This year is a pretty busy year for them. Micro Imaging Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MMTC) announced that it has committed to ordering 100 hundred MIT 1000 Systems with an immediate requirement for 20 Systems. I guess the 2.5B raise sounds about right for a company that is growing.

MIT Commits to Volume Production for the MIT 1000 Rapid Microbial Identification System Manufactured by OSI Optoelectronics
SAN CLEMENTE, CA--(Marketwire - Apr 18, 2011) - Micro Imaging Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: MMTC) announced that it has committed to ordering one hundred MIT 1000 Systems with an immediate requirement for twenty Systems. The MIT 1000 System is produced for MIT exclusively by OSI Optoelectronics (OSIO), a subsidiary of OSI Systems and is believed to be the fastest and most inexpensive bacterial identification system available; identifying bacteria strains in less than five minutes after culturing, at a cost of less than 10 cents per test and extremely easy to use. The MIT 1000 System has been certified by the AOAC Research Institute (AOAC RI) as a test method for Listeria, one of three bacteria (the others are Salmonella and E.coli) that are responsible for the majority of the worldwide food contamination events. The Company is in the process of preparing the MIT 1000 System for AOAC RI certifications for the identification of both Salmonella and E. coli later this year. This will give the MIT 1000 System the ability to identify all "three" bacteria within five minutes in a single test.

I totally agree. You can make at least 10x as much if you hold your shares.
If you do your DD on this company than it's no brainer that this company is undervalued and we will definitely be seeing higher grounds.
We are moving up faster and higher with so little volume needed.
We might be in penny land before eod.
You gotta love this technology and how it works.
GO MMTC!
The chart is showing blue sky. Interesting
Today will probably be interesting
I am glad that people are finally taken some time to do some DD. Gotta love the technology.
Someone had $4,900 to buy the 1,000,000 shares @ .0049. It looks like the BIG BUYS are slowly coming in.
It's been only 4 trading days since the PRE 14A news was released. It hasn't been a week yet and so many people are panicking and coming up with negative conclusions without any fact to support it. I know it's hard to look at the bright side of things when you keep seeing the price drop day after day, but if you block that out and just invest in the lows than you can profit when it hit the higher grounds. This is just what I believe in with just MMTC. I will not say this for other penny stocks though.
Have anybody look at the dates of the news. It looks like we get some kind of news every week or two. The last news that came out was on Thursday the 25th. I think we should be getting some kind of news sometime this week or next. This is just what I notice. I could be wrong on this.
Exactly...why fear of the dropping price. The lower it gets than the more shares you can buy. Why sell your shares when you can accumulate more shares for the run. Selling your shares now will only result in losing money. But accumulating more shares while it's still low to add to the shares you already have will only give you more profit in the end when the news or certs come out. This is only an experience that I had. You can figure it out yourself. Do your own DD on this company and you can clearly figure out what to do. In my opinion, I found more positive DD than negative.
If you want to talk smack about MMTC than please have some kind of proof to back it up. Maybe a link to a website or an email from the company. Talking smack about the company without real proof to back it up only means that you are not telling the truth and why should we take it seriously. If anyone is taking the smack talker opinion seriously than might as well not invest into MMTC to save yourself the head ache.
I am negative 5k and I am also laughing. I will add more and more. This will go up and when it does the shares that I will be buying at this level will even out the negative.
I am also out of money in my account to buy more right now. Waiting for more fund. You will only lose money when you start selling. When this thing goes back up than you will have to fork out even more money or buy less shares to get back in.
Another big buy at the ask will make this thing fly in the green
See how much it jumped
Buy at the ask and watch this thing fly
I've been added week after week and still holding strong. We will see the light soon.
I had a dream that this thing went skyrocket to dollar land. When this does hit dollar land than all of the people that buy shares under .01 will be very well off.
That same thing happen to me. I think the reason why you got it filled lower than the ask was because the amount of shares that you bought was not enough to bump it up to the ask price.
The chart does look like it's been oversold. MMTC has skyrocket many times without any news. What if it suddenly goes skyrocket this afternoon. Would you like to be the chaser or would you like to have a place? What if suddenly everyone decided to bid at the ask today. Would you like to be the chaser or would you like to have a place? My point is that you never know exactly what will happen with penny stocks. The news will definitely make a difference, but if the majority of the people are not willing to sell their shares than there is only one direction that the stock have to go. The support level will not be at where it is right now without the majority of people holding their shares. So, do your research and step back and think about what you discovered before you decide to buy or sell. Reach out to the company and your friends and get some questions answered before you make your decision. I am 100% for the company, but that is just me with my discovery.

A few people got a response. That is pretty good. They are probably busy. How many emails can you go through and do your work at the same time. Most CEO that I know rarely sit at their desk all day. They have to attend meetings. I know I can't read emails all day at work. I work at a construction company and I have to attend meetings and walk job sites. I myself try to read all of my emails but sometimes I have to put some aside because I don't have the time. Reading emails is my 2nd priority.
The company is NOT selling there shares. ONLY scared people are selling there shares. Nobody have concrete proof that the company is selling there shares. Do your research and decide for yourself.
It doesn't take that much to close in end in green today.
I mean .0056
Got my 100k filled at .0065. Waiting for more funds next week to buy some more.
The ask is at 0.2533x5000. Is this correct? Why so high?

Everyone should feel more confident with Mr.Brennan's email. I will have to try my best to buy as much shares as I can right now. I don't care how low this will go, because this company has a great product and the stock is so undervalue.
Give Mr.Brennan a call or email and he will gladly respond to you. I sent him an email around lunch time and I got a response in about an hour. This is what he said.
