Accumulation makes the PPS go up? Seriously?
Provide a link that proves that. Thanks.
Thanks for the read N2K. Schumpeter's creative destruction is food for thought.
"Herein lies the paradox of progress. A society cannot reap the rewards of creative destruction without accepting that some individuals might be worse off, not just in the short term, but perhaps forever. At the same time, attempts to soften the harsher aspects of creative destruction by trying to preserve jobs or protect industries will lead to stagnation and decline, short-circuiting the march of progress. Schumpeter’s enduring term reminds us that capitalism’s pain and gain are inextricably linked. The process of creating new industries does not go forward without sweeping away the preexisting order."
Just highlighted this paragraph. I see where many points in this paragraph apply to the opioid ADF situation. One such point could be Big Pharmas without viable ADFs for their opioids may be worse off once something is introduced that may help solve a particular problem. A better mouse trap is needed.
He cites the steel industry and transportation as examples of creative destruction. Maybe I missed it while skimming but WWII
was also important in bringing about innovation for many things
including medicines.
With the current prescription opioid/heroin problem at the forefront it is companies like Elite who are creating solutions for existing problems so that society as a whole may benefit.
Good read.....
Thank you.

PDUFA by 07/14/2016 if not sooner.
Elites ADF is on FDA HOT list. Normal priority reviews take at least 6 months or LONGER. This review is expedited to ASAP cutting the time by 2 months or MORE.
N2K they cannot stop what is to come.
Support levels as they stand currently. Very good support at $0.32 with very good secondary support at $0.30.
Strong resistance is at $0.33.
Overall very tight trading range as the Bollinger band lower range is now $0.31.
Mean average for 50 day and 200 day continue to head toward one another. We know what happens when golden cross time comes. LOL
July 14, 2016.... cannot stop what is to come.
As usual Couch excellent post for newbies as well as longs.
N2K and speculator ninja thanks for pointing the way.
Printing this for some new investors I have introduced to Elite
Pharmaceuticals.
Smart money is in Elite Pharmaceuticals. Has been for quite some time now.
July 14 2016 is fast approaching. May is here. Soon June then July approval and launch.
Nothing anyone can do to stop what is to come.
Nothing!
Aqua with all due respect the autopsy has not been done yet. They say it may have been due to pain killers. As far as I know this is not conclusive.
Michael Jackson died of propofol. Prince still undisclosed.
I prefer Wendys.
Now resorting to "paid promos" from Elite to try to knock the share price down? Seriously?
Share count paid promos...
Aqua I am telling as many young people I work or have worked with about Elite. Hopefully they take my advice and make some money to pay off school loans.
N2K I feel your frustration. The fact that Elite has chosen not to clarified this or that Dianne has not been given the green light to clarify this is out of our control for now.
"business as usual"
Tells me the same old same old. Nothing has changed IMO.
Why is it that misinformation be posted on this board to try to
shake the share tree and get folks to fold their holdings?
As Elite gets closer to approval of SequestOx I expect to read more misinformation about the Elite,
Lots of posts since this one N2K. Dianne is only doing what she is told to do...
Implied of otherwise it is business as usual... which leads me to believe nothing has changed.
The approximate July 14th approval of SequestOx indicated by the FDA... and I only use approximate because it could very well be sooner... will give Epic (now PuraPharm) more time to market this new formulation to physicians and pharmacies throughout the US.
Time is an essential element here. More time equals better coverage. Would be interesting to know how PuraPharm intends to expand marketing and sales of SequestOx. Hiring more reps and or expanding their marketing sales department.
As you mentioned N2K, two more NDAs for two more ADF opioids should be exciting to say the least.
200 day MA and the 50 day MA are getting closer.
Elite still has not tapped the $100 million dollar drug they will have exclusive rights to manufacture and sell in the US.
The "customer" pharmaceutical from Hong Kong which may turn out to be PuraPharms parent company HumanHealth. Hhmmmmmmmm
The Epic acquisition is much more then some think IMO.
Planet earth Doc. The one your in right now. Yeah... that one.
NASDAQ there is no disputing that fact. Purdue is in a serious bind.
I agree NASDAQ. I also see their lawsuits against other companies
who wish to put ADF oxy out there going the way of the dinosaur.
Courts are no longer going to grant them exclusivity when an abuse deterrent version of that opioid is available.
Purdues days of being #1 are coming to an end as most things often do.
Only way they hold market share is to license an ADF from another. Shoe will soon be on the other foot. LOL LOL
N2K as always your posts just ring out. Nasrat is a very formidable CEO as many who underestimated him or were unsure are now finding out. Great post N2K.
The only omission was the ADF that Purdue botched when they had the chance to snag Elite's ADF technology from Elite.
Shoulda woulda coulda but botched it.... oh well. LOL LOL
Like coming up with pocket Jacks and on the flop comes Jack three Jack... so Elite checks to see what the other pharmas do. Next comes a seven on the turn. Elite leads out with a small bet but another pharma feels they can steal/keep market share and raises. Elite calls that raise. River card is a King. Elite checks again
while Pharma raises. Elite in turn pushes all in. Nothing beats four of a kind on this hand. Pharma calls that all in push by Elite.
Pharma loses.
Could be....... then again who is the expert? LOL LOL
As CEO one gives their company the best chance to succeed. Looks as though Elite is putting the right pieces in place. Nasrat surrounding himself with very experienced capable people.
Every pharmaceutical execs dream....... getting closer to fruition
Lasers.
Could be opinion and speculation but I work in pharmaceuticals so that makes me somewhat of an expert. The US market is a huge target. Generic pain management is a focal point of that target.
Solid dosage is where the abuse is at currently.
No speculation needed. Fact.
You need proof? ROTFLMMFAO!
No proof needed. The Chinese want to make nice profits marketing SequestOx. That is exactly why they bought Epic and why Ashok/Epic BoD agreed to the sale of Epic. The Chinese can bring in more money for a larger marketing presence. The US pain management market is huge and the Chinese want to make BooKoo Bucks. Seriously? You need proof for that? OMG LOL LOL
Plus they probably want an in to market SequestOx in southeast Asia. LOL LOL
Elite will have many ADFs for them to market in the US and abroad.
LOL LOL
Nahhhh more like an opinion that has lots of truth surrounding it. Only makes sense eh Doc? This Chinese company would not
have acquired Epic for the current line of drugs they manufacture.
Too bad Purdue screwed up. They could have had their oxycodone
empire for a long time to come. Does not look so rose laden now.
A new movie coming out "Honey I Shrunk the Oxycodone Market"
LOL LOL
I too own multiple farms as a result of this stock over the years. Going to Montana soon going to be a dental floss tycoon.
