How many shares does Bmak have and is there a way to see if they sell?
Why did Blum sell?
19 m in shares @ .09 = 211,111,111.
211,111,111 x .15 = 31,666,666.
What am I missing?
Blum's shares...are blum's shares worth about $30,000,000.
100,000,000 to make 5,200,000.....

There's not much mention of Regulation 280E in the answers mentioned. I'll break down how things look, being an owner/operator for 6 years in Colorado.
Here's a back-of-a-napkin P&L:
Sales - $1,000,000
minus COGS - $500,000
equals Gross Profit = $500,000
minus IRS Tax (using 39.6%) - $198,000
minus G&A Expenses - $250,000
Annual Net Income = $52,000i
Yes, the IRS taxes us above the net income line. Our tax returns will look the same as any other business except that there will be no deductions taken below COGS (buying/growing inventory). No store employees, no store rent, no store utilities and no professional services. The example I used nets me more than the average return on gross sales that I've experienced to be in the 3%-5% range for years. Google "Regulation 280E".
We (owners) are all either playing the long game with high hopes for future profits thanks to federal laws changing (IRS not taxing U.S. based on laws caused by a Miami drug importer), we're expanding our business to do more volume allowing the small return to become substantial via volume, or we're building equity with plans to sell hence giving future spoils to the new owners by making money on our initial investment and sale. Some that took the early risk are content with making the $52k + whatever small salary they may have built into payroll (not much, though).
This industry isn't full of many financial success stories. They are definitely out there, I love being in it and I love the challenge; however, many of us see days where our multimillion dollar businesses have less than $1k in our operating "account". We've all felt it. And just when you think you may have saved up some money for yourself a new law is passed requiring capital investment to keep up. Or taxes are due.
I have gratitude for my personal experience. This industry has treated me well, has provided for dozens with 30 employees including my youngest brother's family, and if I play my cards right I'll be able to exit a success with knowledge in the industry to pick and choose projects with real-world first-hand knowledge of what solutions are needed and what ideas have a greater chance of success over others. Most colleagues' faces have disappeared over the years. A small percentage are still around from 2009.
In a nutshell, this is not the industry people think it is. It has an allure that is addictive - once you understand what's possible, the endless list of great ideas, it's hard to walk away from it. It isn't fast easy money by any stretch of the imagination.

Where will they get there crop from?
Wife with a different last name....believe me I wish it wasn't crap.
It does seem like a well rehearsed play to me....I'm still have a small investment.

Thanks Mag...
Do they own or are they leasing this property, on that permit it said tenant...
is there anything that Trtc does that makes them better then the rest?
Growing...will they be growing in Nevada if so when?
Pearjammer is there anything that Trtc does that makes them better then the rest?
Great analogy!
Politician need to change, wish it was sooner. Great documentary.
Makes sense...
SSC is keeping it real, his observation from being at the physical location and giving feedback. Any comments on what he said? Post # 160394

I'm dumping 100,000 and I'm still happy with my luck!
By luck have it I bought at .20 and sold over a 1.00. I got back in at .09 and now listen to the different opinions, some are realistic and some are not.
Reading through the photogenic predictions. If no improvement after LV opens I'm throwing in the hat!
His wife sold them for him...AH
SSC your opinion is spot on and your story similar to mine. Your field trip to LV sounds like Trtc is a small player in the big game. The real winners in this unprofitable company is DP's cronies. Thanks for the updates.
Is the facility an indoor grow house and can you transport across state lines?
So the grow facility is next on the list.
Growing...is Trtc growing and if so where and how big is there facility?
sleek are your numbers based on current margins?
What investors lead Trtc to go over a dollar last run? 2014
Well said...l lucked out when it went over a dollar, since then I reinvested and loss back half getting out at .30. I bought back in at .09 but my concerns are insiders that sell at such low amounts. They need to run this company tighter then a clam with lockjaw. Time will tell, good luck!
Trtc only Publicly traded company....what are these companies?
DP and Trtc
How would company fair without DP?
Amy keeps cashing in. DP must be broke....not!
Btw sleek is true and patinent
That niandarall! Ha ha
