Agreed still watching tho...
So OS is actually 76 mil. That explains why so thin and the movement on such low volume. Thanks for posting that.
Knuckleheads at .001 nobody's selling to you, move those bids up!
Yeah last time sudden volume hit this went to .001 but there was a lot of dilution at .0006 and it dropped back to no bid. I'm just trying to get out anywhere above .0003
Any one see how many 2's were left before close?
Just saw 11K on the bid and this sock is dead next week? What am I missing here?
When does it get cancelled?
True, gonna be interesting to watch it all play out. I think Talk shareholders won't be affected since it was UMS that filed for BK. UMS is the sub of TALK.
Yeah maybe, but maybe not since the shares are restricted. You think Lee is going to give up control of his company (that's apparently growing as we speak) to pay off 150k. I'm thinking the re-org plan might provide a way to pay it off.
Yes, clear as day!!! T-Mobile has confidence in Talk.
Scott, check out this link posted by BeachBum the other day. I read it and it proves even further to me the connection between ITalk and T-Mobile. I understand Talk was shit in the past but things have changed.

Yeah looking like no bid coming soon
SandRidge Shareholders Criticize Chapter 11 PlanFont size: A | A | A

By Peg Brickley
SandRidge Energy Inc. shareholders are fighting against a bankruptcy plan under which employees of the oil and gas company would get 10% of the company but equity stakeholders stand to lose all.
The energy company's chapter 11 plan is coming up for confirmation next week, and if it is approved, shareholders lose everything. SandRidge didn't respond Thursday to the shareholder criticisms, which took aim at the company's management.
In court filings, shareholders contend that either SandRidge's leaders misled them through "numerous assurances" in the year before the bankruptcy that the company had liquidity to carry it through tough times in the energy market, or the company is misleading them now through a low-ball valuation.
Either way, handing 10% of the company to SandRidge employees while leaving nothing to shareholders isn't a fair outcome, according to lawyers for an informal group of investors. Plan documents don't say which employees will get to share in the 10% of the company being set aside as it exits bankruptcy.
Being wiped out in bankruptcy isn't an unusual fate for shareholders of public companies that run into financial distress. In almost all cases, shareholders have their equity taken away, to be used to appease creditors.
That is what SandRidge wants to do: swap debt for equity and take other measures that would erase about $3.7 billion in debt from its books.
SandRidge shareholders are campaigning to block SandRidge's chapter 11 plan, claiming the company "grossly undervalued" itself "in an effort to squeeze out shareholders."
Shareholders say the oil and gas assets may have dropped in book value, along with prices, but they are still worth more than SandRidge claims. SandRidge has interests in more than two million acres of energy-producing property, with reserves it estimates are worth about $1.2 billion as of March 31.
An expert working for the informal shareholder committee said SandRidge is worth much more, so creditors being paid with equity are getting more than they are entitled to collect.
SandRidge says only first-lien lenders owed $460 million are getting paid in full under the plan. Second-lien bondholders owed nearly $1.8 billion are getting 85% of the company, but that translates into a recovery of only about 68 cents on the dollar, the company says. And general unsecured creditors owed about $2.4 billion are getting a recovery worth only about 11 cents for every dollar they are owed.
The company drills for oil and gas in Oklahoma, Kansas and Texas and acquired new property in Colorado last year.

Okay so the whistle blower is claiming that they undervalued their assets so that they could file for bankruptcy?

Maybe not profits yet, but you can't deny the revenue. Much more revenue than your typical forward looking pink sheet "ruse"...
Yup I reluctantly agree
Yeah these guys couldn't have screwed this up anymore, something positive has to be coming
So when are these assclowns gonna get the Q done. The suspense is killing me!!!!

Hopefully we get another pump too!
Looks like its just about go time!! Monster hit on the ask!
Actually only close to 7 bil on earth total and not all are investors
Good Point! And its been holding in this range even with the delays. If it were a scam it would have been diluted back to the trips by now. So far this has been the strongest sub penny I've seen.
Nah they gotta go with share buyback pump. That might generate some excitement.
No reason not to, nothing has changed here, same potential at an even greater bargain price!
Yeah gonna have to side with you here, been right on this stock since I got in this last October, mad props bro!
Lol, you seriously believe that?? just glad I only dropped what I would spend on a night at the Taj Mahal in Atlantic city. Considering this money gone, good luck man.
That's nice but what happened to the two revenue producing companies GDAR already acquired, shouldn't their revenue be included in this quarterly?
