Unless... getting current and uplisting is the Holy Grail here. I don't care if they ever "produce" It is all about getting in the game IMO
TR, you might want to stick to your candlesticks and charts when it comes to mining, above your paygrade as Obama would say.
I got in the first part of October 2010, didn't join ihub until the next spring. I found sney on a stock screen for cheep gold stocks i made at scottrade.
Somebody did a solid edit of that PR for this article. That's what I'm talking about. Well done.
I have seen other PGM miners with gold and silver in marketable amounts but that statement doesn't dignify further response IMO
The Department of the Interior disagrees with your statement.

Does anybody else find the writing in Sunergy's PR's sub-par? I have always thought they are doing themselves a dis-service with the quality of their public statements.
I don't read anything negative in that PR. This is a work in progress, exploration, start-up Jr. mining company. They pulled up tons of concentrate, had it tested, and are adjusting their process according to the results of the testing. Now they have added value to their concentrate. Nice little teaser, now get current and uplist, please.
Risk, you are the genuine article, either way it falls. Hope it lands in your direction.
Ant doesn't miss many nights, hope all is well.
Agree Risk, any buyout or J/V would be a disaster at this point.
I had the same thought, but the CPA board member is more suited than SP to handle the filings, don't know about the up-listing.
All the more reason to get current, nobody wins at this share price and CE status. Let's get in the game. Buy-outs and J/V's can be good, but not from this level. I have seen a bunch of them and they won't be good for shareholders from this weak position.
TR, 10k was carefully crafted over many months of painstaking research, at great cost and to the erosion of the share price to sub-penny levels. What do you want, perfection?
Falon, thank you for posting the relevant history for all to refresh our memories.
Recent levels are likely to be revisited unless the quarterly filings come in the next week or two.
Fangster has put out a timeline that may not make you happy now, but is probably realistic. It should be obvious that getting current and up-listing is the answer. Anything short of that will only provide small pops like we saw last week.
Pure conjecture Risk, hopefully all will be known in the next three months. Getting the 2011 filings in on time will tell the story.
That audit of allied was avoidable, if they were current when they aquired them.
I am glad you feel optimistic now. The rest of the work to becoming current and up-listing will be the icing on the cake. Best to you in the new year.
Depends on which list you are on, Art
Those are your best posts IMO
Good one Iceman
Merry Christmas to you and yours Risk
I had already read your posts, i spelled laser wrong. I don't really care if they claim production numbers. You and I could be out of this stock long before big production numbers come in. Get up-listed and get this show on the road. You have more riding on this than I do.
this is still an exploration phase jr. miner. Still waiting to learn the rest of the story. Company could raise more revenue if they got current and up-listed. Maybe they ought to be focused like a lazer on Job One.
It goes to the management of this company. They have been silent. They were blind to the implications that this acquisition came with. I think this was a costly and time consuming oversight. This stock should be up and running by now.
It was the date of acquisition compared to the most recent audited filing, neither here nor there at this point. The point being it was avoidable. I am simply pointing this as it has burned the better part of a year and some money to boot. this stock could be out of the ditch by now.
I stand corrected, dealt with tax law so much it stuck in head. They are accounting rules for companies with registered securities, My bad
Accounting Rules
Form and Content of Financial Statements
Regulation S-X
Allied is still waiting for the payoff, follow the money gentlemen. This whole financial mess has cost BOTH companies time and money. I contend it was avoidable. That Deal was not going to run away anytime soon. It is a marriage. Each had something the other wanted. You think Allied cashed in all their stock, obviously not.
the audit of Allied could have been avoided.
I bought over 14 months ago knowing I got in low. that is all I needed or still need to know. Wow, a little DD shouldn't bother you, it doesn't bother me.
Of course they would have waited and it wouldn't take this long to get it done either. They are still waiting with boat loads of Stock for goodness sake.
Risk, you are assuming a lot. I contend Allied would have stuck around because sunergy had what they wanted. Sunergy just had to get current. They both would have been in a stronger position.
Tax code tell the whole story if you are wise enough to look;
A separate audited balance sheet of the acquired business is not required when the registrant's most recent audited balance sheet required by Rule 3-01 is for a date after the date the acquisition was consummated.
They got the cart before the horse, the deal shows lack of business savvy. It very easily could have happened while being current in their filings. Tax code is clear on this point. Don't feel the need to defend the obvious lack of foresight on this point. The audit was avoidable, if they had bothered to look at the code. It took me about 15 minutes to figure it out.
Being late on filings at the time of the Allied acquisition fueled this whole audit fiasco. If they were current and did not buy Allied with stock, this would have been a non-issue. They could have avoided this by being current. They would only need to show simple financial statements. This shows lack of management savvy. They did not know enough to know they needed help.
Hang in there, Scuba. There is hope. This company is still trying to produce. They may have a different time-line agenda or no money or no clue. When a stock at this price per share starts moving, account balances can change in a hurry.
Cronkite, is that what you meant?, now i get it, once again my fault. I thought you meant Contrite. Reading is fundamental, so is spelling.
Risk, seriously, no idea of who or what you are talking about.
