Haha it's Bravatek, the name was changed. Old name used to be Ecrypt. Same company, same product (except now is fully developed and tested) , different management
Ecrypt on MoneyTv
Link to Ecrypt on Fox Business News in 2011. They clearly had something special but couldn't get the job done, and now it's getting done by Tommy boy
Those are a lot of good points, and I agree 100 percent. It's funny how negativity can make you doubt yourself for a few hours, but once you step back and research/think about these things, you realize you're potentially sitting on a gold mine. I too like keeping it real, I've been burned many times by dilution/scam pos stocks. But it's very clear the difference here. The management inherited this debt, they get absolutely nothing from selling shares - do we have to state their accomplishments again? Haha. These guys make millions and millions a year, it wouldn't be worth their time to run a scam for some chump change. They are very high ranking individuals, and joined Bravatek because it has something special. And I do agree, I think we are much closer than people think :) you can just tell by the way the CEO talks, like you said on twitter, and also over the phone. I think we are going to be very happy. I never thought I'd say this about a penny stock, but I'm in here for the long haul. We have a real company, real product, real congrats, highly successful BOD, government connections. Yep, I think I'll stay a while
If Ecrypt is used in every government agency, there will be billions in revenue. It all depends on the demand for it. If it's used in DHS, and very effective, I assume every agency will use it. Tons connections got us in the door, the product will speak for itself. Him and chuckbrooks seem to be the gurus of implementing innovative technology, especially to government. We just have to see how well the product does. All I know is that due to the nature of government and the relationships they have with each other, there's a good chance the product is used in all 220 gov agencies (if it's that good of a software), which then means billions in revenue. It may seem crazy that an otc stock has potential to make billions, but Tom has been an executive in two companies that have. Do you research on the company, stop letting your emotions get to you, and use intelligence/logic
Haha "If I sound overly confident in my recent posts, it's because I am" , I'm definetely going to use this someday. All around great post. Cyber security is surely gaining momentum. I don't ever recall seeing ads on cyber security, now I see them every single time I turn on the tv. If we have found a solution to email hacking, and malware through email/attachment, we hit a gold mine. And when the patent is approved, it's going to cost a lot of money to take that from us. I believe we will see lots of contracts coming in for Ecrypt one, and once it's proves successful in the first rounds, every corp/agency is going to not only want to use it, they're going to need to use it. Cheers friend, I'm looking forward to the future here. There's so many great posters on the board, and I'm grateful for all the information that is being posted. I've been trying to get deep into the internet, to pick on things we haven't found yet. Will post when I find something as always
Unfortunately there are people who do that on every stock that makes it big, and they regret it forever!
Yep, I know we should be on the look out for 8ks/pr's
The SOS certificate of good standing was updated this morning at 8:51 with new files that were submitted
Yes, we saw the sos
He took over a company that had millions in debt, no product, no sales. A pure mess. It doesn't matter how much money or connected the CEO is, the company had to take on convertible notes to clean itself up. Now we have a products, we have sales, contracts.. equity investors are now lining up, and we have no way to go but up
That's awesome! Thank you!
That's precisely what I said. I'll actually even up that bet with you, almost every single stock ON EVERY exchange trades atleast 5-15x their earnings. And stocks on the otc with minimal revenue ($100k-1 mill) to none, are trading at $100 mill - $400 mill market caps, and we have a market cap of $5 mill. We have signed contracts worth about $25 million and we are trading at .001. $25 mil gives us an EPS of .005. If we trade only 5-10 x our earnings, which is very conservative, we will be trading at .025-.05. You should do some research on the market, and how stocks are valued. Once financials are released, and it shows some revenue, I believe we will be trading atleast .01+
Lmao dude, are you kidding me? Almost every penny stock trades atleast 10x its earnings per share, and most DONT HAVE EARNINGS. We have real SIGNED contracts, which revenue will be show on the financials. We will be trading much higher than our EPS, which right now stands at about .005
That's B-S. Almost every stock trades 5-10 times their earnings. If bvtk book value per share was .01, it would easily be trading .05-.10 regardless of its OS. There are tons of companies trading .10- DOLLARS with larger OS than bvtk. And barely any revenue on some, they trade on future valuation. Not only will we have high valuation of revenues in the future, WE ALREADY HAVE $30 mill in signed contracts. And with the $20 bill sewp contract, this could be trading dollars, WITH the OS where it's at
Great post, you hit the nail on the head
BVTK is an investment, imo. Haven't found another OTC stock like this
In 2016 alone, almost $400 billion was spent on Tech giants acquiring small and midsize tech companies
Pay attention to the tweets . $40- 60 million in potential annual revenue from Ecrypt one at the DHS. And there are over 200 agencies. Let's say we deploy into half of those agencies - $4-6 billion in annual revenue. If we deploy into all agencies $8-12 billion in annual revenue. And this is if the market potential for Ecrypt One is $40-60 million for each agency. It could be more or less for each
Ecrypt One listed here on page 18 ... https://www.wired.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/02/A-Worldwide-Survey-of-Encryption-Products.pdf
Our Director, Chuck Brooks, was appointed to work directly with Tom Bossert for the Trump Administration, DHS cyber Security . Link : http://www.logiccentralonline.com/new-cyber-frontier/ncf-dc03/
Our CEO was also the Chief Commercialization Officer there, and works with the White House on a daily basis still. I can bet our product is going to be used there. Encrypt One has around $75 mill in revenue potential for the DHS alone according to the company. And they said there are over 220 agencies, which means if Ecrypt One is deployed in all agencies, we will have billions in revenue
Something important to know.. SEWP is a government wide acquisition contract. Which means this contract were on will be used to deploy Ecrypt one across multiple government agencies. BVTK just listed DHS revenue potential, and stated here are over 220 more agencies. This contract vehicle will deploy Ecrypt one across the government. Just wait until we get the first contract, which I'm guessing will be DHS. I can't believe we are trading this low right now haha
Nope there will be too many buyers. I would be surprised if it dipped below .0008 for even a aecond
Financials could come any day now
It's not a theory. The company has stated it multiple times on twitter, which is a legal form of releasing public information to shareholders
That's what I'm thinking as well

Don't forget we have received multiple buyout offers for Ecrypt one and Bravatek as a whole. The money Cellucci and other board members receive from a buyout will come from the value of the shares they own. I am sure they know what to do from here. The OS is not a problem at all on my opinion. Trust management, they have a lot of experienced, especially the CEO... I'm sure he is trying to make the most he can off this company, and that will come through stock appreciation
BVTK should realistically be trading at .01-.10 with the contracts we already have in place. When financials are released, and more contracts are signed, I believe we will be trading .15-.20 +
CEO of Bravatek has turned around and sold 4 business, and made people lots of money. Early in his career, he was appointed Senior Director of Newport Corp, and ran 6/7 divisions, leading to its ultimate buyout for $850 million. He was also appointed COO of Zyvex Corp by Jim Von Ehr (the CEO). Check out who Jim Von Ehr is if you don't already know him. He also runs a $2 billion Tech consulting firm, Cellucci Associates, which has raised over $5 billion over the last few years. The list goes on forever, chief commercialization officer under 2 presidents etc. Our Director Chuck Brooks, was ranked #2 in the top 5 tech voices on LinkedIn, and awarded the 2017 cyber security marketer of the year. Recently he was appointed to work for the Trump Administration, and to work Directly with Tom Bossert. We have Top Notch management, nasdaq/NYSE quality. $25 million in signed contracts already, and they took over this company only a couple years ago. Do your DD, because there's a lot more $$
It's going to happen, but I don't think tomorrow. Patience will be rewarded $$
I agree with you!
I can see where your negativity comes from. You can't let people, even family, affect the way you think. You know why you bought this. He's right, there are a lot of otc scams, but you can usually tell right from the start which ones are scams. Based on the people running this company, I am very confident it's not a scam. And we are at the ground floor, so there's no risk. Use intelligence/logic in every decision you make, and it won't matter what people say or the chances/statistics of failure
That would be awesome, but I am saying this because when I talked to him he said the equity investors would provide capital to buyback convertible notes and working capital to help the company grow faster. What you say makes sense, with them making that lady the VP of Telecom. Hmmm, I guess we'll see ..either way it goes, it's still good for shareholders, and that's why I hold the stock :)
Sent you a pm
Why are people saying the company is looking to sell Viking? That wouldn't be a good thing imo, that has a lot of potential for high $$ revenue, and I don't think the company is planning to sell it. From what I've heard the equity investors that they are in discussions with, are going to provide capital to buy back convertible notes and provide working capital which will help the company grow faster
Yep and if we get financials/news, there's nothing holding us back
