There was no promise. The statement was that management was “considering” it. Folks assumed that the forward looking language was valid.
Maybe he repays the June 2018 one year $15k convertible loan, which has a $500/day penalty for late payment, but he doesn’t have the wherewithal to cover the other loans which also carry conversion terms. The business just doesn’t have the profit to cover them...
Hell, management couldn’t even repay a $15,000 one year note which is now in default, to the tune of $500/day penalty.
But yeah, he “considered” it...
Hope ya got money to burn cause it will be tied up a long time...
FINRA won't allow him to R/S, according to his own words...
Load all the trash you want...
Maybe Drew will...
Sadly, it has been in the filings for years. I've taken some flack for pointing out the problem and the way Oreo has dealt with it. Hopefully every one will be better at research after this experience.
Haven't seen the promised epistle...
Par for the course...
No surprise there. Oreo has been retiring debt on the back of shareholders since he took over the company. What he says and what he does have no relationship. The conversion terms are clearly stated in the filings and there is no way to deviate. He says there is new limit on conversions issued by the SEC, though I haven't found it. Now that the low price is 0.00019 the conversions happen at 0.000095 or less. It's gonna take a while to pay off that $127K as you said...
Well, the low for the last 20 days is 0.0003. This means shares convert to Tangiers at 0.00012 (40% of the lowest price). Given your $100,000 figure that’s 833 Million shares. So the debt would need to be much lower to meet your 200 Million share number. Sum ting wong...
No answer on how it’s not Oreo? He made the agreement with Tangiers. It’s his company debt being satisfied.
Reading the board, looks like some eyes are beginning to open...
You do realize that even if the average price was 0.0005, Tangiers converts at 40% of that number. That means your $100,000 equates to some 500 million shares.
How can you say Oreo isn’t converting since it’s company debt that Tangiers is recovering?
SMH
Someone spent way too much for that green paint...
Well if FDMF is an example of his work then we are lucky to be holding 0.0005 and shouldn’t expect much in our lifetime.
I said something about them. If the guy won’t simply acknowledge an email, even to say “I can’t say” then why expect anything else.
Having lunch might be a better way, provided one is in close proximity to the person, but that’s not possible for very many.
At any rate, so far as CEO he has not done anything reportable in months. Not even an effort to maintain the reporting status of the company. SMH.
Insider information? Hell, he doesn't even acknowledge emails in my experience... That's why I don't believe any of the statements made here...
So perhaps it will rise above the presplit price soon? Who would have thunk?
400,000,000 on the ask at 0.0002... = $80,000.00, need some huge wales...
So they found one...
No attorney letters on any of those recent filings... Won't remove the stop sign till they can find a shyster to testify about them...
Whatever... SMH!
Ya can’t use SBA loan proceeds to buy back stock and gross profits less operating expenses are no where near that figure...nice try...
So what would Oreo use for money for this buy back? Profits aren’t enough to cover... He always uses shareholder pocket books..
Looks like shorts won this round...
Went the wrong way.
Opened premarket at $3.57... $4 not too far.
IFRX... It begins!
Something clearly happened at EOD. Traded higher after the close. Looking for something good tomorrow.
Good luck selling at 0.0002 with ONLY 25 million ahead of you showing at that price. Who knows how many more there are not showing...
Translation...

Correct.
No one. Those are holders who bought initial offering shares or Reg A shares directly from the company or their agents.
Shareholders of record and shareholders through brokers are two different animals. People who buy retail shares own shares held in street name. They aren’t included in the count of shareholders.
People been saying that for years. Have a look at the price chart... it’s gonna take a several 100 million volume days in a row to move this bloated issue. Y’all can thank Oreo for that, paying off inherited debt on the backs of longs. He’s still doing it. Just a few months ago the OS was bumped by 200 million.
And, just wait till those who have have millions of shares try to exit. You will see ask stacks like never before...
