It is something every company does.... even Purdue.... it is called in house testing.
The validity of the independent HAL tests says it all and that labs "experts" have put Elites ADF through the rigors. Bottom line... it is this data which is acceptable to the FDA.
NEXT!
NASDAQ you forgot vomit.
Couch... isnt it funny how everything Elite ADF is distorted into fiction?
So no one has ever seen Elites ADF except.... opps "we" forgot about the experts at the laboratory where they did HAL studies.
They about tried everything they could think of. Elite likewise has been running their ADF process through their own tests... in house... and knew their ADF was very hard to beat..... then got independent verification from an independent source so there would be no bias involved.
Something the FDA would have wanted anyway.
Sheeesh!
Too funny Pete. ROTFLMMFAO~!
And Doc no need to explain. Method development is part of the gig.
If you need further explanation on CURRENT streamlined method development please feel free to ask. I will be glad to help out.
There is a means for method development that is fast becoming the standard in pharmaceuticals/biotech.
Let me know if you need help on this.
And yes Doc... that was way back in 2011 or 2012?
Have you ever visited Elite in Northvale NJ Doc?
Didnt think so.
Totally different now. Everything is pristine.
Yeah... vermin entering any facility are one of the items any pharmaceutical or food manufacturer must address. Part of compliance with the FDA. Things happened.
Old news.....
Share price looks to be going UP. Weeeeeeee......
Its great on French toast in the morning Doc. Elites ADF is on the way. What will Purdue do? Sue?
Not a very good public relations move if they do sue Elite.... then again what exactly has been a great public relations move for Purdue?
Purdues answer seems to be about the money..... not the abuse problem they are helping to create. No surprises there.
Elite used the dried cow pie patty in the fire QC test Pete.
The ADF did just fine. Rock solid everything. Stability... bio equivalency...... no dumping out like the competition. Totally rock solid results done on the farm.
Not even the FDA Couch? Should we throw that one into the 2016 trash bin as well? You know that will be brought up as well just as it has bee since $0.06 per share.
ROTFLMAO~!
Doc..... all of that has been done by Elite already.
Everything...... a done deal.
Now all that they wait for is NDA acceptance and FDA approval of ELI-200.
Puzzled.... what was the point?
BTW.... share price trending up, accumulation/distribution trending up. Good times ahead!
Why not throw this into 2016 events for Elite.
-ELI-200 NDA will never be accepted by the FDA.
-ELI-200 will never get approval by the FDA.
-Revenues will not continue a triple digit climb quarter to quarter from 2015 even without ELI-200.
-Abusers and "street junkies" will be able to abuse Elites ADF as soon as it hits the street. They are just that smart.
Really Doc? Is that it? Ya think? And this has to be validated... no?
And what exactly is your point?
Vomit in a jar should do the trick. Just put the pills in and shake it up. Wait ~18 hours and empty the contents. Wear a face mask so you dont gag on the smell.
One thing that you have brought up before Couch..... the court of public opinion will soon be on Elites side.
Elites ADF is needed NOW not later.
Wrong again. It is called method development. QC is quality control..... more like what Purdue is doing. LOL LOL
Cow pies and apple butter.
Lemon juice in a toaster with Elite ADF pills in between two slices of bread. Stockguru you may be onto something.
Keep brain storming.....
Together we will all solve this ADF.
No expert analyst only ones opinion. That opinion is totally wrong. And that is my opinion. LOL LOL
Where is the expert analyst that says lasers is nonsense?
Truth hurts.
Post a link please.
No you gave me the solution... pH..... right? LOL LOL
Am sure since 2004 that has not been thought of... LMAO!
And it is not street junkies..... many are prescription opioid abusers. Junkies only know how to shoot/snort up.
Everyone wants to know when a good time to sell their core holding
will be. I say whenever the insiders decide to sell... then it is time.
Will not be for a while IMO. 2017? maybe... maybe not even then.
Thank you Lasers! Nice!
Not true. Truth is not nonsense. It is truth.
Or just pH to what digestive pH is to dissolve the polymer surrounding the opioid and do it within a 24 hour period. Discard all of those not compromised and wellahh! All the genius abusers are going to try that one. Now what's the pH of a stomachs digestive juices? Ummmmmmmm And by all means add some digestive enzymes in there too. That should be easy to replicate. So a pH of 1.5 to 3.5 HCL with some enzymes should do the trick.
I am sure the folks at Elite have not thought of that in nine years of working with this ADF. Am sure the lab working on HAL
studies did not think of that one either.
LMMFAO!
Is that the excuse... ELI-200 not on the market yet? I thought there already was a way to defeat ELI-200 according to you.
Which is it?
But but but acidify the polymer beads in Elites formulation
and you can simply get all the opioid you want because the polymer sequestering the naltrexone is a bit thicker and will withstand the acidic solution while the opioid is released by the thinner more vulnerable polymer. Then once you have the opioid in the acidic solution you simply dry it out and snort it.
Acidic opioid..... maybe. then again if any naltrexone was released we get sick.
First of all I would love to see that little experiment in practice. Any takers?
And folks could just use your stomach acid pH technique for Embeda not even having to worry about the tiny amount naltrexone.....but so far no one has......
hmmmmmmmmm LOL!
Embeda has been on the market how long?
Pass through the body yet remain intact. Do you think Elite was not smart enough to think of this during development?
Could you please explain to everyone just how Elite manufactures each tablet/capsule? Do think they just dump a bunch of tiny time pills into their tablets/capsules like a Contact cold capsule?
Yeah.... Im sure they didnt already think of that one.
But whatever you say. LOL LOL
Explain separation techniques of the active pharmaceutical ingredients Doc. Once you extract them from capsules or pills
how does one get the opioid separated from the naltrexone?
Hmmmmmmm... cannot can you.
pH of the intestinal tract has nothing to do with it.
NEXT!
You claim to have the answer or are posting like you have I then
no answer from you... why? Post it.
Someone with a few years of method development experience may be able to devise some means by which to separate the two actives.
If the company that provided the HAL data could not devise a method I seriously doubt anyone else can. Not without a full blown
chem lab. And not anyone posting such nonsense on this board.
Nonsense... please describe in detail these "other methods" of extracting and separation of chemical components. Cannot be done
without expensive equipment and method development techniques. LOL LOL
NEXT!
John let us know how you make out with that "method" of separation. While you are at it please describe separation techniques of the two APIs from that "warm water/lemon juice ". The opioid and naltrexone.
Completely acceptable... I agree.... but unfortunately it will not work. Keep trying... LOL LOL
Maybe the healthcare professionals in my state should get a gander at that quote from the ah,err Annals of Internal Medicine.
Not quite 90% I hear about. Very hard to get prescription opiates.
But that will change once Elite enters the picture with their ADF.
Annals will need updating soon........... LOL LOL
Where did that statistic come from Doc?
For now $2.8 billion. Elite gets approval and Purdue will see much of that dwindle. Going concern is prescription opioid abuse
and Purdue is doing NOTHING to stem that while they rake all that money in. Not looking too good from a PR standpoint Doc.
Lives don't matter... but money does. LOL LOL
Purdue continues to thumb its nose at abuse deterrence for opioids like oxycontin. What exactly does Purdue have that is going to redefine anti abuse for prescription opioids?
Answer... reformulated crap that dumps out when food is ingested.
Where does Purdue have a product that uses their Oxy/naltrexone formulation on the open market?
They don't have one. They cannot have one because they F'd up on the polymer.
So much for holding patent rights. What product does Purdue have with which they can defend those rights?
TIA
Already ran patents. Next!
Has Elites ADF been around for decades? A scam that has a half a dozen patents. A scam that had top line results. A scam that had rock solid stability results. A scam that is on the cusp of becoming a possible defacto standard for ADFs in the pharmaceutical industry. A scam...? ROTFFLMMFAO! Just too funny.
There are likely to be times when it will be very tempting to sell
Elite in 2016.
I have about 30K shares in each account I can play with. Even so though.. one must be mindful of the time one must be out before
one buys back in... or have a very good other stock to dip into in the meantime. There is risk with every single move. Elite may be one of those stocks shot down in April but suddenly riding high in May.
Have had experience with chasing and not catching a mover before
so I am not that keen on risking any shares. Like in poker there is a little luck involved along with strategy.
Best time to sell the core of my holdings would be when Nasrat... Jerry... and other insiders sell their shares. I am thinking buyout at that time.
