lakers, I respect your constrained enthusiasm. I think it might be volitale tomorrow, but with a decidely upward trend. No dips to the .05 range as you suggest. The volatility will be between the .09 and .12, IMO. Anyway, good to have you here. Anyone selling at .07 or .08 only creates a new base, IMO. We will not ever see those numbers again. GLTA.
PR machine will be oiled just to get the Sulja (SLJB) name out there. LFWK is respectfully buried. Expect a stream of PRs IMO to attract attention to the very new, very exciting, SLJB!
Kook, I'm greedy! I'm greedy! 2.1 mil shares and not letting go of a fraction until I see $1.50, and keep evaluating from there. GLTA!
Too funny stocklobster. Yup, make way for the grand daddy of them all. Booya! I am heavily invested here. Four of my coworkers are SJ Brothers now. My sister is a brother, too. Lol. I'm holding for the $1.00++++++++.

Yup. Scottrade. We went there late afternoon yesterday, and her funds were available at 10:30 a.m. today. It is always like that with Scott. They don't even deposit the check for a day or two because it gets shipped to their HQ first. But the next morning you can start trading anyway.
Abu Dhabi..Liberal and freewheeling. Israelies live and invest here. Even the gugenheim will build its largest ever museum.
Guggenheim (jewish) building largest museum...
http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/national/1107AP_Emirates_Guggenheim.html?source=rss
The project poses some striking cultural juxtapositions, bringing a museum named for a powerful Jewish-American family and designed by a Jewish architect to the capital of an Arab country that refuses diplomatic ties with Israel. The foundation - established by millionaire philanthropist Solomon R. Guggenheim in 1937 - is a pillar of U.S.-European culture yet will have its largest presence in a Muslim country with no world-class art museums.
But Abu Dhabi, like its flashier neighboring emirate, Dubai, is a liberal, freewheeling city in throes of an energy-fueled economic boom. It is quickly filling with luxury housing, office towers and resorts, and Israelis and Jewish foreigners have business ties and homes here.

No ogclip, just read the board. Tons of newbies asking questions. Never seen so many new/different members popping into LFWK. A woman I work with opened an account yesterday. Funds cleared this morning and she bought in at .062. She is going long on this.

Exactly Mike. If the company wanted to P&D, they could have easily did it months ago with BS. We longs have endured months of sideways trading and holding and waiting, and investigating, while they have kept true to their word with filings, and while they have worked to structure this, bring in mega major players that will blow the lid off of this! I have changed my outlook from a sell of .50 and now thinking $1.00 minimum, but I want to hold most for the $2.00 and then $3.00 share that will see us to the NASDAQ. If they say "booked" revenue will "easily" get them to the uplist, then hang on boys and girls! These companies have been in business for 20 years and 40 years. Its good ol real estate and real estate building supplies. This isn't about some nanotechnology thing that is untested and needs to be created. We've got the Middle East Donald Trump with us!
no, not yet bwalk63. But I don't think it's too unusual given they are in the Middle east. Holding company. Big partners. Big money. and low profile? I do research here in the U.S., and we use well known legal search services such as Lexis-Nexis to find people/companies and its often not easy even here in the US.
We do know all the other players are very real, and have long standing good reputations.

From Israel, the most active investor (in the USA) was Alon USA. Others that made the list (of investing in the USA) from Real Capital Analytics were Red Sea Group, a real estate investment company best known for hotel management and shopping mall development in Israel, and one listed as an "unidentified Israeli family."

Lol. Yeah. I am actually trying to buy for my sister. She opened an account, and I feel I need to get it as best I can for her. I got her some at .022 a few weeks ago, and now want to add to it.
I have an order in to buy @ .029. They only partially filled it a half hour ago. The rest of it is open, but they sell around me at .027??? GRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!
I don't think they are public. I have not seen anything whatsoever that has said anything about them trading. I also checked the London Stock Exchange, and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. Coming up with no listing.

Yes, Red Sea Group, step up, perform, let's get this stock to $1.00 or $1.50, and then we cut you in with some of the A/S we have reserved. IMHO
Thanks chip. Let's not forget that they pulled in Red Sea Group, the friggin Donald Trump of the Middle East. Shazaaam!

But Marion you bring some light to this. Seems our new company name is Sulja Bros. Acquisition Corp., once they get the structure in place and filed. I wonder what our new CUSPID will be. SBAC is already taken. Hmmm. No matter. I do know I like the word "acquisition". Damn nice! Errr, darn nice.
Go Sulja!

Good thing LFWK is still active Marion. Obviously, Sulja Bros. Acquisition Corp. is our new company, being formed. With Red Sea Group and new A/S filing, it seems LFWK is still finalizing the structure, etc..
A lot of the defaults under the resident agent, CSC SERVICES OF NEVADA, INC., are from July 1st, so just some normal paper shuffling deadlines IMO. But I know you have your opinion, and of course you do not own this stock. Why you watch this stuff for us I will never know. Lol. lol. lol.

I did not get the entire article because I would have to download some chit on to my computer. But the point is these guys have been around for years. They are successful. This is bigger than Israel? Hungary? Europe? Texas? USA! We have seen them in everything. Hotels, Apartments, Data Centers in California, Gaming, Malls, Office Space
So it seems Red Sea Group, our new Investor Relations firm, feels good ol LFWK is worth their time. We just have to wait and see how they fit in.
Red Sea is not here to play around. They are going to take this to $1.00 and more, to NASDAQ. No reason these highly succussful people are going to dabble in a two-cent stock. They know this will be big. Foundation is in place.
Every company involved in this is a highly successful entity in their own right. Long established companies. This will be a powerhouse!

Developer purchases Walnut Hill apartment, retail property
10:13 PM CST on Thursday, December 9, 2004
By STEVE BROWN / The Dallas Morning News
Builders who recently were blocked from redeveloping the northwest corner of North Central Expressway and Walnut Hill Lane aren't giving up on the property. Dallas-based Provident Realty Advisors said Thursday that it has purchased the 42-acre Lakeside at Walnut Hill apartment and retail project in a partnership with California-based Red Sea Group. "We bought this property because of its great location," Provident Realty president Leon Backes said in a statement. "This is one of the best locations in the entire southwestern United States."
In August, Provident Realty said it was dropping plans to redevelop the 40-year-old North Dallas rental community. The developer had spent more than six months planning the project and working with homeowners in the area and city officials to get approvals to replace the aging apartments with new development. Provident's original plan called for 50 single-family homes, 123 multifamily units and 350,000 square feet of retail on the site. When Provident Realty said it was dropping the deal, neighborhood associations in the area called it "a major victory for the homeowners," who wanted the old apartments maintained.
But the celebration may have been premature. Provident and its new partner still have designs on the prime corner, saying they will do more planning and provide greater details about what they want to build to residents in the area. "We definitely intended to redevelop," said Avner Papouchado, chief executive of the Red Sea Group. "We want to make something that will complement the whole neighborhood. We are going take our time and make sure we satisfy all the people involved." Red Sea Group is an international investment company with holdings in Europe, South Africa, Asia and the United States. The company has recently purchased more than $300 million in office, retail, multi-family and industrial properties across the United States.
In the Dallas area, the company has built townhouses and office projects in Addison. Provident Realty's projects in North Texas include conversion of the former North Town mall in North Dallas into an office complex. And the real estate company is developing master-planned communities Paloma Creek in Denton County and Woodcreek in Fate in Rockwall County. The Lakeside at Walnut Hill apartment community, formerly known as Willow Creek, contains several hundred apartments and retail space. It is just north of the NorthPark Center shopping mall, which is undergoing a $170 million expansion and renovation.
"The message we want to send out to the neighborhood is that we will come up with something different than before," Mr. Backes said. "If they keep an open mind and give us a shot, it will be a positive thing for the neighborhood."
