Yeah on the grey sheets.....now they will have to file a 15c-211...that will have to come with audited financials....they backed themselves in the corner on this one.....

Well this probably wouldn't have happened if they followed through on their reorganization and issued a statement on what was happening instead of having the IR guy saying news soon for months on end. GLTUA
