For BMAS to show up is really huge for DKAM. They were heavily involved in HANS in the early going. The sudden appearance of a tag team effort to refute everything we've been saying supports the opportunity for anyone to dump shares right into their laps. See you on the upside! All in my professional 25 year experienced opinion.
Just making sure we're clear since the company is probably watching this board. Go out and do hundreds of hours of research, talk to distributors, talk to music companies, talk to hedges, talk to investor groups. Then put together pieces of a puzzle. Take trademarks filed with the US Government. Follow up on statements that "the value of our business is in our trademarks." The result is well informed educated conclusions on progression timelines and the way it has worked across the same sector Drinks plays in for a multitude of company's and products.
Everyone is supposed to throw all that away because "this is just another pink sheet pump tactic" or because $5 million in old sales does not an $18 million company make or because some scam Canadian beverage stock was halted or better yet, because some posters have lost money before on companies they thought had a lot of promise.
I really hope everyone is watching. This is getting better than Days of Our Lives.

Therein lies the rub. So now you want clarity immediately following your 10 cent post. Also worse is your reference to pink sheets tactics. First, this is not a pink sheet stock. Second, speculation to what is coming is what processes and timelines do. Third, the company referred to HANS. You just referred to HANS as a "unique" situation.
At what point does "unique" fall to ONLY one company from the past?
HANS was losing money for the first 7 years. What's unique about that?

Nice call. Just finished talking to the Exec Director of a group that represents some 30000 investors. Somebody plunked the Drinks story in their lap and they want a more detailed presentation asap. I said I'd be glad to no charge! Won't have to keep you posted on it. Somehow I feel you'll know exactly how it goes.

Meanwhile DKAM with Pacifique and Eminem.
As posted earlier this morning before the board became so conveniently cluttered:
http://investorshub.advfn.com/boards/read_msg.aspx?message_id=33147049
So my take is that it's much more important to prove this company's worth as 10 cents right now, so much so that post after post after post is spent trying to make such a thing to occur, than to continue to forge ahead under your own premise "this company will be a different deal" if and when Dre and Kid products are introduced.
Just making sure we're clear on how very crucial it is that it be 10 cents before it is a completely different deal. Which, in this case refers to much, much higher prices.
OK, just so the entire world is clear on your exact intentions here. Months and months and months of negativity for 10 cents.
Gotcha.

Actually, that entire post is speculative on my part. "I'm willing to make a bet." I am willing to stake a claim. Make a prediction for which I may or may not have a financial interest until that bet receives another side for which consideration is exchanged.
I checked history and the dictionary.
So far, a bet and a prediction of future events are still two different things.
Notice how the guys are here during the day, and together?
That's how you know DKAM is ready to bust out much higher. Their bosses aren't completely filled yet.
The market also knows every time this stock tries to break out, certain people show up trying to talk it into the dirt. They even go so far as to fabricate short positions that don't exist.
Here's an interesting thought:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/303/ripoff0303141.htm
Looks like DKAM has Eminem with a new Absinthe. Found it all last night. So with Eminem, 50, and Dre all releasing huge albums in December on thru the first of year, should be huge for DKAM releasing products tied to those artists. They call the three guys the "Three Headed Monster." DKAM has the trademark "Pacifique." At 120 proof, should be a big seller across many fronts.

Letter received from CEO of DKAM
I had some questions I wanted to get answered as I was unable to call in on this past CC. I want you to read the following response I received. Keep it close and maybe once a week, read it again. I won't tell you it is all the things I have been telling you over and over. If it doesn't make you want to own this stock, then I don't know what will. If it doesn't make you want to tell everyone you know about this opportunity then sadly you will miss every pot at the end of every rainbow. I love the reference to Vitamin Water, which was bought out for $4 billion, and of which the company just trademarked two names with the same 50 Cent.
Dear Mr. XXXXXXX,
There is so much bad information out there about the way we do business and why we are successful that I wanted to share with you some specifics as you speak to people about the various concerns they have as expressed in mindless blogging.
Perhaps as you have opened my eyes to the view of the market about securities, by sharing some of my world generically with you, just organizing the information in the public domain, we can somehow get at least some of those who follow the stock to separate the business from the trading of the stock and the assessment of the business so deeply rooted in what can only be called "wrong." None of what I am organizing here is confidential and certainly all of the information is available in the public domain. I would argue its more important how you organize the information that is being missed.
About the Value of Beverages:
1. The value of Drinks will ultimately be measured by the sum total of the value of the brands that comprise Drinks. Spirits transact at $1500-2000 per case. Beer depending on if there is a brewery at $100-500 per case and New Age Non Archaeology at the Sobe multiple of $14 or the Vitamin Water Multiple of $28.
2. Large global companies get to these premium multiples because they sit down and figure out what it will take to replicate what has been created and it is always more expensive.
3. Drinks is an IP company that is operating in the beverage field where there are superior multiples.
4. You can look at Seagrams' acquisition of Martel 20 years ago or Compari's acquisition of Cabo Wabo several months ago or with Grey Goose in between and the fact is the multiples hold up.
5. Bloggers say who cares and who would pay these multiples. The answer is No One, Until the Day they decide they will, then Every Company will seize on paying the multiples. We had a theoretical conversation with an large American, now Internationally owned beer company who before they were so rudely acquired, wanted to know if we would take $5 million for Rheingold. We dont sell a case we just own the trademark.
About the Drivers of Purchase/Acquisition:
1. Long Term sustainability is judged by global company managers who recognize that to compete and survive for more than a year means you are Superman. We have been moving the rock up the hill for four years.
2. Global Viability: When brands sell in more than the US that means when a true global company buys them they have legs in a legit business model. Bacardi has trouble selling Grey Goose in some International markets. My Trump Tie can be sold on any global street corner today with no marketing for north of $200 and in Manhattan or Michigan Ave no one would look at it. We are selling Trump in a lot of International markets and they are repeating orders. More about that later....
3. Cost of Expansion and Growth: No large company wants to buy a brand and do the heavy lifting. We spent what would be considered the Brooklyn budget to introduce our vodka in 46 states and 6 countries. No large company wants to spend to establish a trademark and they all fear what they buy may not exist. Most companies could not keep the lights on with what we have paid in marketing to build out 100,000 case intro.
SO WHAT IF?? no one buys you:
1. That was the good news for Constellation and Mr. Sands. He sold a product called Wild Irish Rose, flask wine for bums and various other products, then one by one, the products began to add up and before you know it, a multi-billion dollar enterprise came about.
2. If you thought there was no future in one of our products and it was only going to sell lets say 50,000 cases a year, and then you took and added the same moderate success to Dre, and Rock, and what we have in the pipeline, and before you know it the sum total of your failures is one of the largest mid-sized beverage companies in America.
3. If first you have one brand and then in no time you have five and six and more brands, critical mass comes very quickly.
4. "I don't see the product in my neighborhood location of xyz." That's the good news! If we were doing the case sales we are and it was everywhere, where is the upside? Where is the growth?
"THEY DON'T HAVE ENOUGH MONEY TO DEVELOP THE BRANDS THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT"
1. What money. We have a cognac, a sparkling vodka, a new international vodka, a prototype beer for rock. I have the labels, the bottles, the product, the partners. Does anyone think that with partners like Universal, Dre the perfectionist, Trump, Rock,,,,that they are perfectionist in everything but with our product development they just took a wild hairy assed flyer with us???? If everyone who had a cognac wanted the Dre Cognac, and every major company came to my door saying pick me, pick me,,,,,why would I pay for product development? I might interview for it, I might look at various options, but why pay,,,,the world wants to do business with us. Make me a good product, help me source it, give me some credit I might pick you. Refuse to do any one of these and off the list you go.
"THE BRANDS ARE NOT SELLING"
1. Perhaps the most maddening. On our website are the + 100 NYC retail accounts we do business in. There are hundreds of accounts we are doing business in and guess what ,,,,there are hundreds that we are not and that's the good news,,,,as there is more to sell. Not just when it is promoted but when no one is there and they simply sell it.
2. "Its not at (you fill in the blank)." Everyplace a brand is not that is viable and been around and is growing, and the more places the brand is not, the more upside the brand has.
"THEY DON'T HAVE THE MONEY TO EXECUTE THEIR PLAN"
1. Notice that all our Icons have media systems behind them. Dre, Universal, Rock. Top song on all charts last 8 months. These Icons have media machines that generate everything we had to get Trump to fit into. The management company that is partners on the cognac have 250 artists that will manage to have the cognac in their music videos in addition to the lead artist.
2. Notice that we have negotiated all our agreements to include credit from our new production partners.
3. Half the battle of selling a product is public awareness. Who did we miss?
FINALLY, "THE STOCK SYMBOL ISN'T EVERYWHERE"
Our relationship with the Icons of the world is unparalleled. The unfolding of the story and the simultaneous investment story is equally linear. We, with no IR company, got on more financial news blogs, magazines, on line and in the media with Kid Rock and or Dre than any 15 small cap companies you know. The irrational temptation is to say,,,,"yea, but you're not xyz" or "You should have Kid Rock do this or do that." Those things happen as we evolve, not on day one and sooner or later you have a Donald Trump talking about Drinks Americas or Kid Rock but we DO NOT control their domain, and I can't revert to spending time with little ripples when we are hitting the long ball eighty percent of the time. I love talking to my investors, keeping them abreast in my words on our progress, but there is a segment who don't understand , who just dont get it, who think that even if I could it makes sense to have Kid Rock do this, or Donald Trump do that,,,,,,when if I COULD I would not because in context it not only does not make sense, but it is not even the right thing to do within the prism of the world I operate in.
Someone will pay up a big dollar for this business and as the market continues to implode we stand to become more viable every day. I believe that that will pay off. But the group of investors that you speak to need to understand the movable and unmovable variables that are attached to this incredible trademark collection of value.
I hope this is of assistance in guiding your group. The fringe players and the Yahoo toll booth workers who blog between shifts said I wouldn't be here for two years now, the following quarter. I continue to build this out and when someone checks the inside of the envelope someday, it is going exactly according to plan.

Anybody got $20000? DKAM to $2.40 on its sector per case valuation. That would give you $240000. Won't take any time for the market to pick up on it. The hedgies will come a calling. And why wouldn't they? Already ran to $3.58 from here on more than twice the losses and 1/3 of the sales.
DKAM: Take two seconds to read this. We all know how it works. We don't jump to learn the story until the stock is flying. Funny how all those stocks got to flying by somebody! No resistance. Easy to move higher. Why? Because it will.
But more why. Friday they trademarked Redneck Beer. Just popped up yesterday. All these Kid Rock beers being trademarked under DKAM. Now think about it. Anheuser Busch defected. Gone to Belgium. Gonna piss off 2 million Harley Riders. Another 1+ million Kid Rock fans. These people going to be looking for a Heartland America beer. That WAS St. Louis. Now it will be Kid Rock and his American Bad Ass Beer Company. Redneck Beer. Will go a LONNNNG way in every tavern in the country. This is all DKAM. They have Kid Rock. This is what they are introducing.
But hey. Not enough for you? Then look at the report. 50 Cent signs with Glaceau Waters in December 2007. 6 months later the company gets bought by Coke for $4 billion. The guy who cooked the deal for 50 Cent? The same guy's company DKAM filing trademarks for. Like it says. That was a private deal. What do you think will happen when all those thousands of people who played HANS are going to do when the news DKAM signs 50 Cent pops up?
Now you know why there is no resistance and the available float is down to nothing.
There are no brainers and then there are gift horses. Pick one.

Liquor Group started trading. LIQR low of .25 and now .40.
DKAM: A smart investor would load the truck here. All the supply that was in the system was .22, .28, and .33. Now plenty at .23 and .24. These are the flippers shares because 100 shares printed last Thurs at .18. Grab those and get them out of the stock. Nothing but blue skies beyond.
DKAM: And an even better idea. This little bottle led to a $4 billion buyout within 6 months of 50 Cent being named to Vitamin Water.
DKAM Yeah Shakerzz, but this will do nicely:

DKAM appears ready to take off. Problem is you can't get a postion of size I'm afraid. But it's all free money at this point.

Wow! Very impressive video expose of DKAM on The Tube. I never knew this company was at Super Village. Now it makes perfect sense why this CEO said their new products would be out by Super Bowl. Seems they are forming a trend of introducing their new products to be carried around the world centered around the big game. Here they are again if you missed them. Definitely worth a look.
Part 1:
It's all about the trademarks.
Returning to Queens, the fledgling rapper scored a $65,000 deal with Columbia Records. But in 2000 his past caught up with him. Days before his first album, Power of the Dollar, was set to hit stores, 50 was shot nine times and left for dead in front of his grandmother's house. Columbia dropped him, and the record was never released, though it has since been heavily bootlegged. Undeterred, he returned to the studio as soon as he recovered from his wounds. He started churning out "mix tapes," which are informally circulated at parties, and soon he had become an underground rap sensation.
The tapes earned him a following--and a big break. In 2002 star rapper Marshall "Eminem" Mathers heard his driver playing one of 50's songs. Eminem was so impressed with the music that he invited 50 to Los Angeles to meet with him and producer Andre "Dr. Dre" Young. Within days, they signed 50 to a million-dollar deal for five albums.
But from the start, 50's career was more about business than music. He spent his first $300,000 registering the "50 Cent" and "G-Unit" trademarks; in 2003 he brought on veteran talent manager Chris Lighty to head up his business entourage. Today, Lighty is part of an informal board of directors for brand 50 Cent. The team helps 50 sort through endorsement offers, brainstorm new ideas and operate his businesses.
At the top of that pyramid is 50 himself. Ask any of his associates what sets him apart, and they'll all tell you it's his fiendish work ethic. In a recent 24-hour span, he started by filming scenes for Streets of Blood from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. (He will star in the flick, due out next year, alongside Val Kilmer and Sharon Stone.) He then went straight to the mobile recording studio he keeps on set and worked on his new album for four to five hours. After snagging a few hours of sleep, he went right back to the studio.
"I don't think he'll ever stop working," says Laurie Dobbins, chief operating officer of Lighty's company, Violator Management. "He's got the work ethic of a robot. I think he works 24 hours a day."
I think Adis maybe? said it a few days back. There really is no stock out there to be had. That made the stock go down more than it had to, should have, or wanted to. Some people actually sold because the market was down. Never heard of such a thing considering nobody bought when the market was running over 14000. So now that leaves a trail of no liquidity to the upside. Nothing. Nada. Yeah, one or two in the automated program at .22 and .23. Then .28. Then 33. Then .51. Nothing. Oh sure, the program will throw up a few to slow it down. The flippers will add what few they have left they didn't sell to cover their margin calls because of all the other crap they were caught holding. Beyond that, it's all blue skies. Orrrr errrrr blue ocean. Wide open seas. Clear blue yonder.
Oh crap. Two thoughts in one post. Sorry!
DKAM<<< Some impressive trademarks forming leading to this major release of Kid Rock Beer:
Redneck Beer
American Bad Ass
American Bad Ass Redneck Beer
American Bad Ass White
American Bad Ass Blue
KR
KR White
KR Blue
Red Beer
Rock Red
Seems they are going at the market full guns with this one. Put a red label on the neck and call it "Redneck Beer." Should lead to a truckload of sales just so people can hear themselves say it!
"Hey bartender! Gimme a Redneck! Gimme me some Bad Ass. Gimme some American Bad White Ass!"
Won't take long to catch on everyone.
See the vision.
Now doggone it. Look what you made me do. I went to check on the availability of certain trademarks. And lo and behold I find DKAM just trademarked "Redneck Beer" I could have sworn this board mentioned that very thing. OMG!!! Quick, call the cops. And yes, it is live. Nobody else has it. Nobody else has Redneck Red Beer either.
American Bad Ass Redneck Beer

"Hey bartender! Give me a d*mn Redneck. Shoot, this bar so full of rednecks making me thirsty!"
Genius. A company about to make a fortune off a stereotype.
Hey look! Sure looks like more than one beer line to me?? Uhhhh, that sure is an awful lot of names for just one beer. And we know it costs alot of $$$ to think outloud with the USPTO.
Here some pipe smokin material. How bout two beer lines or even three?
How about Rheingold??? Did any of you "middle of the night posters" bother to look at the Powerpoint presentation Kenny gave at Maxim to all those institutional guys? It's on the website.
Huh, there it is. Just a single bottle of Rheingold sitting there all by itself. We're not even selling any of it right now. Now what do you suppose it was doing in a presentation showing all the company's growth going forward?
Oh damn! Here is that 1+1 thing again. This is where they lose it judge. This is where they want to argue it is 1. Some reluctantly wear down and accept it is 2. And for those in attendance, they see what the REAL winners will see. "1+1= a heck of alot more than 2."
Hmmmm, I foretell another trademark coming! Wait, that would be inside information! OMG! DKAM has the toilet waste, sludge, bacterial grime angle covered in their business. I'm expecting something along the lines of a counter acting agent that can be used against that last little drip that just seems to ooze out of everything we do in life.
Now what should we call it?
DKAM<<< Those of you that looked at it Friday should have seen what everybody else has seen this weekend. Three times under .20 and all 3 times led to major bounces. The first to the 52 week high. The 4 cent spread should also be teaching you that while the insiders hold 55% of the OS that they haven't are not and have no plans to sell, but also that another 10 or so groups hold approx 20 mil of the shares that they aren't selling. That leaves about 6 mil shares in the immediate liquidity. There is nothing but air to the upside. So if anybody wants 100K under .30, rather doubtful. About 700K is all the book shows is required to get it above .70. That is the MMs biggest fear at this point. They have nothing from .70 to 1.25 except posted "other sides." But not to worry. When it runs there will be enough flippers for a day or so to give somebody a good in. Otherwise, everybody else is paying double to triple. It's refreshing to have one get mentioned that isn't raising cash, doing reverses, pushing paper, and playing the game. Just good old fashioned growth through expansion and acquisition.

Sometimes people get over zealous. That is understandable. But after awhile there just aren't enough corners and rooms to tuck them away in. So we live and breathe accordingly.
Perhaps some misplaced aggression. Suppose I, or anybody, were to come out and say that Kenny met with certain people at the Maxim deal and they told him they had been accumulating the stock for well over a year and not to worry about things. That they would take care of everything. Then off I go to research it and I can find nothing. Then spreading that sort of news could be considered inside information. Normally though, just speculation since those kinds of things are not documented anyways. But finding ready information in the public domain that is verifiable in its content and leads some or many to do research and reach a conclusion, then that is awareness.
If I were to say that same party is accumulating the stock in advance of a run. In advance of coverage. For concessions to a buyout down the road. Then again, that would, if documented and I were in possession of those documents, be inside information. Otherwise, it is again speculation, or as a minor few would have you believe, an over active imagination.
Oh, and as a matter of course and clean up. Certain people spend $200 million on campaigns to sit in that old house in DC to make less than a half million a year. These business people should be just exiled for having no sense. Or worse yet. Those guys with the golden arches have so many billions I lost count. How dare they continue to dilute their brand and litter the countryside with such cheap eats when they already have so much money? Oh and that Buffett guy. Is he insane? Making all these offers to buy companies with all this debt. He will be soooooo losing his shirt.
Uhhhhhhh yeah.

He's just shaking in his pants because he found what everyone else found that's been loading for 8 months, and he doesn't have all the shares he wants. When Glaceau announced 50 Cent in December of 2007, the company was bought out in less than 6 months.
See the vision.
Here you go guys. Knock yourselves out. Nasdaq can make all the rules they want. But it's like the Constitution. You can't go against the law of our forefathers to protect your own market makers.

You can take this to the bank, whichever one is still able to recognize that one of our dead presidents on a piece of paper remains negotiable tender.
There has been references made by management to warrants for artists over a dollar. Maybe $1.20 or so. The first deal with this tag just by coincidence comes back in February, stemming from an earlier deal made in July of 2007.
Now we find ourselves on the verge of new products associated with those tags on them. Seems to me there are those with more vested, more to gain, and far more reach to extend as much positive press about this company as possible.
Yes, as Kenny said, "We have connected and if one were to read all the contracts deliberately, we have created a tapestry that probably is unique even in the entertainment industry in that all the different relationships that we have are connected to each other."
So let's go in the direction of some hedge, since we have at least four of them, or large firm, that Kenny mentioned on the last CC have been calling, that has calculated an 8 month long accumulation program for the express intent of taking the price above this $1.20 area so all the big fish get to jump out of the net and swim on their own.
Everyone else has just been standing on shore skimming stones for lack of anything better to do with their time.

Got me to thinking even more. Eight months of succinct price activity with no 144's or 4's or any filings. All the while making sure non displayed inside bids and asks, and depth is being scooped up. It started back when the El Jefe trademark was filed. Now we have Kenny at Maxim and that event, attended by some 1500 researchers, analysts, and hedges. We don't know that Violator or El Jefe or Live Nation or Crush were not mentioned or talked about or the reference to how they tie together was not made. It very well could have in general terms. Then we have JP Morgan and Merriman show up. We have Goldman out there that brought the HANS story to the markets. We have Goldman as a lead analyst for Live Nation. It would seem to me and apparently to others that any research put out, paid or not, seems on all accounts to be leading back to some pretty big fish that want their inner circles to know about this story as much as some prominent forum board owners with a proven track record. It's all numbers and in the absence of our own IR department, the effort should be applauded.

Somebody making sure Lighty and brand Asset Group getting a lot of attention all of a sudden.
Wait a minute. Violator/Brand Asset group with sales of $11 million in 2007, hooks a $4 billion buyout deal with Coke and Glaceau because of 50 Cent's involvement?
Pretty easy to see exactly where this is going.

I am confused here. I have read this research note. It draws to the name El Jefe. Look above in our iBox and it says we trademarked that name back in February. Go to the popular 50 Cent music video " Just A Lil Bit" and it says 50 Cent as El Jefe. Here it says El Jefe:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Just_a_Lil_Bit
Every trademark over the past 18 months for DKAM is music related. In September, DKAM filed two trademarks for Violator and even Violateur. You go here and it ties in 50 Cent, El Jefe to Violator.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Violator_Management
You go elsewhere and there is no tie to anything else iconic related for Violator or El Jefe that I can see. Maybe there is but it's not obvious.
Then you go to this article, and it covers 50 Cent's business ventures, the link to Lighty and Violator, the link to Dre, and 50 Cent's yearning for an even bigger and better deal:

Even here. Chris Lighty, Violator, 50 Cent, Brand Asset Group from well over a year ago:
Where's all the mad rappers at?
June 13, 2007 9:39 AM | Permalink | Comments (1)
Chris Lighty, who manages rapper 50 Cent for Violater Management, secured a clothing endorsement deal for his client even before Fiddy released his debut in 2003, The Wall Street Journal reports today in a story about a joint venture between Lighty and Warner Music Group.
And a press release about the "strategic marketing and brand management" partnership, to be known as the Brand Asset Group, declares:
The Group is designed to increase revenue by more aggressively managing artist brands from all genres and capitalize on the value of those brands through corporate sponsorships, strategic and integrated marketing campaigns and comprehensive brand extensions.
The research note draws reference to Live Nation and that clearly was stated and discussed by Kenny back in August:
The other thing that we’ve done that I should speak about, I used the word tapestry in the earnings call very deliberately. We have connected and if one were to read all the contracts deliberately, we have created a tapestry that probably is unique even in the entertainment industry in that all the different relationships that we have are connected to each other. We have a relationship with Universal where they have assisted us in the sales and marketing of Trump. Obviously the Trump organization has every interest in assisting us with the sales and marketing of our other products. We have relationships with different marketing enterprises. We have an agreement with Crush Management which is a management company that handles Brit brands, band tours, concert events and promotions. The artist wants green M&Ms in the VIP room, well that contract calls for not only Dre’s products but Trumps products and Old Whiskey River products and Newman’s products. So as we continue to branch out across these different forums and media forums, the opportunity is to put the products in each of those relationships and there’s no harm in doing that and that’s where you’re going to see some of this large exponential growth and benefit to everybody. And that I think has never been done before. Companies that manage brands whether it’s the candy company or the liquor company have independent brand managers with independent budgets and every one of those people that want to put their M&M color in the backroom of an artist has to write a check for their color M&M. What we’ve done is create a media meld of our products and our strategy around those products with all our partners and we think that’s cutting edge, it’s the way marketing will be done in years to come. All these deals that you’re seeing, these critical 360 deals with Live Nation, that’s a cookie cutter, what we’ve been out ahead of for two years. So we’re very excited about that.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Live_Nation
The 360 deal is also noted in a recent expose on Chris Lighty:
http://mycrains.crainsnewyork.com/40under40/profiles/2008/10110
Kenny wouldn't just throw out the 360 term and Live Nation if there wasn't a reason for those terms to be used.
I see much discussion in the piece to conference calls of the past, readily available information in the public domain. There is an inference to what is out there and what has happened in the past. So the writer, researcher draws a natural progression in the process that allows anyone to take advantage of a pretty big deal before it actually happens. Not too often anyone can do that in these markets. There is no inside information here. If anything pretty good research that puts the future of DKAM front and center instead of the past as many would want to see happen.
As far as the report goes, Growth In Equity Partners, Inc is just what it is. A group, a research group, a private entity, a company putting out information about a company. Pick one. I don't see any tie to Drinks Americas. If anything, I would look in Live Nation's direction. They are the ones with a throng of analysts following the company. I would think they have a pretty good idea what is going to happen since Kenny already mentioned them over two months ago.
But what I see more than anything is the eyebrow raising attempt to discredit anything positive here from those who previously screamed that all buy orders should be lifted immediately. And yet, here they are screaming to protect no interest.
That is what I'll be calling Mr. Kenny about as a result of this new information.
Now if you'll excuse me, there are a dozen or so analysts following Live Nation I need to send all my own research notes to; which includes Goldman, JP Morgan, and Merriman. This smells like their work to me. Big board analysts always know before the rest of us.

The time frame is correct for a run on the beverage stocks. Given the market environment, it would also stand to reason running them. Some big player will find DKAM and single handedly take it over a buck. But, that is why the accumulation over the past 6 months. For just such an event.

ROX is your guide so listen up. Noted here a couple weeks ago finds itself at .15 and walks on no volume to .85 this morning. Why? Because no resistance to the upside and no liquidity. Same as DKAM. Billionaire Fisher dumps another $15 million into the company, on top of the $72 million he has already given them, and they place another 1.2 million shares. Certain dilution but for a company that was destined for bankruptcy, but the market sees it as viability going forward. A selection of brands nobody has heard of. No iconic ties for anyone to get excited about. Yet they have some sales. However, not a single one of their products has ever earned a profit. The $15 mil they took in? The same thing DKAM did. Pay off all their debt and expand the business. ROX goes .15 to .85. DKAM drops $3.58 to $.14. Talk about the opposite of what should be occurring!
So the key is go find our own billionaire like we've been working on. A far better business model and one that works in DKAM. A cash infusion at this point would not only make sense but take the company far beyond the 300% growth parameters they discussed on the last CC. These guys running their game on DKAM know it and why they running the game to get all they can get.
Get ready for DKAM to do exactly what ROX has done. We'll make sure of it.
