Or they spent $131,787 to drive up the volume to get cheap shares of PBLS. It is endless
I really hope that this is not one of the "TWO GREAT DEALS" that are being worked on...................
Let us see 1,464,300 shares of DIP Company = $131,787 or $131,787 spent on the float at .0145 = 9,088,758.62 shares removed from the market...
You know its getting cold sitting outside of Moscow. Maybe we should speak with Napoleon about going home????
I think we should take a 11% stake in a piss testing company.
I thought it was the time period that you nibble on the pillow
I would say that it is 109 days before I know whether to increase my drinking or move to the theory that I will never have to buy TP again with all of the shares laying around. 14 months ago I took a position here with 17 months in mind to go to either good things or burning failure.
Still a lot to fix there, I was in New Orleans a few weekends ago
30 well core hole program under way now plus 110 miles of sizm and will complete in March of 2007.
Rumor of $20,000,000 financing in the next 2 months.
2 more years of core holes & 2D & 3D before pilot plant. Pilot plant in winter of 2009/2010 construction season if holes and sizm payoff.
Commercial is after and would be 10,000 BBl/d - 25,000 BBL/d in size (multiple facilities). They have the cash for this drilling season and are not worried about financing further work.
Reminds me of Connacher Oil & Gas about two - three years ago.
Float = 20,000,000
Dil Float = 33,000,000
Rod Maxwell is on board, he is with Stone Bridge Capital
Sam Khuber is the new CFO and was with CAT.UN
They are looking at the AMEX and are very aware of CanWest and how they got there
Source of this is high up and not an IR dude
Now you tell me
Scottrade = 0 volume, Anyone? Any Ideas?
The NatGas part is.
Jake,
You do not hire "small cap engine" when your stock is already known. You hire firms like that to get new blood, you need new blood when you don't have a plan or if your plan is FTFT&FU.
RELEASE AF's........... no pump needed it he AF's are as the Unaud AF's
Point blank if you were in high school and it was the beginning of the new year (like it is), then they just hired a hot blond cheer leader the entice the new 8th grade crowd in... If your stuff is sooooo hot, WHY would you need the hot blond cheer leader.
upbeatmofool,
I think I have a right to question. Did you go as far to order their product????
It is still on my Key Chain, I does work great by the way and the transfer speeds are fantastic. I like this company, I just want some transp... I have seen this toooooo many times. I will most likely be back for a very small holding in early Feb if the price is cheap, there are very few Pinkies I would consider for the long hold, I just want to see some of the cards first to see STAT wise if it is A, B or C. I am just one person...
Why don't you just play the flip on this one until they come up with something concrete???
I was tempted at .015 lately but I took the final loss on the 50,000 shares on the last trading day of Dec. 2006
I bought at .013 - .014 saw the fighting at .039 - .041 and left on the beginning of the take down.
I am not bashing for cheap shares or something... here answer this....
Why did they announce a $1 million buy back and then a bit after raise the A/S to 3,000,000,000. Logic dictates 3 answers.
1) They will do nothing with the 3,000,000,000 A/S and just use it as a fear tactic to buy back on the cheap and then later reduce the A/s to its former number (And gain a pump there) but getting cheap shares in the mean time.
2) They are really thinking about an Acq... (Mfg hopefully)
3) They are selling 2,000,000,000 shares at .02 to get $40,000,000 and then do a devastating reverse split or just say the company is not solvent....
A B or C????
Gee, does a basher give you choices???
if I was blowing sunshine it would be to keep the price low while the shares are sucked up. Then again I do hope that is the case. Hmmm, I would go after the restricted shares even at a higher price while I sucked the the limit ratio out of the float on the market
let the penguin games begin
thanks for what, I just finished a song. I log back on and there are 7 replies and only one left. I guess 6 of them were deleted.
only too true. hollins was just some nice cash flow though. As for Canadians, it is the letter "Z" that they pronounce as ZED
who is the operator?
They call him Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning,
No one you see, is smarter than he,
And we know Flipper, lives in a world full of wonder,
Flying there under, under the sea!
Everyone loves the king of the sea,
Ever so kind and gentle is he,
Tricks he will do when children appear,
And how they laugh when he’s near!
They call him Flipper, Flipper, faster than lightning,
No-one you see, is smarter than he,
And we know Flipper, lives in a world full of wonder,
Flying there-under, under the sea!
even an expansion to an existing refinery (not a grassroot facility like this one) costs an average capital investment of $25,000 per daily barrel of production. So if the diesel facility is 100,000 BBL/d... do the math.
dear Mr Fantasy, give me a dime, make it all happy...
impact where does that Feb 14 date come from?
say what .15 cents, get to .015 first
try comparing the late patern with the one from the 18th - the 28th on your chart
fmi81, are you finding it hard to resist... playing with your food?
joining you now
Sure, I will bite. Why don't you answer them?
Funny thing is, that in this market, things are not reacting how they should. Take Connacher Oil & Gas for example. It has 10,000 BBL/d of SAGD production coming in 1 year. Presently It owns a 10,000 BBL/d refinery (Going to 15,000 or 20,000 with a new hydrotreater), it owns 20 - 30 percent of the shares of PDP which has gone from 1,000 BBL/d to over 13,000 BBL/d of production in one year and has a huge 2007 drilling program, it is doing the engineering for POD II & V for an additional 20,000 BBL/d by 2009, it has 3,000 BBL/d to 4,000 BBL/d of BOE in current production and it has full financing for POD I, and by the way an all weather highway running through its property in Alberta with most likely over 1 billion BBLs of reserves and only a 15% increase in construction costs when everyone else up there is getting killed by cost over runs and future cost estimates...
WHY IS IT TRADING TO CRAP???
please do list them with supporting arguements. I mean SLJB was a total scam but many people made a ton of money off them and if PBLS made a monster move to .20 or .21 like it did I would empty my whole clip.
pnew, real question is... Is that agreement still in place? That would make it may/june of 2007.
I thought so. I answered many of your questions over time but you have yet to answer one of mine in full. I thought you might need a can of sterno of something.
so you come here for the conversation then
OK, I was trying to be nice
So I guess you are like homeless or some thing now?
got the number?
well then we could make a list of them as well. we could begin to compile lists because that is what we do. kind of like the penguin phase we went through here a while back.
#28790---Very Soon
“Very Soon” has many meanings depending on the context. For example in cosmic terms once a dust cloud collapses under its own gravity and you get nuclear ignition. Then VERY SOON the remaining gas and dust will form a disk and planetoids will begin to form. VERY SOON after that through accretion the plants will form and cool and if one or two is in the right orbital zone then conditions for supporting life will take hold VERY SOON after that.
It only took about 1 to 1.5 billion years for us.
VERY SOON in geological terms is slightly better when considering the drift rates of tectonic plates.
I just wish VERY SOON for this stock resembled the average lifespan of a Hollywood Marriage.
I was told that they were not convertable and that as of October of 2006 there were 3 million or less of them but the source was MM.
I was informed that they are not convertible
