subtract 2017 buildout expenses by 90% for 2018 q3, add 700% increase in sales. Not sure how they Plan on NV cultivation but any it will be easy to improve margins once that happens. They have the building and equipment so it should not be that hard or expensive to get that running.

No kidding, attraction is in the next 3-4 months they will be releasing data on Phase 2 completions for VK511 and then a month later VK2809. Both drugs are billion dollar drugs potential. VKTX is trading under valuation compared to many biotechs....compare MDGL trading at 16.00 with a SARM drug similar to VK5211 in phase 2.

for only 2 million they need to buy that property off insiders. 15,000 mortgage a month is nothing compared to the revenue it makes. I still think they are waiting for Fed laws to change.
shareholders pay the lease on Blum Oak.As long as the lease is fair compared to others in the area I'm fine with it...I would rather lease and use money for buildout on other things than buy expense property and wait to see what will happen with Federal laws.
