THAT IS NOT INSIGNIFICANT. I just gained tighter control of the stock because of the reduction.

It is not a fluff PR.

Look at PHGI's last PR for fluff. Announcing the hiring of a security guard, NOW THAT IS FLUFF.

This PR put to bed the issue of 504s. They are buying back stock, not releasing it.

Uncle's opinion is the same.

I bought and sub-pennies and am not actively watching PHGI.

I said this is another STXX type of play if you can just hold your shares and wait.

That is correct The float is now ~46 Million. I am in the process of getting on the TA's approved list of being allowed to get the current share structure.

I worked really hard on all this DD and like many, am a little upset how today went down. That being said, Nothing has changed.

I still own 3% of the float. I have no doubts that this company will do great things. Sadly, we had a lot of the quick traders take their 3 bags and bolt.

Nothing we can do, profit is profit.

They were supposed to announce more shares they were buying back, but they never did. Very unfortunate.

I am still baffled by the panic tho. They buy back 100k of stock and people run like scalded dogs.

This does prove one thing tho, both Van and myself were right about the day and approximate time. Moreover, we were pretty accurate about what the PR might entail. Not 100%, but we have been pretty accurate.
