well even if there is no announce I can see us going to 0.012 and stick around there. dilution is nearing an end. possibility of cancer research being picked up again. IF and IF BIEI either signs a licensing agreement or bring their own drug to market that would be amazing. BMY sells their product, that is inferior to BIEI from testing, sells for about 100000 to insurance companies. If the product is as advertised that would be a revenue of about 25 billion, which would equate to 70 dollars per share (assumption that OS is 360 mil). Talk about living the life if we hit that, but this wouldn't probably happen till maybe 2020 if everything got rolling.
