Just send me in the right direction with a clue for what I am looking for and I can find out. After all, I have the time. Email me if you need to do the explaining for what I'm looking for.

How so? Can't they still short it from $1 to $.97? Isn't that the same exposure as taking it from $.03 to sub-penny?
Again, just trying to converse and understand.
My understanding though is that if NSS is real, it happens to stocks listed on the AMEX as well as the other big boards. My understanding is that it can happen on any exchange that allows the shorting of stock to begin with. Correct me if I am wrong, but what are yours or Mr. P's thoughts.
Ren
That's weird about Scottrade. I had my core shares certed in Sept and it took about 4 weeks for them to come in. Though the guy at my local branch seemed surprised I would want the physical certificates, he still had them sent after I paid the $50.
I have to agree a bit with pnew and Mr. P about having them certed. I don't know really if it helps, but I also admit that the whole NSS thing is a bit confusing. I know it happens, I just don't know how you can stop it from happening until the government intervenes. I just wish we'd move to an exchange where there is no shorting of any kind whatsoever, like a foreign exchange. I just did it to help me resist selling shares for the small gains. I might get burned by it, but that's one of the risks in this stock.

Excellent post Pnew. I agree and will try not to drop too much info that has yet to be released by the company. Though I must admit that when PR's are "dropped" on us in the past without any prior warning from poster DD, the pps has almost always dropped. I personally think it's manipulation. Oh well, what to do, I don't know. But I think there is wisdom in your post and will try to follow it.
LFG - Wow, now that's flattering. I wish I personally had that many shares to unload for such a small gain, but my money is spread around too much in Real Estate, other stocks, and of course I have this bad habit of painfully giving too much away, like my upcoming trip to build an orphanage in India. Want to flatter me by helping with that?
I WOULD have more shares if I hadn't started buying since June 2006 around $.03 and had been able to buy more around $.006. Sadly, I did most of my buying on the way DOWNNNNNN...
Good to see that I have been tagged by some of you as the resident pumper, though the mods can back me up that a lot of this DD comes from sources I turned them on to. I do my research. I am not here for a quick flip. I am here to make money for my family and the Kingdom. And if I do sell for a profit at some point soon, it wil not be my core shares, it will be with some of my .006 shares, though I don't really want to. Again, thanks for the flattery. Try to get out more.
Okay Mr. P, I have learned to live with your shuck and jive, sneak up and bombard with misinformation/information type posts. They don't really bother me anymore as I try to mostly ignore you.
But I assume you were replying with this post to Obiwone? If so, please at least learn how to reply to the correct poster. You see these posts are actually chains of posts that follow a discussion between posters trying to support each other and learn from each other. When you reply to just the top post on the list, you really confuse people, and make yourself look like more of, well, you get the point.

Okay, if I did this right, the upper BB is below the MA40 which is below the MA80. Everything is real tight. MACD looks great, though the RSI has turned down again a bit but still above 50 and a long way up to go. Looks like this is the first time the MA80 has crossed the MA40 since before June of 2005.
Okay, I give. I still don't see it. What's up?
Harder to see a pattern with that one. What are you seeing that I don't see?
BTW had Lasik eye surgery in Wilmington, NC in December. Doesn't fix my color blind issue, but man is it unbelievable to be able to see without glasses or contacts. I almost went blind as a baby and had Harry Carey type bi-focals by the time I was 2 years-old. If any of you are scared to do it, IMO, 10 minute procedure, little discomfort and now I see 20/15 in both eyes with just a bit of halo action at night.
Okay, here's a dangerous post with the would-be sharks in the water here...
Using a 6 month daily chart...
IMO, since this run from .006 started, when we are in an uptrend, we hug the upper BB and the RSI stays on the incline and eventually shoots above 90. Then we have a big volume day marked by selling because of profit taking from the RSI indicator. Volume then returns to normal and we retrace/consolidate back to the 10 day MA, but stay in the 50-70 range with the RSI and without the ADX turning. I do see us landing somewhere around .014/.015 this week without news and then beginning our climb again to hopefully test the .025-.03 range. We have yet to re-establish the pattern of having the 200MA be our resistance yet, so I can’t see us getting back above .019 until we test the 10MA. Thankfully, IMO ADX and RSI are looking good.
Of course a PR can change this to the positive or negative at any time as we have seen. And of course, I secretly don’t know what any of this means, it’s just that Castle and Jim Charts helped me finally see the colors on the chart with the Color Impaired Setting in Stockcharts.
Either way, I still hold all my .006, .028 and .031 shares. Might be foolish to some, but I still see nothing that makes me want to take profits yet with my .006 shares or even think of touching my core shares. I think we continue to run up slow and steady with NO indications of a return to sub-penny or a close below .014/.015 for that matter. Though now that I have some more cash in my account I would simply love to buy more around .006, and I might buy more at anything less than .014.
Thoughts anyone?

I'll settle for a shot as my empire can't support a 100 million right now.
BTW, I would respond to WAC but he might be a Western Athletic Conference guy and might think that his Boise State team deserves to be National Champs above my clearly superior Gator football team.
Does that count as a TOU violation? If so, then I am now convinced that the mods here are clearly biased against SEC football fans.
I think you might be slipping. Come on man, hold it together, Doctor, we need (whatever that thing is that zaps folks), clear, clear. ;)
Where you been man? That's been there for months! Its great because I never go to i-hub main page or have to search, I just login, click on favorites and read the boards I watch.
All I have to say is that it's great to be the underdog!!!! So wanted them to win but NEVER could have guessed that they would hold OSU to less than 100 yrds total offense and Troy Smith to 35 yrds passing!
GOOOOOO Gators!
Get ready boys and girls...we had a couple of the top highschool recruits in the nation undecided. I think a 41 to 14 National Championship victory, with a young team, a young coach, and a fun offense and defensive strategy for players, could help us land a few of those "pure athletes" that hang in the balance.
Love to see a repeat basketball Championship...and a repeat football Championship...and... ;)
Ren
You're right if that's how you want to look at it that way. The way I look at is that it doesn't matter who realizes the profits (3D or PBLS) because PBLS owns them all anyway so the company as a whole, gets the work done at cost.
Semantics, semantics...
I just wish that they would release information before the posters on this board find out about it. That would be a first positive step in the right direction IMO.
Ren
PS I have it from a good source that Shiz DOES like girls after all.
Hey Wave & Board...
How do you tell if the volume is selling, buying etc. I see folks talk about accumulation and selling pressure all the time, but don't know which indicator(s) they are using.
Thanks for helping in advance,
Ren
Now, Coy, don't be bitter. It was probably an easy bribe, because who in their right mind likes "Thug U" anyway? ;)
Now if that kind of crazy thing happens to my Gators, being a hyper-charismatic snake handling, run around the church being a whacko, name it and claim it, Bible beating, blame it on the devil kind of Christian, I'll just have to call it "satanic attack" and lump College Football into the "corrupted by evil" category, like politics, strip joints, and land hor-ing _________(insert dirty word that my Holy lips aren't allowed to utter except when driving in traffic) that drove up Ocean front prices in the backwoods parts of Costa Rica I like to surf...
Will watch, but that would be good news.
Good luck on that one. I thought that the Ark/FL SEC Championship would be low scoring but it wasn't. But I think it's a better bet than the spread. When the gators do win against good teams, it's usually ugly and keeps their opponent to a lower score than normal.
OT- MR D. What time is that? There are fears the Fed will raise rates, which are already creeping up with that expectation. It would really hurt my business if they do...
Boooo! God knows I just bought a new TV for the game so the gators have to win (and we'll need a lot of His help to pull it off! :) Watch out, I just might get the whole church praying...like they did in Cinderella Man...
Well I'm longer and stronger on PBLS than CKYS, but based on pure gut and without looking back over at the CKYS chart, I could see PBLS consolidating some this week and closing slightly higher EOW, while CKYS bounces. I think CKYS fell through the newest support at .025ish a week ago or so and has know landed on the historic .02ish support level. So my call is PBLS .023 and CKYS .028 EOW on nothing but gut. AND NO ONE SHOULD BUY BASED ON MY GUT, CAUSE ITS BIG AND OUT OF SHAPE.
Ren
I actually wouldn't mind a bit of consolidation to establish a firm base again on the 200. But then again, I'm a slow and steady wins the race kind of guy. I will be very happy today if we have a close above the 200.
I was wondering when you were going to catch that about the LLC. In fact, I thought that is where you would pounce, as opposed to the Preferred Share bit. :)
Your question is a good one and I have no answer because it is new to me as well. Its in the documents clear as day, and now in the PR. If LLC's can sell Preferred stock, shoot, I've got a couple of my own that I need to start taking investors for (though I am considering starting a REIT).
Hope you are right. I've never been on the construction side in that area, just the project design, marketing and sales side of things.
Absolutely, waterfront, water view or water "near" is all we buy and sell.
Right on the money Mr. Dec.
Plus there is a plethora of out of state investors coming in to buy "investment" properties using Go-Zone incentives. I know because I sell "doors" like these townhomes all day long to "equity rich" Californians and Baby Boomers looking for a higher ROI and the 50% depreciation tax break in the first year. It's great...the lenders are all about it because the risk of default is so low and these units typically cash flow immediately because they are cheap in the eyes of the buyer, can be paid down so much at purchase and can be easily rented.
Still not an expert on development, but if this was my project (and I'm in the industry), I would consider this a rehab/condo conversion. The best that I can tell from local realtors is that the property started as an apartment complex, and then in its decline, was sold as individual condo/townhome units.
What confuses me is that based on other records, there are 81 total units, so perhaps these 30 some odd units were the last remaining apartments, I can't know for sure.
Either way, these kind of projects can be tricky. There can be hidden costs like structural/engineering issues and environmentals since it so close to water. Hopefully they really did their homework, and while RB is gruff, he's pretty competent at that. Plus, he was a member of the HOA board for years at Harbour Townhomes, so he should know that property in and out.
Short Answer: if they did good DD and knew what they were getting into, don't get fancy, and do just a "skim fix and flip" to bring it up to average market comps, modernize the marina and build some new townhome units or multi-use Commercial piece on the raw land, they could probably swing $8-10 million base case scenario profit. Remember, wil inhouse builders, all this can be done at cost, which is typically 50-70% of retail.
Long Answer: Every project is different, who knows what the zoning is, how tough it is to get variances, what the real "best-use" of the property is etc etc. If they do a complete tear down and start from scratch, the sky is the limit on costs, but also potential profits. Shoot, we don't know if Madisonville might even let them build some kind of condo high rise, whatever. Thankfully, they know that market better than we do.

Mr. P.
-Capital Structure Red Flags...agreed. How can I not with a gagged TA?
-Need for IR firm that will bring in institutional buyers...agreed.
-Need for Investment Banking Firm...AGREED!
Now that's a lot of agreeing for me and you. So let me ask you a few polite questions since you are being somewhat transparent and you admittingly feel, based on your earlier post, that polite questions deserve to be answered with solid answers...
What did you see in this company that made you invest in the first place?
What makes you still hold in spite of the red flags?
What are your positive, balanced expectations for this stock in the next 6-12 months (and you must have them if you are still buying)?
Thanks so much in advance.
Ren
Castle hooked me up with the link to Stockcharts Color Impaired setting. It doesn't make it "easier" but at least homefully I won't give myself a headache trying to follow and discern which lines are which as much!
OT Pnew - you think I can be the first to train my two miniture Dachshunds to help me read charts? (they're stubborn but they'd probably do a better job anyway judging this stock's technicals than I have!)
I finished with my last post. I already made the only point I wanted to make, and will not make your job, or any of the mods here who do this for no pay, any more difficult than it needs to be with all this tripe.
Gotta leave GBDX alone for now. Too many things that don't pass my litmus even for a penny. I'm into gambling, but I at least like to know that the deck's not fake, stacked, loaded etc etc before I do. GLTY
Question: any thoughts on how a color blind guy can find charts that are easier to read? I've fooled around a bit with stockcharts.com but I can't find a real solution to my problem with greens, browns, reds, blues and purples. It's not that big of a deal except when we go into consolidation periods, when "head fakes" can happen and I bite on them too early trying to protect short term profits.
Love to know if anyone on the board has found a way to overcome the issue (honestly I haven't tried to hard to find a solution but I need to).
Ren
Thank you. For now, I have little to add on stock picking other than the few I feel fell into my lap (mostly in good fortune I think). But I can talk Gator football! ;)
When I have something to offer from a stock stand point I will surely disclose.
BTW, why do you put up with the constant harrassing on the PBLS RB board, Coy? It has to be a serious waste of time for you to be there.
Ren
Classic Mr. P “shuck and dive.” How predictable. Too bad I'm a little stubborn, otherwise I wouldn't waste my time with this post.
Here you go again...you were wrong but fail to admit it and do a quick, attacking subject change, after taking something out of context from a prior post that was positive on PBLS, which you can not afford to be. After all that’s your predictable M.O. At least please be man enough to admit you made a mistake before you go on the attack, like I did a week ago or so when I stated that PBLS only uses Preferred and not Restricted for acquisitions. I’ll even admit I was wrong again here in a few sentences, because my parents taught me how to have character unlike some it seems.
You state in response to me, “You really need to understand what a preferred share is. It is debt, an IOU, in the form of a common share. These preferreds do not convert. The $10 price is a par value. It means nothing other than to place a number in it. They pay a dividend. That is the interest payment.”
AGAIN, your mistake was that you assumed these shares are Participating Preferred Shares, since that seems to be the only Preferred Stock you know about. They are one type of Preferred Stock, are usually post Series-a Preferred Stock, and pay a dividend. The deed clearly states that these Preferred Shares fall into the PERC category, post Series-a Preferred Stock that does not pay a dividend of any kind but converts to common shares of the same business issuing the PERC shares. But instead of being a man, like a child, you quickly shift the focus to someone else’s fault.
My mistake was assuming that these had to convert on a 1 to 1 basis to common shares. I was wrong and am man enough to admit that. However, it would make no sense for Harbour Townhomes to exercise the Second Option: to convert a $10 Preferred Share with a guarantee buy back at $10 to an equivalent dollar amount of common shares at a lower price without a guaranteed buy back price, UNLESS THEY BELIEVE THAT PBLS IS AN AUTHENTICALLY GROWING COMPANY WITH A GROWING COMMON SHARE PPS (ie THEY CAN MAKE MORE MONEY BY HOLDING COMMON SHARES).
This was my point in post 31382 to begin with, which of course you had to change subject on and attack because it was positive. But you’re not here to say “good point” or to bring quality research on PBLS. You have other intentions for you and your little group with many aliases. After all, you just made a ton on SLJB with your cronies, and from your past experience with PBLS, you know that this is a quality company to hold long term.
Your continued mistake is that you continue to attack the posters on this board assuming that they don’t know what they are talking about all of the time, when it is quite evident that you also don’t know what you are talking about all the time, or even some of the time for that matter.
Please get some humility and some character before responding to my posts again. I love this board not because everyone is some brilliant investor, but because we all are trying to learn from each other, not just be blow-hards. If you need tutoring on how to become a quality human being, some of the fine posters on this board could sincerely help you as they have helped me.
Ren
Yep the Heismen guy and his eccentric go to guy Gonzalez might just kill us though our D is pretty stout. Just look at what we did to LSU and Arkansas, both fairly high powered offenses with big play makers. Of course we barely beat South Carolina and FSU and they really sucked this year, no offense to any Game Cocks or Noles out there.
IMO, the biggest problem with Florida (which is why they are so inconsistent and ugly) is that they are stuck between 2 systems. Leak is a traditional pocket passer. Urban Meyer is a spread option coach. Leak is the senior who doesn't fit the offense but is a A-/B+ quarterback. Tebow fits the Spread system better but is an unproven freshman. If Meyer could allow Leak to play 90% of the time in a traditional shot gun set, we will de very well. The other 10% can be for the spread plays to keep Ohio State on their heels.
IMO, we will either get completely routed or will win in a close game, especially if the Buckeyes are sloppy coming off the 51 days of inactivity.
Even if Florida wins, I'm glad Boise State did well. Anyone who doesn't think the Division 1 deserves a playoff should go back and watch teh last 30 minutes of that game.
Just don't fuel the fire and it will go out. Or go away in this instance.
Thanks Mac.
The gators will win if Chris Leak shows up to play and he is anything but predictable. Tim Tebow and Percy Harvin will be huge factors too, along with the D-Line, but it all comes down to Chris Leak and he knows it. Hope he doesn't crack under the pressure like the Auburn game.
As I grew up 30 minutes south of Gainesville, FL, I decided to finally pony up to the TV I've always wanted to own for the BIG game... http://www.sharpusa.com/products/ModelLanding/0,1058,1745,00.html.
GO GATORS!
