Labor day is not that far away. Could be news before. My luck I get stuck in something else and then watch the previous stock I got out of Rocket. I will wait it out, Knowing it is a gamble.

This is not investing it is gambeling. Anytime you are into a pinkie it is not investing. I'm here and looking for a big score, The risk/reward thing. I think that is what we are all here for, to take the risk for a very big payday. I think we have to call it what it is. I think we have a shot.

Don't we only have 15% of the production and 11% Net. Maybe that could change with Sunray out of the way and new players involved. Don't we still have to pay 750K to get that 11%. IDCN may put that 750K somewhere else if the Sunray trip disentegrates. Anyway long here 5mil. Looking for .01+ buy mid fall. Sooner would be just fine.

Question:: PIPE share structure

Are the shares that were sold to PIPE investors part of the 3BILLion A/S If these PIPE investors sell thier holdings do they then become O/S. Is the outstanding being increased by the PIPE investors bailing out. How many shares do the PIPE investors have and what did the pay for them????

up-down thank you for the info. I know more about PIPE financing than ever before. What I don't understand is why would these investors sell thier interest in the CO. at these levels and capp the price as you say. If they would back off the share price would go up as well as there interest. They would have to be taking it in the shorts, to dump there interest in IDCN at this price. UNLESS they know somthing we don't. Is that what you mean?? Appreciate your input.

up-down, what do you mean PPS was capped. Why would they capp the PPS. Who and Why. It would seem a Higher PPS would benefit the MM more than anyone with a 10% plus spread. I guess I'm missing something. Anyway I'm going to wait this out and expect/hope to make some money in the comming months. I realize all of my investment is at risk here but 3-6 months from now this could look very different.

Hey Frankie we made the top 20 on the IHUB active board list. I don't know if thats good or bad. What do you think Frankie, things don't look to good on the surface. I'm thinking I'll have to hold out for that Story Book ending in 6 months. It could happen.

Check this out, on 5/10/06 A/S was increased from 1.5 Bill to 2.0 Billion shares. I think this correct, Sate keeps these records current, If there has been an additional increase it will show up here in a few days. Lets hope it is held at 2.0 Billion

So aprox. 783 Mill shares sold off since 05/10 and 1/2 Billion shares added to the A/S.

If this info is correct we are at the end of the selling.

If IHDR is correct with an additional 2bil added then the A/S are now at 4Bill

IHRD are you sure the T/A did not mean a total of 2Bill which is what I think is correct. ANYWAY we have been diluted. That being said this is a start up and they need money to drill wells. The question is is the dilution creating value for the CO. and it appears that it is in the form of producing oil wells

We won't know untill after the swabbing unit comes in and we get electricity to the site. Could happen this week or next. That is my understanding.

Question about reserves

In the info section of this board it states reserves to be 4,931,800 net barrels. Do all of the stated reserves belong to IDCN, or do they own a percentage or working interest.

Am I wrong to think they can't raise the A/S above 1.5 Bill. without a Filing. There has been no filing.

The cmf has been positive the last 30 days. IMO no dilution in the last 30 days. The way I see it they can't go above 1.5 bill without a filing for mor A/S.

Possibility: When a little co. like this gets a lot of attention and you have a few hundred or even a few thousand investors dueing thier DD. and calling the TA. every day asking for O/S There is real possibility that they can not deal with the enquiries and tell co. to gag it or find another TA. Maybe, trying to stay upbeat.

My problem, Premature Intry, It has happened to me again. I agree up-down oversold by overreaction. The cmf does not look like the company dumping. But you never know.

Trying to stay positive. This is getting painfull.

We have had apox 66% retrace from the run starting 5/1 from .0008 to the high of .0058. Not unusual & probably expected. We landed on the 50MA. This is good if it can hold the 50 untill we get the results from #2 IMO. Charts are iffy with the pinks but it is all I have right now. CMF does not look bad yet, basicly nuetral.

I think Cambodia and Tialand are a tough place for a little player to be. Im glad they will not waste money and time there.

Good observaton Ken. It has never held any of its pops for the last three years. The big Diff. with this move is the huge vol. campared to past moves.
