VERY EXCITED!
YES! That's what we need to hear!! Good job!!!
MYEC CEO is aggressively growing the company!!!
http://www.wnd.com/markets/news/read/23847358/myecheck_signs_check_processing_agreement_with_bank_of_kentucky
"We are very pleased to be in a position to provide our services and look forward to aggressively growing the company now that the appropriate banking relationship is in place"
Somebody on this planet wants this company...
Look at this map.
http://www.worldwidebreastcancer.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/08/breastcancerstatsworldwide.jpg
Distribution centers already set up in Austria,(EU) Dubai, Australia, all areas with high rates of BC.
The infrastructure for sales is already in place, I just don't think CEO can do it, she needs to sell, and I think she WANTS to sell, could still be a win for stockholders.
What? Stock going up and down? Whoever heard of such a thing...
Do your DD and know that MYEC is going to take off.
People in this for the long haul aren't scared, bashers only scare shorties.
Just curious on everyone's thoughts. While it's clear that IMDS is diluting, and other questionable behaviors, they also just got approval to sell in Kuwait.
I keep thinking that someone is going to buy this company. The article on Kuwait seemed to imply that women of that culture would appreciate this technology better as it is more "dignified". Perhaps a buyer will come from outside of the U.S.
Starting to explode, this is good, people saw the news yesterday and are seeing what this could become... GO NORX !!
PERFECT, that makes sense.
Fine tuning the contract, or fine tuning the system?
Just want to check, I would think contract would have already been settled prior to PR. Fine tuning the system implementation on the other hand would make sense...
Has anyone heard from/emailed Bank of Kentucky to see if they are up and running with myecheck now?
Good Morning!
Ready for some more drama and suspense on MYEC stocks...
GO MYEC!!!
NORX Bakken drill sites worth $22.8 Billion Dollars in Gross Revenue
http://www.nasdaq.com/article/norstra-receives-reserve-estimate-20130603-00536
DO THE MATH!!!
13.1 Million Barrells per site,
X 19 sites
X $91.00 a Barrell
= $22.8 Billion.
So, stock is undervalued, anyone capable of doing the math to see how much NORX stock SHOULD be worth???
Partnership with Germany already in existence, (German language option on website, NORX trades on Berlin Stock Exchange) watch for Buyout, or FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) so Germany/EU can supplement their oil supply. FDI requires large purchase of stocks, thus sending stock prices higher.
I think NORX is headed to DA MOON!!!
Just think
As we sit here cheering this stock on Ed Starrs is getting Bank of Kentucky going on this and has several other clients lined up to integrate in... by end of this month when quarterly report comes, we'll be dancin'.
Mr. Starrs is NOT going to let MyEcheck go down the tubes, he is turning the company around..
So here is something to inspire all of you.
Ain't no stoppin us now!
Seriously, everyone needs to do their DD and see the VALUE that MYEC creates for financial institutions. Then they'll understand why this is a BUY BUY BUY!!!
Someone just dumped...ugh. I still dont' care, I'm in it for the long haul. In it to win it, all the way MYEC !!!
Yes, agreed, everyone should hold
No one should sell. We are only moving up..
Great Minds think alike.
http://www.smallcapnetwork.com/Norstra-is-Right-in-the-Middle-of-All-the-Bakken-Action-NORX-SU-OXY-PSX/s/via/1789/article/view/p/mid/1/id/321/
Norstra's role on the total Bakken 'find' is a relatively small one. On the other hand, Norstra Energy's role in Bakken mania relative to its market cap is a big one. The company is only a $53.8 million organization, but it owns rights to about 17 square miles of prime exploration land. That's huge, as some industry experts believe Bakken field areas can contain as much as 10 million to 15 million barrels of oil per every square mile. That translates into something around 200 million barrels of crude just waiting for NORX to dig up, if its wells at the South Sun River prospect area are typical of comparable and nearby properties. At $90 per barrel, the math looks very attractive
One more time $1.2B per section with 19 sections = $22.8 Billion Dollars in Gross Revenue.
We are very undervalued in this stock.
CORRECTION FROM PREVIOUS POST - worth $1.2 Billion
13.1 million BARRELLS at $91.61 a barrell = which means the spot is worth $1,190,930,000.00
or 1.2 BILLION DOLLARS.
We are undervalued at .93-.94 a share.
NEWS - Norstra's Oil Reserve worth an average of 13.1 Million
http://www.nasdaq.com/article/norstra-receives-reserve-estimate-20130603-00536
Just got 500,000 at .0035
The German connection
Aha! Right here on this board is an article showing the connection to Germany.
http://ih.advfn.com/p.php?pid=nmona&article=57358540
I'm researching this more, but my initial thought is that NORX could be a buyout target by Germany, this is because Germany pays about $8.00/gallon for gas compared to our $3.50-$4.00/Gallon. The issue in the US has always been that our own oil is too expensive to produce, but to Germany it's much cheaper.
I could see a bidding war between the US, Canada, and Germany for this drill site once NORX taps it.
Business Process Improvement via MYEC
As I research this stock more and more, the MYEC system address some very important business strategies that I want to share with everyone who may be interested.
1) First of all, it mitigates risk - that is the risk of bounced checks, since it provides instant approval.
2) MYEC eliminates waste, also known as "Lean" by eliminating the need for a paper check which costs to produce and is scanned electronically, stored on a server, and then the paper is shredded, or snail mailed (omg) back to the writer.
3) Cost savingss ]- the processing fee down to 1% aside, there would be a cost to process a paper check, a cost to store the image of the paper check on a server, the cost for storage space on the server, a cost for an employee to handle the check, scan the check, process the check, send the check to the other bank (if necessary) get it back, etc, etc. There is also a cost to wait 2-3 days for it to clear via manual or ACH process. yes, a cost per hour applies as the funds aren't available until that time has cleared. Having an echeck rather than a paper check eliminates all of that. The computer image is not a heavy scanned image but a digitized one.
3.1) Collection Costs Also, think about checks that never go through, the debt is sold to a collection agency for pennies on the dollar, so the bank never really gets its money. Bigger checks require court costs, lawyers, etc. Instant approval changes that game.
4) While I'm not an expert in Six Sigma, I can tell you this is also inline with Six Sigma principals in eliminating the errors that can occur with a non echeck process. It is also inline with the Business Process Improvement concept of Critical Path analysis by eliminating the bottlenecks and breakdowns that can occur by handling ACH or paper checks.
Sorry for the long post, I guess I know enough to be dangerous
I'm getting 500,000 more to top off a quantity I already have. I put in for a pretty wide margin on a limit order, because I think it's going heat up starting tomorrow.
Counting...
Wish I could copy an excel matrix on this chat board, but here is the deal.
MYEC will get $125K a quarter from Karman, $750K a quarter from Consumer Merchant services. - adds to 3.5M in a 12 month period, or 2.625M for end of 2013
Unaccounted for $ right now is Bank of Kentucky, and Spindle.
Of course, as well as other deals that most certainly will be made.
So as it stands now, next quarter report - due at end of this month, should be up by upwards of $875K.
Add this on top of stock purchases... who can estimate how many new stock purchases have been made since March 31, can someone out here crunch that number for all of us please?
Interested.
I'm interested in this stock. The last company I worked for purchased a natural foods company so they could have the added association with "natural" and "organic" products thus helping their company reputation.
I decided to email Whole Foods Market and see if they are carrying these products, and if not why.
I think this company could be a prime buyout target for ANY food company that wants a natural/organic twist. I am concerned that there are no PRs since last year, but at the same time, their products are selling on amazon, etc. So this is a little confusing. Anybody have more insight they can share?
No such thing as outdated.
Just because MYEC system was not designed on an iPAD or Android Phone, doesn't mean it's outdated.
The last three companies I worked for, all of which were Fortune 500, still had mainframes. If the code works, it works, no reason to fix what's not broken. Anyway, any web programmer can take a system and make a GUI for it to make it look "pretty" if you need to.
I can think of a few hot software systems right, which shall remain nameless that look like CRAP when you use them. Still command line interface, still lag in the response time, still requiring perfect input to get any output or CRASH.
Just because a new computer technology comes out and it's all the rage, doesn't mean every company jumps on it. There is risk involved in being a first adopter. Companies want technology that's been around a while, that they can do proof of concept, and pilot programs with. EXACTLY LIKE WHAT BANK OF KENTUCKY DID WITH MYEC. Companies like old CEOs with software systems better than hipsters with the latest gadget.
The MYEC system affects $MONEY$ directly, so Bank of Kentucky and other merchants aren't fooling around with things that are "all the rage".
Does anyone know why NORX also has their website in German? Is there a FDI in there somewhere?
YES! If you look at their chart from 2010 and before, you may need to get some oxygen.
First Regional, their original bank, was closed January 29, 2010 by FDIC. If you look at MYEC chart from even a few months later, in March of 2010, they were at $4.80. I can live with that.
Even if we ignore the data from their IPO days in 2008, starting at about $150.00 a share, as that was the 2008 crash that hurt everybody, I can still live with $4.80. BUT HOWEVER our economy is improving and stock market has reached record highs nowadays. Could MYEC jump back to $150.00/share before Mr. Starrs sells? Maybe...
At this point, I think we all have high hopes for $1.00/share, but perhaps those high hopes aren't high enough?
$4.80/share, after the 2008 crash, even when they didn't have a bank.
Now, economy improving, and they have Bank of Kentucky and new merchants...
What do you think? I think there is no doubt.
More Promotion...
Ever heard of Consumer Portfolio Service - the bad credit/no credit car loan company? I sent them an email via their investor link telling them about MYEC. I felt it would be a perfect partnership because Consumer Portfolio can get paid online via instant echeck via MYEC.
Yes, we are investors, but I think sales people too.
Does your trading co say that MYEC is OTCPL or OTCPC?
I emailed Sharebuilder and gave them a heads up to change MYEC's status..
Others? Etrade, Scotttrade, Ameritrade....
Remember, the changed status will show on reports, notifications, alerts, etc...
Ah...the symbolism of a patent. For those that dont' understand the substance of the system, they will understand the "prestige" of the word "Patent".
I used to work in the Auto Industry and one of the engineers slapped a half sawed PVC pipe over a car door internal latch bar. This was deemed a "security device" to keep jackers from being able to unlatch the door with a coat hanger.
He got a patent on that half cut PVC pipe that you can get at Lowe's, Home Depot, or ACE. He was promoted and basically worshiped, it's one more patent the company can add to it's books. And let me tell you he was a piece of, er, uh, "WORK", yea that's the word I was looking for.... WOW.
Patent aside, the echeck system works. It saves a client money and makes money for the company. With some clients, the "patent" will be seen as an "ooooo...aaaaaaah..." and with others, it will be, "yea, whatever.... how much money are you going to save me?"
Let the word "Patent" work for those it needs to...
No doubts. I have no doubts about MYEC. They are in turnaround mode, that's good no matter what. If someone buys them out, that's good too. It's all good no matter what. CEO is NOT going to let this company go down the tubes. Not going to happen...
Don't put all your eggs in one basket every, but load up as much as you can when the price dips.
Yes, awesome.
"When" is the key, I would bet that after June 30 - July 1 - July 5 when the quarterly comes out.. it's going to be absolute trading madness, and then we will consider serious life changes.
I used to do participant interviewing for this study.
Consumer Sentiment in U.S. Rises to Highest Since July 2007
http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2013-05-31/michigan-consumer-sentiment-index-climbed-to-84-5-in-may.html
That means more checks for MYEC to process!
A stock that goes up and down ? Whoever heard of such a thing...
