night - He just said that it would be on time. I assume that means within a few days as the end of the quarter is 3/31.
Transat5 - That's because as I said in another post level II showed a huge wall of MMs on the bidders side at .07.
davillionare - currently a huge wall at .07 on level II.
I posted this on RB -
BOARD - I just talked to Otto on the phone this morning to introduce myself and ask a couple questions. He was very busy at the moment and told me he had already recieved about 65 phone calls this morning from investors that were hungry for some news - and seemed a little annoyed. He would not disclose much regarding the TV ads or the spinoff/dividend. But he did say that the 10K will be filed on time and everything looks good. He also said that the auction site is going good and keeping him really busy. I told him that I e-mailed about 250 friends and relatives about the auction site and he said "Wow, you have 250 friends and relatives - you should start your own insurance business." We chuckled. Just ignore ez2finger - what an idiot.
Rattman - about 80% of my portfolio are in CPTC and BIPH. I just can't post on CPTC boards because I'm a prospective employee. Based on current Market caps CPTC is the better buy of these 2. CPTC is going to boosh next IMO because JC has promised a strong PR at the end of the quarter -even though CPTC investors are whining at the moment. From my experience in medical devices I know that FDA approvals for class III implantables take a long time and the financials for BIPH are not that strong yet. But within a couple of years BIPH will have a market cap near equal to CPTC of $3-4 billion. I'd say these are 2 of the best positions to have for long term. OT For shorter term, I also have EZTO, CWPC and NVNW. EZTO is worth a look at - TV ads coming in April. -and they are just starting to generate some revenue -www.ez2companies.com. or go to I-hub board for DD.
Hi Rattman - I see you kept the cptc in your alias. I had to re-check to see if I was on the right board. There are many deals in the works with major medical device mfrs, but the most iminent is with Boston Scientific BSX. I believe it has already been signed. It involves the coating of BIPH's MRI protective coating on their new line of stents. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, since I am fairly new to this stock as well, but know this poster from the CPTC board and am confident that he will eventually be a major contributor as he was with CPTC. BIPH has been issued 33 or so patents on MRI protection technology including this nano coating and fiber optic pulse generator leads and has successfully trumped the big medical device cos. Welcome aboard.
kkkorea - The spin off was filed with the SEC just a couple of weeks ago. You will get your divy within 2 weeks I'm sure of it.
Davillionare - I bought few rows of corn myself at .091.
The banners are OK, but check this out! From RB
here they are all here
www.flashvideostream.com/index.php?ssp=13
Davillionare - Someone on RB said that someone else using your alias "davillionare" was posting on I-hub, but that it wasn't you. I replied saying "you are posting on I-hub and told "energy" to keep up the good work, your pissing off the MMs" I assume that I was correct, because you can't use someone else's alias on any board. Are you able to even look at RB?
lord - You can at least double your market estimates for biomedical devices such as heart valves, pacemakers and ICDs. STJ has about 35% of this market and their market cap is currently about $14 billion.
babycakes - I've been using Horny Goat Weed for a couple years. It started when I was at a gas station and needed a Christmas stocking stuffer joke gift for my wife. We both tried it on New years eve for fun and to my surprise it worked beautifully. Been a loyal user of the stuff ever since.
shmolton - I predict that there will be a significant increase by the deadline without ad campaign - 2400 by next Fri. IMO Mark this down.
I'm back, long and strong - We had a lightning strike nearby in the San Fernando Valley near LA and it knocked out the cable for about a day and a half. Looks like the MMs covered their shorts betwee .08-.09 (except that dumb a## 2ez2 take_your_ coin former alias 2ez2skru). Listed a few more items on auction.
Okay - I'm back long and strong. Looks like I missed watching the big booshapalooza. We had a lightning strike nearby in the San Fernando Valley near LA - knocked out the cable for about a day and a half. I sometimes believe things happen for a reason - well I didn't sell any BIPH, yea!
Welcome Hoagx - same alias for me as RB here. Its a pain in the a## to get through all that raging bullsh##, eh. BTW "pennytrader" is "magic" here. I'm in for the long term as well. Although I've never met him, I think Otto Bethlen's concepts are pure genius. Just think of the possibility of replacing TV advertising with video streaming auctions. Who wants to watch a bunch of TV commercials of things they are not interested in buying anyway. I would like to know if you or anyone else shares this vision of the future.
Greensmachine - RE: ad campaign
Otto has already responded to an RB poster - maybe it was pennytrader. He doesn't want to disclose the dates because the competition will launch a media blitz at the same time if they knew.
invest& Davillionare - I bought a handful at .104 and put 4 items on the auction. Just trying to help.
davillionare - the buyers will come, especially when the TV ad airs - that would be in April from what I understand. Otherwise is basically word of mouth or search engines.
Davillionare - Hmmm..maybe the bashers had something to do with your getting booted.
dawg - That's why I'm over here now - the trash from 2ez2skru was just overwhelming. Nice to see sane, intelligent posts. What's he gonna do when no one at RB wants to listen to him anymore.
Hi EP- I'm here like you are to avoid the raging bullshi# of you know who - hugemungass. LOL Looking forward to a higher level of intelligence on this board and hopefully I won't bring it down.
Ratt - I followed Bad Cuda, EP & Cobra(I think) also to BIPH. bought in on Mon. Just in time. Thanks guys. Plus, I worked as a process engineer in the medical device (pacemakers) industry. BIPH has major potential. It will be a booshapalooza. I've been anxious to throw that word out.
Pedal - the epoxy will not take that kind of heat. Max temp would be about 350F for that length of time. The aluminum would have to be annealed separately. I have over 15 years experience with epoxy development and applications.
Power pole - this is just an amendment to the original SB-2 as it says in the title. I don't know what the original SB-2 said. I read that they gave shares to employees and consultants in violation of SEC regs. and maybe needed to add a statement to say that they may be liable to pay off these people if they refuse recission. Difficult to decifer all the legalese for sure and it doesn't point out the new amended portion. Some of the statements may be routine warnings, but the whole document gave me some discomfort.
Maverick & all - I took the initiative and got an e-mail to Neil Derry, SCE, Regional Manager, Inland Empire via SCE's customer service.

Thanks maverick -I wasn't invited by mail since I'm too new. I just called J.C. and asked if I could come. Don't have proxy or DL. What is DL anyway?
Could anyone tell me the time for the SH meeting?
Golrusher - I will be the one climbing on the chandelier, scratching his armpits and eating a banana.
I bought some at 3.90.
EP - five reasons for the email
1. too long, might be difficult to read as a post
2. wanted to have a document for my own files, to bounce
off a friend first for editing.
3. to check the level of interest
4. capture e-mail addresses of other investors for
possible future direct correspondence (bonding)
5. wanted fewer responses posted on the internet because
of J.C.
Make sense now.
Check your e-mail if you requested the report.
Pick - the only reason I'm putting it on e-mail is that I think it is just too long to post - there's no restricted access since I already posted to e-mail me if you want it. I would assume that a large majority of investors have e-mail and internet.
You guys bring up some good points - I certainly wouldn't want to be arrested like Martha Stewart or make J. C. mad at me. By censored, I mean, that he wouldn't tell me either. This report doesn't contain any major revelations to those in the know. It might be informative to others. It is quite ambivalent to effecting the price.
pick - should I bounce the finished report off J.C. first? The e-mail report has already been censored in essence by J.C. during my visit.
Sorry, for the delay, but I have two little boys that I have to get dressed and off to school every morning around opening bell time. I finished my report. J.C. made it clear that he doesn't want certain things to be posted on the internet. I will respect that, but he will allow this:
- CPTC makes their own connectors and dead ends in their own
machine shop. Burndey makes the aluminum wrapping.
- Poles are not tapered because... they don't have to be - they
are plenty strong enough. Nor are they assembled pieces -
one piece. They beat all competitors on cost/ performance
- They ship core to be wrapped to Canada because GC wants it
there in their best R&D facility.
- J.C. knows of no other cable/ composite mfr alliances
- Cost and price of poles is competitive with wood
- CPTC still has an affiliation with NASEO
- They plan to issue a PR for the first sale of ACCC cable
- Poles don't require UV protection
For a complete report send me an e-mail to mister.th@earthlink.net and I will send it as an MS word attachment. Please refrain from posting any of the information on the internet - I don't want J.C. to hang me at the SH meeting.
This board seems a little better than Raging Bullsh##. Less ads too. Anyway, I'm back with some info. I haven't had time to sift through it yet. But I will say this tonight- while I was in the lobby at CPTC, looking over today's WSJ, I noticed an article about the world's largest iron ore supplier in Brazil increasing the price of ore by a whopping 71%! How does this affect CPTC? you ask. This will, in turn, increase the price of steel globally. So what? you say. Steel, if you didn't know already, is used for power poles as well as the core for traditional cables. CPTC has no steel in their products except the connectors and dead ends. Check it out WSJ 2/23/05
Power Pole & Derx - Thanks for your feedback on shell stock. I will be watching XTRN.OB. Any mention of a PR today - I just woke up here in LA. Yawn.
O.T. Has anyone ever dealt with shell stocks? If so, how do you purchase them? Being the curious one, I subscribed to a free e-mail newsletter on it.
If anyone has questions for J.C. or CPTC, please submit them to me at mister.th@earthlink.net and I will try my best to get them answered.
