Aero Tec Laboratories Sponsors Cyclone-Williams' Steam Vehicle World Record Attempt
9:00a ET March 16, 2011 (Business Wire)
Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CYPW) and the U.S. Land Steam Record Team (Team Steam) announced that Aero Tec Laboratories Inc. (ATL), the world's oldest and largest producer of safety fuel cells for race cars, has become a sponsor of Team Steam and its attempt to break the world speed record for steam-powered vehicles.
Team Steam is attempting to become the fastest steam powered car on earth, a record set in 2009 by the British "Team Inspiration" at 148mph. Cyclone's 100hp Mark V external combustion engine will power the Team Steam land speed record (LSR) car in its record breaking attempt, scheduled for later this year. The powerful, compact Cyclone engine boasts very low emissions and can run on virtually any fuel, including 100% bio-fuels or multi-fuel mixtures.
"ATL is a big supporter of racing and LSR teams," stated David H. Dack, the company's Vice President of Sales. "With the Cyclone-Williams vehicle and Team Steam, we are also supporting new technology with important environmental benefits, including true fuel flexibility. This is a goal that fits well with our broad line of robust fuel cells."
ATL's fuel cells dominate the ranks of nearly all professional racing series, including NASCAR Sprint Cup, FIA Grand Prix Formula 1, GT Endurance, Off-Shore Boats, WRC Rally and Sprints. Their non-exploding tanks are also used in mining vehicles, off-road construction equipment, military vehicles and police cars. Like the Cyclone engine, ATL's fuel cells are designed to accommodate virtually all fuels from high-octane gasoline to E100 and bio-diesel.
"We thank ATL for their support of our record breaking attempt and their commitment to advancing clean energy technologies like the Cyclone engine," stated team leader Chuk Williams.
Sponsorship opportunities are available for corporations and individuals who want to participate in this attempt at automotive racing history. Please visit the USLSR site for more info: www.USlandsteamrecord.com.

No, but I will press on
amechi: ATWT is poised for, imo, a run into the teens
upon news....i.e. the next PR if it is written well,
spaced well where it is readable and the word continues
to get out on other boards about ATWT revival.
I am thrilled that you have purchased a couple KiddieAlerts.
However, the one with Jayhawks will, at some point in the
future, be in serious litigation with all the potential injury it could or even will cause.
Briboy
(Just Kidding all....little feud between amechiman
and myself)
My darkhorse Richmonod pulled out a victory last night.
Wow bro....I am in two of you ensemble of
stocks.
ATWT....Look at the SALES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Just don't get why people can't see that.
PRDM, SPRL, ATWT
AMR
Two words off...but very close. Try again
Spell one sentence correct.
Or, if you really can't, I am just pulling
your chain and apologize.
Briboy
Glad to see you have a KiddieVoice on that
vehicle of yours. Does it also have a KiddieAlert.?
My neighbors are getting sick of the message, but
they also thank me for raising the awareness.
Yes, he will either call me or text me.
I will just try to get updates on what
is out that but we might not all know--
if you know what I mean.

Yes Sir. We could also use some "World Peace"
and a reduction in "Natural Disasters" but hey,
ya do what you have to do.
Hope your picks are doing well.
My best thru Christ

Congrats ANYDAZE....welcome, and let us
know what you think when you feel led to
do so.

Quake & Tsunami Shake U.S. Airlines - Analyst Blog
5:05p ET March 14, 2011 (Zacks.com)
(partial)
In our opinion, the tsunami is a temporary concern for the airline industry, which is on a recovery path owing to strong demand for air travel. Customer attitude toward ticket price hikes, to counter escalating fuel prices, has also been positive so far. In this regard, the drop in oil price to below $100 a barrel post-tsunami might work in favor of the U.S. airline industry.
On SPRL: got a nice surprise and stipend
a couple weeks ago, and thought maybe this was
an anomaly, but the stock has stayed quite
active. A spread of 50% today may be worthy
of some money at the next dip.
Long term though, there has got to finally
be some PR, just don't see how this can be
sustainable.
I had been in this one for years but kept holding
because it was still trading, albeit thinly,
could have recovered 100% but held to long...still
got 60% back which was a blessing and a lot back
in the day when I put too much $$ in penny stocks.
Good luck on this one
Beijing: I implore you...one sentence please
with no spelling errors. Check out ATWT and
tell me what you think.
Thank you sire
Briboy
One thing for sure...it will certainly happen
before Kansas ever wins another NCAA basketball
title.
I just put in an EOW order to try to keep this
liquid until the .0015 day
To Da Moon~
cars3: good point. One has to ask oneself?
Why would he bother taking all this time in Florida
Louisiana, Arkansas? Tennessee, Wisconsin?
My only fault is he is pretty much a one man show,
but the man is going to get the job done, and I
for one will be there when he does it.
Now, if he falls flat on his face and this company
folds, what is the worst that can happen to any of
us? Lost money? Sure. Flogging? Well, my wife
perhaps. Death? No Life? In abundance
Is this just a hunch? Sire?
With one exception it's been churning
at $6.53 are for last two days....
did hit low this morning so far at 6.43
but back up to 6.53
I was in at 6.15 and won't make mistake
again of taking higher profits, and
forgetting what rest of my average is/
You do good today bro
Whether News..i.e. PR's, or a Poster
is positive or negative, even if there are
obstacles in the way, that does not make
this stock not worthy of an investor and/or
trader giving it consideration.
I for the most part trade, but this stock
I happen to believe in its product. I have
one installed on my vehicle. So negative
news or posts only give me more motivation
to succeed, and for the CEO and ATWT to
succeed and flourish.
Go ATWT
Amen.
ATWT is bout to be back in the saddle again
keep eye on upcoming PR and lawmaking news
out of Florida concerning the KiddieAlert
System. Awesome development for the company.
This time, or at least we are nearing it, will
be a chart that looks more like a BB as revenues
start pouring in. Until them keep it liquid and
flip it if you want.
BB: Put your silly AKTIVATION on PRDM, up 269% today
Miss you bro
What happened to OCFN ?
If the J-peeps are like ATWT then I
am selling. You need to keep a hush on
this or we are going to lose boardmarks.
Ratcheting up the volume today..heavy on
two trades, I bet by the same person.
I am telling you something is up here, so keep
an eye on it. You might be glad you have a few
shares on hand.
Bro motomark: I could kill myself but had
to have a stop in place, take a look at that
bloody chart today and the drop/spike....all
in a days work.
This thing is churning again and isn't sure
where to go....
one thing for sure, we shall be there when
the time comes..
other than current shares in hold, am in
cash now
Rock on with your other ones as well
My best
We may agree on ATWT, but we still have
not settled last night, so don't get all
snuggly and settled in tonight, cause
the battle has just begun.
March Madness is upon us
Figures it's back up to $6.53, oh
well. This one has been crazy lately.
What a gap to start.
At some point this will fill, but when to buy?
Mine sold, small profit. Enough for coffee at 7/11
Reload later
Okay, my five day mini charts upper and
lower trend lines now looks symmetrical.
The stock churned all day yesterday...very small
spread, and this thing is consolidating...people
just like us and waiting...
Will this break up or down?
History of late is down
Still in from $6.15 so will have my stop in should
she retreat.
Some big decisions are pending that will likely
show the long term direction of AMR soon.
Briboy
CYPW is hot brothers. PPS @ .45 so the
volume parallels accordingly has has been
solid. Lots of longers, this still has
good upside imo. If the share price
scares you, it will likely back down some.
One of the few pennies when you look at the
chart it hung in there and has make a solid
comeback.
DD on procuct and other particulars will give
you a better idea of whether this is for you.
This week will be interesting.
Go TCU baseball!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bros.....ATWT I think is set to run, but imo
it will have ups and downs until a steady stream
of revenues are reported, and evenutally he gets
updated on pinksheets.
Another to consider I have been in for a while:
CYPW: see below news. Also more news prior to that
concerning patent.
Had there not been a copious amount of PR's this year,
the chart looks like a classic P & D, but in last couple
weeks is up 246%.
Check it out, watch the chart, and may be a good opportunity
on a retrace. I would not jump in now.

Global Manufacturing Leader Signs Letter of Understanding to Build Clean, Steam Engines for Cyclone Power Technologies
9:12a ET March 8, 2011 (Business Wire)
Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CYPW) has entered into a Letter of Understanding with TopLine Energy Systems, LLC, a licensee of global manufacturing leader TopLine Automotive Engineering, Inc. to build Cyclone's award-winning external combustion engines.
Under the terms of this preliminary agreement, TopLine Energy will provide assistance with engineering and planning of Cyclone's WHE-25 model engines, and manufacture pre-production prototypes of these units starting immediately. Given the acceptable completion and review of this first stage, TopLine Energy will position itself as the "Preferred Manufacturer" for Cyclone's operating subsidiary Cyclone-WHE LLC, for mass production of these engines. Initial planned uses for the Cyclone WHE-25 range from industrial and vehicular waste heat recovery, to power generation from waste fuels such as used motor oil, to other similar renewable power applications.
"This is a monumental arrangement for Cyclone," stated the company's CEO, Harry Schoell. "By TopLine providing its vast experience, facilities and resources to further the development of our technology, we can expect a more robust, durable engine with an expedited trajectory towards commercialization."
TopLine Automotive, a 30+ year-old company, is currently one of the largest manufacturers of automotive after-market parts in the United States, supplying over 50% of the market. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, TopLine Automotive has operations throughout the world. TopLine Energy's primary home is a new, state-of-the-art 300,000 sq. ft. facility in Brooksville, FL. This Florida plant, only a few hours from Cyclone, is dedicated to the development and production of distributed and alternative energy products like the Cyclone engine.
"We have been following the remarkable progress of Cyclone for over two-years now, and we determined that the time is right to throw our hat into the ring," stated TopLine's CEO, Chet Staron. "This technology has the potential to be revolutionary, not only in renewable power systems, but also the transportation sector where our contacts run deep. We are very pleased to help Cyclone on their path to commercial success."
CORPORATE PROFILE
Cyclone Power Technologies is the developer of the award-winning Cyclone Engine -- an eco-friendly external combustion engine with the power and versatility to run everything from portable electric generators and garden equipment to cars, trucks and locomotives. Invented by company founder and CEO Harry Schoell, the patented Cyclone Engine is a modern steam engine, ingeniously designed to achieve high thermal efficiencies through a compact heat-regenerative process, and to run on virtually any fuel - including bio-diesels, syngas or solar - while emitting fewer greenhouse gases and irritating pollutants into the air. Currently in its late stages of development, the Cyclone Engine was recognized by Popular Science Magazine as the Invention of the Year for 2008, and was presented with the Society of Automotive Engineers' AEI Tech Award in 2006 and 2008. Additionally, Cyclone was recently named Environmental Business of the Year by the Broward County Environmental Protection Department. For more information, visit www.cyclonepower.com.
Welcome cars3 and buccaneer as assistant
mods. It is my hope that we can create a board
here that is fun, exciting, and is an open field
to creative discussion about a number of topics,
mostly related to stocks.
The IBOX can be modified at anyone's discretion,
just let me know.
Got to run, back soon, but congrats, and many
thanks. If at any time you have to leave, no
sweat, just glad you tried it out here.
Hope we make some money and have a good time
at it.

Please read Important Lesson below.
I used to be one of those that would avoid
the "Cleaning Lady," but not anymore. It
has been some time since I have changed my
ways, but I often fall short, and for that
I am sorry.
I point this out, because we all are people,
and are the same in some ONE'S eyes, and
even though it may appear that there are
different levels of importance and success,
if this "Cleaning Lady" is content, then at
least to me there is nothing more important
in life.
So, from our CEO Alex Wiley (ATWT)down to the
worst of the worst, whether it is Briboy or the
most loathed poster on this board, ATWT board,
or any other one for that matter, we all have
feelings, and really, don't we all want and
need the same things?
Briboy
------------------------------------------------------------
The Story:
During my second month of college, our professor Gave us a pop quiz. I was a conscientious student, and had breezed through the questions until I read the last one:
"What is the first name of the woman who cleans the school?"
Surely this was some kind of joke. I had seen the Cleaning woman several times. She was tall,Dark-haired and in her 50's, but how would I know her name?
I handed in my paper, leaving the last question Blank.
Just before class ended, one student asked if the last question would count toward our quiz grade.
"Absolutely, " said the professor... "In your careers, You will meet many people. All are significant.. They deserve your attention and care, even if all you do is smile and say "hello.."
I've never forgotten that lesson.. I also learned her Name was Dorothy.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Great analysis, and one of the reasons
I wanted you here on this board as asst mod.
Your knowledge of technical analysis is superb
and beneficial to someone just learning and the
more learned individual.
Many thanks
cars3: You are on.
Go ATWT.....hope you have a good pre-news
volume week.
droll: I agree. We have a nice one in MGRN
But the question? If you had a couple mil in this,
and your entry point was say .0004, you could
probably get a 100% ROI on this.
Would you take it and reload again?
I would, and if the stock did not go back down, I
would not beat my head against the wall, just move
on.
Anyway, just my opinion which cost nothing, is FREE~
On the other hand, everyone has to make their own
decision, and not rely on others. I did that once
and, although I am responsible and not blameshifting
here (seriously) I did sell a stock too early and
lost out on about $25,000. Was all my fault! However,
just goes to show you got to make your decision YOURS~
Have a good week
Gunsmoke: Spin off of American Eagle is going
to be interesting. Below my post are a couple
paragraphs of the article per the link you gave
us.
They say AMR has been looking at this since June,
but in reality there have been news of this at
least in the local area of AE splitting off from
AA for quite some time.
I think in the short term the share price might
suffer some, but in the long term this will be
good for AMR. IMO the big picture some more
news will follow in the next year that will bolster
the company and make it what it once was, cause
right now it is laughable, and I hate to say that
being a shareholder for a long time.
Anyway, who know??? but we will find out soon
enough.
Thanks for the DD.
Briboy
----------------------------------------------------------------
AMR has been studying a possible divestiture of Eagle since June as a way to reduce the cost of ferrying passengers to American’s hubs from smaller airports. A separation also would allow Eagle to seek work from other airlines.
American, which also hired consultant Bain & Co., studied an Eagle divestiture on at least one other occasion before pulling the business off the market in July 2008.
AMR doesn’t break out complete financial data on Eagle, such as debt or whether the unit is profitable. Revenue from regional operations rose 16 percent in 2010 to $2.33 billion. That was more than 10 percent of AMR’s $22.2 billion total. Eagle’s traffic, or miles flown by paying passengers, rose 6.7 percent last year.
Anytime to one of the good guys and staunch
supporter of ATWT, but not afraid to criticize
the company if warranted.
Have a great week.
Briboy
cars3: Please try to keep this board ATWT
specific, though I realize we all stray, and
I am a good example of that, so I say this
with delicacy and respect.
Re the other one, please go to Caveat Emptor
board, where we talk about ATWT and other
stocks as well. In fact, I could use a good
asst mod of you want to take it,
Let me know.
Briboy
Have been asked to look at MGRN:
Nice PR (below my post) but typical of a penny stock
that has come back from dormancy, which this has..has
been at .0001 and .0002 the last couple years.
The one month chart looks great....almost multiple touches
on upper and lower trend lines, but go beyond that, especially
a three year chart, and just based on history this one has
a long way to go. (have not checked into reverse splits, however)
The recent news is promising but vague. If I got in at say,
.0004, and it is now at .0009, and had a decent share count,
I would take at least 50% profits, or 100% and move on.....
(that is an awesome 100% gain)
or, this is certainly (all imho) going to take a dip in profit
taking before the financials come out, and there is not telling
what that will be.
The only downside of course, and that is the rish you take with
any penny stock, is if one takes profits and this keeps going up.
That has happended to me, but that is not the prevailing
scenario....maybe 1:10 ratio.
All my opinion, but have been burned on too many penny stocks
that I held on, a couple would have sent my daughter to TCU
for a year of so, and that is an expensive place to go.
Good luck with MGRN, but right now I am watching it on the
sidelines,
Briboy
