Rich Elite is very well positioned with generics right now.
All of a sudden Jerry resigns and some like you spin it into negative. Nice try.... but it will not work.
Actually this is a positive in so many more ways it gives me goose bumps.
Something Jerry said to me at the shareholders meeting that I still carry with me. It is VERY positive too.
Things may happen sooner than later with ELI-200.
Well that could be possible.. something is UP. Maybe.
Speculation is good.
I think Nasrat is going to be taking this company to another level in 2016 and this is just the start.
Remember... they still have to get ELI-200 to market and that will be a while.
Im with lasers on this one. For now I don't think BP has anything to do with this move.
Maybe Elite didn't get the word just yet from the FDA but are confident enough to know what the FDA will do.
Elite may not be able to put any acceptance language in the PR due to forward looking statements.
Don't blame Dianne. Nasrat has maintained his silence on all matters Elite so don't blame him either.
Just read between the lines.
goodh2o1... Jerry basically saved Elite from going under as a company. He knew about the innovative technologies Elite had
when he took over. Elite was his baby for a while that he struggled to maintain.
So for him to be comfortable enough to leave and explore other opportunities speaks volumes to me.
Holy crap.... $37 for one Viagra? Man oh man... thats steep.
No wonder prescription opioids are a hot ticket when it comes to selling them if drugs like Viagra are raking in that much dough.
Jerry now comfortable enough to just step down and leave the driving to someone else.
Now... does anyone else still think the NDA will not get acceptance by the FDA? If Jerry was concerned he would still be Chairman of the BoD.
This is a very good sign of much bigger things to possibly come to Elite going forward.
Just my opinion.....
Im happy.
Thanks everyone for the street value info on prescription pills.
Pete Rose good info.
Like you Lasers I was at a loss too... no clue.
$40 -50 a pop is a lot of bread for one ride.
thanks
JJ
That is one thing nobody has control over.... share price.
Just have to wait and see.
The same old run again posts have been popping up now since Elite was $0.06/share.
NDA acceptance by the FDA is coming soon.
Then we just kick back and wait for approval.
$2.5 million from Epic to Elite as soon as NDA acceptance official.
Ohhh how sweet it is!
What???????????? Huh??????????? Come again.....
Your point?
What do women admired and opioid abuse have to do with one another?
but but but I thought Purdue had a clear answer with their ADF NASDAQ?
They have no answer? LOL LOL
And DEA/law enforcement can concentrate on illegal heroin trafficking not having to worry about prescription opioids.
Pharmacies will be safe again......
So this also ran post is claiming Elites ADF will not?
Where is the expert that says this? LOL LOL
Big day for Elite tomorrow? On other boards they are saying this?
Really? Not aware of anything tomorrow. If and when it happens...
it happens for Elite.
Worried about something tomorrow Mike?
With prescription opioids out of the way once Elites ADF is available the DEA can concentrate on the street heroin coming into the country instead of utilizing resources for prescription
opioid abuse.
AND what pharmacies are going to be robbed for prescription opioids once those prescription opioids are rendered useless? Again all thanks to Elite Pharmaceuticals ADF.
Nope..... not years "doc". NEXT!
Just ask any street junkie what they prefer... pharmaceutical grade heroin or the slop coming from El Chapo. They will tell you that prescription opioids are the preferred pharmaceutical grade heroin. Smoked snorted or injected...... just a better more reliable "high".
N2K your EXPERT analysis is greatly appreciated. YOU are the expert in this analysis.
Totally on TARGET! Thank you. Your posts are invaluable to ones research on Elite.
John what is heroin? When and who developed it?
Why is it not used today on a consistent basis?
What is pharmaceutical grade heroin John?
Thank you for that information JL. Experience in such matters
really helps.
Suggestion... go see the movie The Big Short. Its an eye opener.
Aqua I agree. Things like that do not happen overnight. Takes time
and the right set of circumstances. Elite will get there.
Could be in preparation for a smilestone payment. 2 generic launches coming up soon too. Only Epic knows for sure.
Will put some lipstick on that chart... and it will look just fine. Maybe 5 inch pumps too!
Maz you hit it right on the button! BINGO!
[quoteWould not surprise me if some selling was due to some getting margin calls on other stocks given the market's recent plunge. Usually the first thing people do to cover a margin call is sell their speculative/otc stocks (unless they fell out of favor of what caused the margin call in the first place).

Exactly part of what is happening here. Market is still jittery too.
Nothing like the smell of stop losses getting taken out in the morning. LOL LOL
So far everything that Nasrat said would happen has happened.
"keeps his word"? Please don't smear this board with inaccuracies aka Trump it up.
The FDA does what they want when they want. Saw that numerous occasions already or did you forget about Lodrane and Lodrane ER already?
Could be as late as February but should be sooner. Maybe I get a present for my birthday soon mike?
The push down before the ride UP.
Happens all the time.
NASDAQ can we also add projectile vomit to that growing list of things Elites ADF is immune to?
Dr Thorfin Purdue Pharmaceutical blew it back in the day. Elite didnt even have any patent protection for their technology back then. All Purdue had to do was to cozy up to Elite and help them
survive. Lucky for Elite that Purdue was too arrogant. Never dreamed they would need and ADT aka ADF for their opioid.
Now theyre stuck with that easily compromised turtle shell.
Just too funny IMO. What goes around eventually comes around. LOL LOL
John where is the 2 cents per share? Market is tanking yet Elite is stable. Can you explain that to us laymen please?
Thanks LOL LOL
This is a generic drug. Opioids have been out on the market since the late 1800s. Heroin aka diamorphine was once used in early pain management but was quickly dismissed as too addictive.
Not like we are reinventing the wheel here Doc Low. The delivery mechanism is what is novel about Elites ADF. Nothing on the planet like it. Gotta love that! LOL LOL
No peer reviewed artical will be needed to be accepted or reviewed. Sheesh. Utter nonsense. Success will breed due to the technology here. A technology arrogant Purdue may have had a shot at but thank the pharma gods they BLEW IT. LOL LOL
Some want to know about it being the same polymer Lasers. How is this possible? LOL LOL
Purdue really screwed up. Could have stolen this technology from Elite back in the day but they were arrogant and thought they had the ADF solution..... now stuck with the hard turtle shell. LOL LOL
Companies do not give away trade secrets. This polymer is even vomit proof. Although the real problem with vomit is picking out the chunks in order to get to the opioid... and a further problem is that naltrexone would be in the mix. No euphoric high.
And Elite has the patent protection too.
Kind of comical when one thinks about it.
Savvy investors see the tests performed and the results of those tests. Savvy investors know. I agree. Elite is in very good shape. I agree with you "doctor".
Heidi nice post.
Lasers.... like minds think alike.
