eliminated the common shareholder in the last game called a reverse merger
Such can happen on Stocks that warns investors to invest at there own will. But whether or not that's a concern, there's no law that says shareholders will benefits from companies that merges with another.
Due your homework please before you pump this POS company. If you want to buy and hold in this, your choice but please don't drag any other "investors" into this POS.
Whether or not I'm a shareholder here, is irrelevant to your argument. But, this "IS" a pinksheet company (Currently without a Bid), but it's also a lotto play, relive to playing state lotteries! except in this case, said investments are sustained and replayed for each and every day the stock market is opened!
Which, in that sense, raises the odds of winning. ('something').
If you want to buy and hold in this, your choice but please don't drag any other "investors" into this POS.
Well, that's quite an over-empowerment you've placed upon what "I" posts!
but to the contrary, anyone what is persuaded by posts in a forum to back up their trucks, not only "Deserves" whatever results they get, but shouldn't be playing in the stock market, yet worse to be....well.....,
spanking that "ASK" between the Pinksheets!
This is not a quality investment stock, last time I looked it doesn't even have a bid price.
Quality is a matter of opinion and shouldn't be determined by whether or not one can flip shares within minutes of acquiring them!
Big price can have many reasons for being so and not always due to negative reasons!
How many months has this happened now NO BID PRICE.
Which CAN happen for a number of "Acquisitional" Reasons. which is why some Bid-Less Stocks have been known to Blast off without warning! while other may trickle up a leg at a time.
Buy it no way to sell it? :(
Then don't do that!
What you've said is well and good for a "Legitimate" company!
but the augments here, (wink-wink!), is in regards of NEOM being a scam!
(Even while keeping their filings maintained-Current, as a Scam company WOULD NOT DO!)
But I digress!
Therefore, it should not be any worries of Legal concerns or consequences in Contacting a, well, "Scam Company", Right?
I mean, that is what's being claimed here, is it not?
yep!
Thought you'd see it my way!
Yes! contacting the company does that.
NEOM been doing it for 20 years?
Well that that's all for the better!
Because that's quite a long time for NEOM to play and not yet be terminated from the game!
Therefore, they must be doing something right??
Again, all in YOUR opinion. It's not a crime for a company to take longer than their shareholder's "wanted them to", to get to a level of accomplishment that is more beneficial for all parties, inside and out.
With all the complaints and reports likely made to applicable government entities from and by disgruntled shareholders, NEOM yet remains open, free and clear for trading!
This says more is legitimately sound for this company than those shareholders who're "eager to flip and run" are willing to accept!
Besides, why would a "Presumed to be fraudulent" company care so much about keeping their SEC filings "Current"
Scan companies that are existing for no good reason to conduct real business, would NOT be as formal.
Scam companies exist to get caught and all with a premeditated exit strategy well thought out! They seek only to ripoff as many shares as they can mislead to that end.
NEOM is no one of them, sorry to disappoint you with this update.
That is YOUR opinion! but I beg to differ!
NEOM will rise and you'll be stumped watching it run!
'goldywang'? there's nothing in the charts to defend!
This is an "Non-up-listed" pinksheet company!
Charts are more plausible when read for stocks that are "up-Listed" on the board!
Until NWAV becomes "up-listed", then anything goes and nothing means anything here!
All speculations are as good as any other!
Whether this trades at .001 or .0001 at any moment is all the same!
Bickering under all this changes nothing!
But only NWAV itself can break the pinksheet monotony!
'IamBaphomet', yes, I've already DD'ed that (old) info, but it does show "some" promise for NEOM whose able to read it!
Given the ever increasing trend in this area of technology, NEOM stands a good chance of kicking some serious "ASK" here!
Because while the info is old, the general populous aren't as knowledged of it!
When the Walkman was first released, practically no one have a clue as to what it was all about!
THEN when the general populous got a clue, it flew off the shelve almost over night!
The release of the iPod was liken to the same, yet again the release of the iPhone.
then the VR google Cardboard came out and most everyone didn't know what the hell to make of it, now it's growing to be a hot seller.
Then the oculus! and the list goes on!
now here we have NEOM on the cutting edge of this Qode, and they'll be part of that market explosion when the common user gets a clue and it takes off.
But hey! that's the mystery of the market!
you never know what switch toggles everyone's lights on!
While there are songs that I may not buy because I dislike the way they sound, they yet top the charts because millions-of-everyone-else (expressing a different opinion), DID!
'jacksira'? not really! you're only looking at the top of the deck!
Each "MM" has their batch of shares to move!
so where one may sell off all their .0001's, the MM sitting behind it all, pop's to the forefront to sell their .0001's and so on!
Also, MM's play on the opposite side of the OTC!
While you may play to buy low and sell high, the "MM" typically play to Shot high and Cover Low.
This is why pinksheets are so tasty for the MM's!
Shorting a pinksheet is far more easier than board/up-listed stocks!
MM's can Short at .0002 and cover at .0001 making a 100% profit! -Repeatedly throughout the trading day!
while you may wish the PPS would increase, the MM's wish the PPS would decrease!
MM's makes its "primary" money from shorting!
MM's would rather a pinksheet company go out of business after shorting it, whereas they then keep the monies shorted from the pink, without ever covering to may it back!
This is why pinksheets are so volatile because the "Market Makers" often play them to tank them!
Therefore, It's not the lack of investor interests that drives the stock down, it's the MM's tanking and Insiders diluting.
Both of these parties are drawing off the monies "Shareholders" put in to the pool!
Typically, This money comes from nowhere else!
'jacksira', you're correct in a general sense, but savvy players aren't so attached to a pinksheet that when it fails (as they typically do), its just brushed off and they move on!
Savvy players have many pinks to flip from, so it's either here or there for them!
Savvy players do not marry pinks!
they 1-tick flip them and leave them.
they'll only hang around longer on pinks that shows promise.
it's all about making one's own money!
the hell with all the pumps, PR's, acquisitions and that all!
SO, whatever is going on here on the inside is irrelevant!
OK, that's well and good, but your recital of that 8K isn't convincing enough to support your conjecture!
So again, and if I may remind you of your post;
I guess she doesn't want to deal with shareholders again. Thank you for the years LM you served us well at NEOM. Well at least now we know she won't starve after she gets the book closed at NEOM on Feb 5th. I guess we know now YA isn't going to kick the can down the road. Door gets shut and padlocked on Feb 5th
WOW! and you know this "Because?"
What's going on? Just some pump-mother-flippin sssssshare head, trying desperately hard to ignite this into a big 'ASK' Run....
AND ALL On just 374 shares. .LOL!
S/He's one it before!
Keep messin around and someone gonna lean back and slap the living sssssshare out of this stock's ASK!
REAL HARD!!
Seen it before on a stock just like this one.
Turned some rags to riches in a blink of a eye!
Caught almost everyone by surprise.
Does it mean anything that FFFC keeps its SEC filings current?
whereas a typical "Scam Company" wouldn't be as assertive!
So, with the effort that this company is making to maintain its sec requirements, (Which isn't as required for a pinksheet company, ) then does its high tier rating gives any sense of credibility?
Thoughts?
because I have a prediction!
WOW!!! Do the great and ALMIGHTY FONG got his hands all over this ticker too???
Just when I thought the great and almighty FONG only had ticker AFPW at the center of his fist!
All hail the great and almighty FONG!
I expect everyone to make lots of great returns on their investments in every stock that involves the great and almighty FONG!
might want to load before it gets back to .003
Because it's a lotto play on short money!
this will perk up soon and you'll be seeking more shares!
This is going to POP! and not many would be ready while most will have no clue!
and you "know this" because???
'varmit'? upon your request, Broker will uses the "Worthless Shares" Clause to trading your shares!
They'll trade (buy) your position for one penny!
thereby, you've "traded" (sold) your block of shares!
The "penny" that you were "paid" in exchange, is to be subtracted from the opening value of this position and the results is what you'd then claim on your taxes!
oh yeah, '+' commissions! '+' whatever other fees you'll likely be charged for processing the "worthless Share clause!"
millions of players forget to "ADD" these fees to their "Tax Loss Claims", leaving tens of millions of unclaimed tax dollars to forever linger in limbo!
The Tax-loss-claim will offset taxes owed and thereby increases your over tax refund!
To the contrary, one can ALWAYS SELL without a buyer!
It's virtually simple!
'scania4'? that's in part where NEOM is vectoring from!
(among many other factors)
Whereas one should know the following extraction!
But by 2015 the evidence in favor of mcommerce was overwhelming. Nearly half of respondents were now in the “strongly agree” group, with an additional 34% agreeing more generally. Overall, 79% of retailers worldwide were undergoing major mcommerce growth this year. More retailers around the world are getting into omnichannel as a result. This year, 91% of respondents said they offered customers the option to shop and pay across multiple devices. That was up from 84% last year. - See more at: www.emarketer.com/Article/Four-Five-Retailers-Say-Mobile-Having-Major-Effect/1013374#sthash.rF5Fygxa.nO3sNrqU.dpuf
Remember the above "Key Words"
"Mcommerce" and "Omnichannel"
NEOM is at the cutting edge and therefore "ahead" of its time! But as can be "DD"ed, the world-market (retailers) are continually catching up to speed!
At some point, they'll all be layered atop 'NeoMedia Technologies' and that's when all market-hell breaks lose on this thing.
It's like selling a special hand soap to the public who initially seemed disinterested for lack of being uneducated of the importance.
Then the CDC announces the needs for its usage and almost suddenly stores across the globe cant order enough of it to fill public demands.
This is liken to NEOM, the "public" (retail) aren't educated enough to know of its importance!
but when they finally "Get-It", NEOM will be overwhelmed meeting the demands and everyone knows what happens next!
Therefore, "$0.68/Share Soon"
Retail is a known multi billion dollar industry and NEOM is poised to be smack in the middle of that pipeline(s)!
however the good part is that the market at large is currently without a clue, regarding.
More to come!
soon.
Under oath to not disclose, else it would be unfair to the many.
Sorry.
It's always best to contact the company directly!
Rather than rely on posts in a forum!
'Be Confident'? you have quite the "user name" for all the doubts in your posts.
Yet you watch all the perking going on here, continuously!
it's not an accident nor a coincidence!
$0.68/share soon!
and in spite of everything you throw at it!
But I've seen those who've bashed a stock all the way up, only to look back, completely dumbfounded.
To the contrary, what's SEEN on the ASK is only the Top-Block of the deck!
Each MM have their OWN DECK and are stacked one atop the other!
That's why the ASK is seen dropping on purchased "From the'then current MM", only to then pop back up to whatever the "Next MM In Line" has in their queue!
This is where many Newbies and Novices are getting confused!
they "Assume" that what's currently on the ASK, is all their is, at a given ASK'ing Price!
While not having access to L2, (let alone understand what they're looking at to begin with), they cant see the many 'MM's that are stacked one behind the other at the "same" Asking price!
Besides, the MM's are typically seeking to SHORT at the highest Price and COVER at the lowest!
Ironically, their Trading/Purchasing method(s) are opposite to that of the OTC.
That's why the MM's are more interested in Tanking-The-Ticker!
(pun intended)
Especially those actively trading on the pinksheets.
The more money lost "to them" via OTC, the less they have to give back and/or the more they can keep to expand their bottom line when they cover their positions!
That's now the MM's stay in business!
(its within the nature of their Jobs)
Sucks, I know, But that's just the way it is out here in the Stock Market Ocean.
Big Fish Eats the Little Fish and the Little Fish Eats Each-Other!
$0.68/Share Soon!
The financial group already got their money back on other tickers placed in the market!
You think they all only have "one" ticker?
it would be virtually impossible to get it all back from just one ticker baited on a hook and tossed into the Stock Market's ocean.
They have tons of tickers casted off on every edge of their boat.
they'll settle for just 10 cents worth of shares from a hundred hooks than 10 dollars from just one!
"They've likely already got their money"
$0.68/Shares Soon!
$0.68/Share Soon!
A.F.P.W. Achievement, Fulfillment, Progress, Winner!
I'm actually shocked that they've been keeping their Market Tier "Current" via all their filings being up to date!
I've expected it to fall-off and become caveat emptor!
but it's staying current!
Amazingly if I might Add.
It within the power of Persuasion!
Say it enough, you'll call it to action.
