With a vested interest there's always bias. Sorry. I want to read one from home theater or cnet then I'll say fair.
Real legit reviews from respected sites. Not Amazon or eBay who cares what they say. No CNET, no Home Theater. By the way the award for the np1 was just like the award they bought for their pinball machine. Still no sales after two years of being on the market. Spin it all you want. That's the facts.
It's just marketing. What are they going to say here's all there is right now mostly junk you never heard of buy our TVs.
Where's a single legit review by a third independent party to prove this and that it plays well. After all it has been out for over a year supposedly now. Lorraine said thousands had them over a year ago. Funny because it was never advertised but thousands heard about them and bought one. Even at Magnolia no one heard of them and that's their business but the average consumer found out before the stereo stores. So why aren't there thousands of people on ihub stating how wonderful it is. Always the same less than a dozen longs here praising it. Hmmmm I wonder why.
Hmmmmm. Where does it say that they're giving the np1 with their projectors?
JVC will offer select distributors two of NanoTech's award-winning products for their showrooms--the Nuvola NP-1™ consumer 4K Media Player
The bundles will be offered to JVC distributors for a limited time starting February 1 through February 28, 2015.
It's just a promotion to select JVC distributors for their showroom. But let's lie and say they're combining it with their projectors. Yet another BS spin for NTEK.
That's the facts.
Of course there was a safe harbor statement at the end of that PR to exempt them of liability when this stock fails.
It has never been proven to do 4K at under 10 Mb that was NTEK BS. Even the HDTV said it had judder at much faster speed or did you forget that article. Every year it's another billion dollar company working with NTEK with something but nothing ever pops up. When the dusts settles there's nothing the end of the day with NTEK.
Yes let's think about that. Why would JVC buy an obsolete device that works equally as an app. My understanding this was supposed to be used in showrooms and how many showrooms for JVC projectors have you seen? Zilch. BB usually has a Sony projector in Magnolia which has hundreds of apps. on it. How many then np1s in this country way less than a hundred. Where's the 60,000 obsolete units? You see the bar keeps moving and a new lie and spin comes into play. First Lorraine and David Foley lied about it then ntek promised multiple times would be in BB and Target by Black Friday and then by Christmas both a no show. So the new lie was it wasn't in America but sold to 25 foreign countries. Now we have the next lie JVC bought tens of thousands for showrooms. BS. But that's what ntek is all about BS.
Hmmmm let's read all the post from one year ago about the np1 and the billion dollar companies involved and the posts and emails from David Foley and Lorraine. It was supposed to be the greatest thing since the wheel. Others hear laughed and called it obsolete, a joke, and stated they never manufactured 60.000. But they were called shorts etc. The truth is it was a joke obsolete even before it came out and they never really manufactured 60,000 units just a handful. Lorraine lied that thousands had them in January and David Foley lied that 15,000 were already shipped to retailers. But we already know that he's a pathologic liar from one of the longs on this board who also brought up the fact that part of his conviction required mandatory psychological counseling which is rare in these deals.
The problem with your numbers are the majority of their content is garbage by all accounts. They might have just a very few films of note but still little interest to pay for and they have diluted the company to the max. No more money to buy real content. Well over 50 million shares coming off of restriction and all of the sudden no TA but a handful of new posters with all these wonderful information and predictions and they know all the costs and content etc. Make one wonder if NTEK decided to pay for the hope of getting a little interest while insiders sell out.
Let's see I have business dealings with Amazon, BB, Macy's Nordstrom, Sears, Samsung,Sony, etc.etc. it seems like anytime NTEK deals with any company all of the sudden it's a special relationship. It means nothing. It's a distortion of reality. NTEK is dirt poor they have nothing to offer. There are other media providers that are doing 4K that spend more in a week than NTEK has from inception. To spin it as if they have some major agreements with studios is a joke. That's why they have to date had no legit reviews. If NTEK was a major player like they say they are and as harped here daily it would have been reviewed by reputable online source and magazines. Amazon was reviewed in less than a week after starting their 4K service on CNET. UF is an app. nothing more, one of hundreds if not thousands. Still not on my Sony 4K and certainly not a preferred app. On Samsung. Spin all you want it's just a 3 cent non-reporting from 15 penny with no audited financials although promised for years and now no Transfer Agent as well. As dark as they get in the penny world. They're a joke.
Funny that's what people were saying one year ago with the np1. How all these billion dollar companies had dealings with ntek and were involved with the np1. How they were partners with all these companies as well as Amazon and Staples. Well we all know how that ended.
I love to point out scams even though people surprisingly refuse to believe it. There is another scam I have followed and warned others. The principal insider can't even come to the US because there is a warrant for his arrest for his other penny stock scams. The SEC halted this stock and there are eight insiders who have been fined yet unbelievably there are STILL people posting on ihub thinking/hoping there is going to be a turnaround.
An uptrend? And which chart are you looking at? It's 3 cents and went under 3 cents on Friday. It has hit new 52 week lows this year and that's the uptrend. OK I see now. By the way where are the 50 new movies that our illustrious new CEO promised weekly. The week is up.
I know there is a new CEO but the last CEO was a complete joke and everyone here was saying how great he was. Now we should forget that and move on right?
Three years from now will still be posting that video from last year. Hehehehe.
Didn't the new CEO state in his letter to shareholders that there was going to be 50 new releases a week on UF. Weeks over where are the new releases? Let me guess, coming soon like the audited financials, 60,000 np1s, TA, I see a pattern here.
No audited financials so revenue all made up in this form 15 penny until verified which we all know will never happen.
Too bad can't find the 60,000 units after a year they were sold. How come no legitimate review from say CNET or Home Theater? Actually no real reviews out there for UF either. Amazon got reviewed in less then a week of coming out with their 4K service but the supposed world leader nowhere to be found. Hehehehe
We know why the recent new members are here to show their greatDD hehehe. There is still well over 50 million shares coming off of restriction for ntek and since it is a form 15 non- reporting unaudited penny without any TA or real numbers it's the Wild West and they need people to help them sell this garbage.
When Jeff Foley was CEO everyone here was lauding him as great and experienced yet I mentioned many many times how prior to becoming the CEO of NTEK he was just an Ice Sculpturer without college education in business etc. but I was decried as s short and he was compared to other great CEOs without much experience. Now he's out and people move on to their next spin anything to distort reality into making this 3 cent penny stock seem remotely viable. It was promised to be 25 cents last year. The np1 promised again and again all last year and nowhere ever. A pinball game that was introduced 2 years ago and to this date hasn't sold a single unit is all of the sudden soon to be the darling of casinos. This company is a joke. I will promise once again and I'll keep my promises unlike F15, if audited reports come out for ntek I'll leave.
You mean when looking at the unaudited financials from a form 15 penny stock.
Most will not plea guilty to multiple felonies. Usually in plea bargain deals the defendant will admit to being guilty to a lessor charge. You can be assured that the original and true events that David Foley was involved in were significantly worse than the plea deal.
So who is the accounting firm that is working on the audit? Oh that's right NTEK won't say. So who is the Transfer Agent? Oh that right this form 15 pink doesn't have one and will decide sometime in the distant future after the insiders sell their well over 50 million shares soon coming off of restriction. What a joke. In the interim there will be post after post of promises and coming soon and 50 new films a week etc. So what are the 50 new films this week promised by the CEO in his recent letter to shareholders? Oh there aren't any. Yeah believe the dream and hold the bag in penny land.
So when no audited financials come out on NTEK (not a division) what will be the excuse then?
Been saying that for 2 years. Let's go back to Oct. of 2013:
NanoTech Entertainment recently announced that it has retained Sadler, Gibb and Associates LLC as its audit firm as it prepared to file its audited financials in 2014. The entertainment technology company has used Sadler, Gibb and Associates in the past.
Jeff Foley, NanoTech’s CEO, commented, “We have had a great relationship with Sadler, Gibb and really enjoy working with their team. They have a great dedicated team and already have a wonderful foundation with NanoTech making them the natural choice to work with us as we continue to expand.”
Promised again and again for the next year and a half and then when they ran out of excuses got rid of them so they say. But notice that they don't tell anyone who the new auditor is.Hmmmmmmmmmmmm I wonder why.
I guess it means unaudited made up numbers that they can flaunt as proof NTEK profitable. Don't expect TA or audited financials anytime soon. The latter ever.
Never will be audited financials for NTEK. Maybe a minor division or its new she'll. nothing to fear but a continued decreasing PPS.
Yeah, let's discount what unbiased CNET says and believe penny stock owners with vested interest.
Yeah, so where are the 60,000 units. Lorraine said thousands had them over one year ago - NOT. David Foley said 15,000 shipped to retailers one year ago (before the Google update that would make it work). Even here last year was admitted that Lorraine lies and was no longer at IR but apparently that's not the case.
The vast majority as CNET stated in their 4K review article is stuff they never heard of. As per CNET:
Aside from plenty of IMAX, the selection is weak. It's mostly stuff you've never heard of, albeit 500 hours' worth.
Agree for the wrong reason. And that reduction was not a positive thing as repeatedly posted here. Could have gotten significant cash at a premium while others here only could have hoped for 4 cents at the time. Also notice that since the TA has gone fishing almost to the day much bigger sales have occurred. There are way over 50 million shares coming off restriction and all of the sudden no TA. I guess just a coincidence that NTEK's dragging its feet getting a new one or un-gagging the present one.
Misinformation? People keep on bringing up the 5 million reduction in O/S but for the hundredth time that was done just before Christmas when NTEK bought shares from an insider and NOT on the open market. These restricted shares could have been purchase for 50 cents each not the 4 cent going rate at the time.
Too bad the 60,000 sold was slow. Even some steadfast longs had to admit on this board that it was a disappointment. Others however keep on changing the story every few months. First sold to retail then when none showed up sold to 25 foreign countries now all sold to JVC. Funny how an app will work on the smart sets but JVC needs an obsolete player to run their projectors. Soon David Foley will be wearing orange and I can't wait to read the new spin how he's not important to the company anymore. Meanwhile brother Jeff back chiseling ice and at the dojo.
Realize that there are millions of shares coming off restriction shortly and the insiders don't want to be left holding the bag so there will be further declines in PPS as huge blocks are sold.
So they put up a sign of 4K media and it had UF on it as well as youtube. Let's make it sound like they made a huge promotion specifically for UF. I guess one could say then that Sony promoted youtube as well.
Wasn't there supposed to be 50 movies released every week according to the new CEO? This week is almost up is there a new list? Where are the 50 movies promised in December for that matter?
Hate to burst the bubble but CNET just did a general review of 4K content available. As per UF:
Aside from plenty of IMAX, the selection is weak. It's mostly stuff you've never heard of, albeit 500 hours' worth.
Didn't one of his cohorts in crime get jail time? If that's the case then its only fair that he wear orange as well.
So compare NTEK to Netflix as that should appease longs with the declining PPS. What kind of joke is that? NTEK is a form 15 penny stock without even a TA. As dark as it gets in the land of scams. Netflix was never a penny stock. UF may have the most content but as what CNET said it's mostly junk. So I would agree that it's the Sanford and Sons of 4K content but garbage gets you so far.
It's damage control time. Time to break out the old videos again because have nothing new of substance. Might as well show the award NTEK won for the NP-1, that was really helpful. Still waiting for a legitimate review say from CNET or Home Theater. Then again that might not fair too well as it might emphasize all the deficiencies UF has; judder etc. Still then I'm sure they're plug the app. as if it's recommended on Samsung (it's not) or that it's on Sony's 4K (it's not). Let's forget that it's only an app. among hundreds and even thousands for some TV brands. Even CNET stated with their review of current 4K on the internet a good Blu-ray still delivers a better picture. But we're supposed to believe people will pay a premium for a lessor quality picture and the spin will be that UF's 'special' software that supposedly streams 4K at less than 10Mb speed has better picture quality. Only in the pinks where the ridiculous is spun as plausible.
