You act as if I expect them to move to the Nasdaq on Monday. Of course it is going to take time. With the news that sing put out about being debt free and turning a sustainable profit by the end of Q2, plus completing proper audits and filing with SEC to move to the QB, will put SING on the path to the NASDAQ. AGAIN I realize this will take longer than a week.
What you have listed are the requirements for Nasdaq Global Select Market, that's the highest tier of the Nasdaq. There are lower standards, listed in my previous post, which would put them in the Nasdaq Capitol market.
This is from 2012:
A recent change in the listing requirements for the NASDAQ Capital Market gives more small-cap companies the opportunity to uplist to the senior exchange.
On April 18, the Securities and Exchange Commission approved an alternative to the $4 initial listing bid price requirement for the NasdaqCM. The rule change is meant to level the playing field between the NASDAQ Stock Market and its main competitor, the NYSE Amex. Prior to the rule change, the NYSE Amex required companies to have a minimum stock price of $2 to $3, while the NasdaqCM required a price of $4. As a result, numerous small-cap stocks trading between $2 and $4 were shut out of the NasdaqCM. According to the NASDAQ Stock Market’s proposal, filed in January, “A number of companies have indicated a preference to initially list on the Capital Market instead of NYSE Amex and have expressed frustration at their inability to do so without reverse splitting their stock.”
Under the new NasdaqCM requirements, a stock can qualify for listing if it closes at $3 or above for at least five consecutive business days prior to approval. The five-day requirement is in place to reduce the risk of price manipulation aimed at allowing a security to qualify for listing. In addition to the $3 share price requirement, the company must meet the following requirements:
Stockholders’ equity of at least $5 million
Market value of publicly held shares of at least $15 million
Two years of operating history
Or:
Net income from continuing operations of $750,000 in the most recently completed fiscal year or in two of the three most recently completed fiscal years
Stockholders’ equity of at least $4 million
Market value of publicly held shares of at least $5 million.
Securities with a $2 minimum closing price for five consecutive business days prior to the approval can also qualify for listing on the NasdaqCM if they meet the Market Value of Listed Securities Standard, which requires a market value of listed securities of at least $50 million, stockholders’ equity of at least $4 million, and a market value of publicly held shares of at least $15 million
In addition, companies must demonstrate that they have more than $2 million in net tangible assets if they have been in continuous operation for at least three years, or more than $5 million if they’ve been in continuous operation for less than three years. A company must also have average revenue of at least $6 million for the past three years. All other requirements for listing on the Capital Market are the same or higher than those of the NYSE Amex. A copy of the NASDAQ Stock Market’s original proposal is available on the SEC website.
Thats what i am betting on. Share price of $2 to get on NASDAQ
Denver i believe. Some where in Colorado
Here is the quote backing my statement of Q1 forecast:
Well it's a good thing SING had over 1.6 million in revenue for 2013 with 1 segment of the business forecasting 1 million plus for the first quarter of 2014, all that from outside the mmj sector. More than a mmj play here folks. A little DD never hurts before smack is talked.
Computer, youtube. Or the site moneytv.net you can find past Singlepoint updates. I would highly suggest you watch them if you haven't. Gives a lot of insight to the company and the direction they are taking.
I do check that site every week. It shows Drug Free solutions inc and Xunx inc as companies for week 15. Didn't see anything about sing this week. Greg usually tweets of sing is on money TV.
Where did you happen to look to find the money TV spot info? I would like to be able to look there.
are markets closed good friday? If so news on monday would be good, if markets are open tomorrow it would be a great day for news.
Check out @_Singlepoint_'s Tweet:

I will write an email to Greg tonight but I think we need a regular shareholder update that gives details on clients. Not necessarily the names but the amount. It would be nice to know how many companies are using sings products and it would be nice to see a jump in that number month over month. Like I said I will send an email tonight if I can find time, 2½ year old usually keeps me busy till 9 then I am too tired to think but will try to fit it in.
Not seeing an any info on a new money tv this friday, where did you find this info?
Yes i have looked into this, nice home on a golf course if i remember correctly. Nothing wrong with working from home for the type of business he is doing. Saves money on overhead of leasing an office and all that goes along with that. The business he is in would require meeting at the clients place of business so to put on a big show of having an office would be money wasted.IMO
i will be here in a year unless the Q filings don't show progress. I agree dilution sucks. But i have looked into Gregs back ground and claims of bringing companies to NASDAQ, it all checks out. I am investing in the managment. As far as the drop in price, i have been averaging down and am in at an average of .035. Want to average down more but the wife is limiting my investing activities. Going to try and sneak another $1k into this stock in the next week or so, will see if i can sneek the money away from the big spender. Good Luck man
it is in the annual report
Why would a general(printed) PR not be released so all shareholders are on the same level?
sure is but he will throw out the no recording law of california and none of that audio will be able to be used against him in the court of law....
I disagree, the number of people to attend will be very limited due to location. The people that will show are in hopes of great news and most likely blinded by the words of PM rather than the actions. With no audio back up to the meeting he can say what he wants to prey on the weak in hopes they cough up more cash. Good luck with that.
If the news was something that would benefit all shareholders it should be put out in a general PR. PM wants to say stuff that he wont be held accountable for hence not putting it in writing.
what more do you want than these growth numbers 2012 revs: $14,767 2013 revs: $1,667,852. the regular Pinky arguments do not apply here. Wait till the next Q report, we will see where SING sits.
Another note: The TA was/is not gagged, Greg is not trying to hide what he is doing. Go check out any other pinky bent on dilution, $100 says their TA is gagged to hide the dilution.
OK lets keep it honest, how is a company that is expanding at a rapid pace going to keep up that pace without cash? How is a company going to expand into a whole new sector without cash?
I would call for yourself to verify. On another board there was a poster claiming he called the TA to find there was no dilution going on. I called the TA to find that the TA was gagged by the company; obviously the other poster was telling a flat out lie. Do your own DD and verify others DD.
I called: O/S 263,430,738 FLOAT:175,466,430 as of 10:15am cst 4/15/14
Works for me, i will load up if that is the case. It would be like xmas all over. I am going to just buy and hold till people realize how good this managment is and the future of the compnay unfolds. Remember they said they will be debt free and turning a big profit by end of Q2...That will wake some people up to the fact that SING is making money outside of the mmj sector. With the low float and revenues being made..this pps is a gift

This means Singlepoint is in the process of making a grade A phone app for their payment platform. An app that will work correctly unlike many you see that are junk.
I don't think the agreement is in question, I think what has always been over hyped is the DD Microsoft does on a company that they sign to these agreements. And thru a couple peoples DD we found that Microsoft did little to no DD on hpnn, in fact all Microsoft was and is concerned with is potential royalties, money, cold hard cash.
Here is an email from Mary Jo (who wrote a blog on the deal that Microsoft exec retweeted so I would say she knows her stuff) her response is to me asking if by Microsoft signing the deal with hop-on, does it validate that they indeed are a legit company:
I think as far as FFFC is concerned, they basically set them up as an ipo and FFFC PR'd it to make it look like more than what it was. The New Wave deal is just a piece of the puzzle, they have a product that will help SING, if I read correctly new wave isn't ran directly by Mark N.
The whole sector is being hit because of one of the most widely recognized stocks got suspended. Shareholders of most mmj stocks will have to sell for a loss, small profit, or ride it out. I wish everyone luck in their decision.
I am going to ride it out because SING is not only in the mmj sector. I will be averaging down here in the twos and if it hits 1s I will load the boat.
I think the big red flag is he is auditing a sub rather than the parent company. Screams that he isn't running the parent company well enough to audit it. Plus he announced the phone deal with a company that he is in with so that seems snaeky as hell also...all around scam here.
That was short lived. Is that what greg meant by the news we have been waiting for? Was hoping for way more than that.
Not a merger, a joint venture. Partnership
Is today the day? I would love a merger and unveiling of SingleSwipe pay terminal all in one MEATY PR. GO $SING
Check out @_Singlepoint_'s Tweet:
The next month is all set! Heading to CO and WA to meet new clients and bring more on! Meetings are lined up ready to go! $SING = Big Moves!

Affix, I noticed all the work you did spreading the word of $SING last night, good job and thanks
To what do you figure that pertains? What one piece of news are we waiting for? list of participating mmj collectives, merger, launch of app? Pretty vague tweet. But I am ready for the news.
I would tend to think it means anything under a couple weeks. 1-13 days? He got in a pinch before giving exact days for news release and am sure he doesnt want to commit to a certain day in case something comes up and takes a few days extra.
he stated news in the "coming days", he didn't say couple days
