You guys can call me guilty. I believe that the sp will pop as a result of this expo. I have been saying this since I first learned of the expo and the timing date of this expo in relation to the Cannabix timeline of transpiring events. I think the sp will pop above the 52 week high and we will gain a new base above .60 throughout the expo week. I believe this because this expo is going to have a lot of attention with strong media exposure and Cannabix will use it to show investors that there is in fact a very real device to invest into. The Cannabis industry is the next and current big bubble and with states reporting big tax revenue and more legalization under way, investors, the big boys are hunting to make big bucks.
It is my opinion that Cannabix will leverage this media exposure and will report advances on internal testing and possibly even announce the completion of the beta with the announcement of third party testing starting and or a start date for the trials. In my opinion it is a major strategic move to have a strong show with new big announcements to feed to the media that will pump out videos and articles. If they do not use the media exposure for their benefit and do not have tasty new info then imo they dropped the ball. It would be an opportunity lost and advertising dollars not taken advantage of. Strategically this is the only best logical route that I can visualize. I may be angering some with these thoughts but this is how I strongly feel. Just my opinion lads.
"The media coverage of this event will surpass any event that will be held in 2015 which includes an online video production studio for interviews and corporate videos."
http://www.marijuanainvestorsummit.com/exhibit/
Yes, I noticed this. I agree that they have a very good positioned booth by the main attractions. This is why I feel that they are gearing up for a strong show and will use the media exposure really well to propel the awareness of Cannabix to the main stream. I am very excited for this expo.
It is going to be HUGE, LARGE, Ginormous! 4/20 !!!!! SUPER EXCITED!
You are correct. They are. What I am saying is that the device that is pictured is a device for cancer identification in the lungs through breath. That is the device that is pictured and it is the device that hooks up to a smart phone. The company speaks about developing a cannabis detection system through breath but they have no pictures of the device up on the site.
"We are developing a sensor that screens for the VOC signatures in a person’s breath. Our device and application (working with any smart phone, laptop or tablet) will be able to identify the presence of lung cancer from a single exhalation."
Right now the main push for development is the cancer detection.
"Similarly, the device will be used by law enforcement to detect the presence of marijuana on a driver’s breath."
Here they are just using a little word play to hint that the device could "similarly" be used to detect THC. That here is just word play to allow possible investors imaginations to run away from them imo. They have a product that takes breath samples. They know the big void for a breath testing THC device. IMO they are exciting people for the possibility of developing such a technology but there is no indication of how close and or how far away their technology is from alpha stages. IMO by the way they are presenting the tech on their site, they are far far away from Cannabix and are going to use the possibility of their cancer device tester to be altered to test for THC and pump the stock with that exciting possibility.
You are referring to a different product. The product that you are speaking of is a lung cancer detection system. The device that hooks up to a smart phone. The poster that shared this is confused. Yes, the company mentions doing something with cannabis detection from breath on the third home screen banner but the product pictures on their site currently is not it. The company has several product descriptions on their site and there are NO pictures of the cannabis breath testing unit.
I understand. The issue is is that our perspective is so limited. We see that transaction on paper but why it took place and how the funds had been used is anyone’s guess. That data could be beneficial data next to unfolding patterns of issues but at this time we do not have any and so those transactions standing on their own merits really do not indicate anything except the transaction taking place.
Are you talking about the legal desclaimer? I do not see that as anything more than a standard legal desclaimer. Are you claiming that they invested into a media pumping agency? I fail to see your media "purchased" claims. I see no proof of it. If you refer to a company purchasing a wire and chalking that up to a "pruchased" media pump then all I can do is look down at the ground and shake my head.
Ok... I'll play. So I did my DD and while doing it I came across Hamza Thindal and their private placement into the company. I did my DD on Hamza Thindal and they are a legit firm. I further spoke with some intelligent people about that firm and their private placement and the significance of it. I still fail to see anything factual from you. Seems like all hypothetical gut feelings without any real investigative data to back it up.

"the business is something else i have issues with.... i dont think theyll ever have anything other than a prototype... and they bought media attention knowing this...."
This must be based on a gut feeling? It isn't like we have a bunch of missed target dates for a prototype. Why do you feel this way? What will your feelings be if they have a working demo at the expo on 4/20 and what will you think when they submit the beta into 3rd party testing?
What media attention did they "purchase"? Is this a factual statement? I was under the impression that they have been doing very little media pumping through media exposure purchases. It seems that their media exposure has been pretty natural. The media being legitimately fascinated by the developing technology.
The guy has expenses. The guy has a life. Who knows what the money is needed for? Point is Coin is correct. This is a moot point when you compare all the other data. The company is on point, transparent, behavioral pattern has been solid. Although Escabar thanks for pointing out why you feel the way that you do. At the least you presented substance behind your interpretation. Why do you feel that these sales, small amounts from a large holding, are signs of a p&d? Is it illogical for shares to be sold in such a fashion? Why is this action such a cut and dry p&d maneuver. I just do not see it with the mountain of positive data beside it.
Thank you.
Thank you and I will. Thanks also Lucky for the links in the PM.
Thank you for the chart analysis. I am interested to learn how to read charts to this level. Any advisement on books and courses would be appreciated.
Do you have any valid reasons as to why you say it's a pnd? What DD has indicated this to you?
Yes that might be the difference. With the expo approaching all news might be saved for a couple days in advance of the expo or for the expo itself. This silence tells me there is somthing LARGE in the works.
I have not received the Torino Shares.
It is a residue detection device for field testing. To further clearify. It is called the xcat. It detects residue traces of narcotics, explosives...
I agree. 4/20/15 will be the start of the storm.
Well you failed to read my posts about Truth lighting and their 3 watt diode product that has already fallen behind the industry R&D. I am doing my DD are you? You know the company’s product line but have you really researched how the products correlate with the intended industry of lighting, water filtration, fertilizer? Have you looked at the other products, have you read grow forums to see which products are popular amongst growers? Have you found grower discussion about truth lighting? Do you know what the new led watt diode availability is now?
It is never enough to jsut know what the products are. Do you know how they are stacking up againse the existing products within the industry? I would say no you do not.
I think you are way off. People that do not have a position yet are here because they are interested in this sector and are looking at this company. They do DD and the DD doesn't translate into a buy but they see people talking this company up. This puzzles them so they poke and prod to get some Intel from the optimist longs. If you just arrived and keep seeing people wave this pro ERBB flag and your research findings are contrary to certain beliefs, you may challenge others also. It is human nature. People will pick sides. Look at the wars people have with Playstation vs. x box. People like to choose sides and convert others to their beliefs. Could there be some agenda people. Sure… but the bulk here are people that are testing the waters of general opinion to test their own thinking.
Well the device markings will give some insight. Electric devices usually get tested by a lab and marked UL, CE... For NA distribution we should see UL markings and for Europe we will see a CE mark. This can provide insight if this product is being prepared for europe distribution.
Depends what you are purchasing. Just like fine wine, people enjoy going to the person at the counter and learning from them about the strains. Holding, smelling, and observing the strain characteristics. The vending is good for edibles or a returning customer that knows the strain that they want. A quick reload. With cannabis, you will not get rid of the cannabis geek behind the counter. They are a troubleshooter. Not just a servant that a robotic arm can replace.
They purchased the second most expensive package. They have an excellent position.
They didn't overlook it. If they overlooked it then they would have Feds possibly giving them issue. They haven't activated the network so this means that they are aware IF this is the issue and not a technical one.
So this further paints an interesting picture. It seems that currently credit card purchases of cannabis goods are an issue for people. Most likely for the same reason why Zazzz can not be networked. Sending data transactions over a network through banking systems that span a multi state and or nation wide system becomes Federal territory and therfor falls under Federal litigation. AG may have planned getting around this with Bitcoin but I do not think they want to anger the Feds.
They said 18 shipping out. That doesn't mean they are operational or that they were going to be operating. We need to be factual and not read in to things. There plan may be to get the initial 18 out and or more and get them ready for when they can network the transactions. Until AG specifically states why they aren't operational it is anyone's educated guess. My feeling is that federal regulation is keeping them from transacting "network" interactivity.
I have a quesiton. When you go to a cafe, medical shop, can you make purchases with credit cards or is it cash purchases only? When purchasing cannabis goods?
Yes this is a solid guess. I suspect the device that will be available for blowing might be the larger and most accurate non mobile model. I believe I recal the development of a fixed location model in conjunction to the hand held road tester. However it plays out I am certain their showing will be what is needed to bring big money and lots of new investors on board. I think we will have a runaway freight train after the first show. The train will be coming into Chicago HOT!
Thank you. If this is the case then a real trigger exists for sending the sp north. A federal green light will be the catalyst for the zazzz network going live and most likely sending the sp to a new high. Until then it will be interesting to see how many machines they will have waiting.
With today's current federal laws in place, would it not be a felony offense to make transactions across state lines when selling cannabis? Could this be a reason that forces AG to keep the zazzz network "off" until federal regulation approves? If the machines are linked then it can be argued that the movement of funds through banking systems across state lines when conducting transactions of cannabis goods is encroachment upon federal regulations and liable under federal law. Just a thought. I look forward to opinion.
Nice observation. Pattern identification is huge in investing.
Honestly I am the sports fan within this game that die hards dislike. I jump onto the winning teams. If AG wins then I am on AG's side. You must understand. I am not against AG. I want AG to do great. I am pro MJ, I am pro AG. If I seem negative then it is only because I am reflecting the negative of AG. If all was positive then I would be licking my chops and singing AG's praises. I am a friggen high powered lens. I am simply observing and bringing forth a realistic eye. If this bothers some then to bad. This is only investigative reporting. There is no bias. I am all for competition. Give the big boys hell. I do not care.
What I am seeing is AG spreading themselves thin and providing products that could be good within onset but without continues R&D persistence, these products will fall behind. AG is attacking four sectors. Vending, lighting, fertilization, and water filtration. The stink of it is is that many companies only zero in on one of these sectors and drive R&D. AG is trying their hand at 4 massive arenas simultaneously from scratch. That is a massive undertaking.
I want to invest, make large chunks of cash but one must look at their investment with a scrupulous eye. I want to find positive. I am looking. Right now.... it’s tough to sing their praises. I will say that they are good marketers. I think American Green is a strong name and Zazzz is catchy. They got a great looking machine with great features on paper. The picture though only looks good on paper. Real world results to this point are not on target. Secondly their cryptic news releases do not help. There is a good amount to fix it seems. Perhaps they will turn it around. If so.... then great.
Damn these lights are already dated. So the new diodes used are 5 watts with 80,000+ hrs. lifespan. The diodes in this model have 3 watt diodes and are rated at 50,000 hrs. lifespan. New models also come with Built-in T8 fluorescent lights for UVB to boost crop potency. Honestly how will they compete with the big boys? How can they compete with a company like California Light Works whose products are pioneering the industry, better price point, made in California.
DD for Truth Lighting
Ok... so if anyone wants to read about truth lighting and what growers are saying about it. Go ahead and google "rollitup Truth Lighting LED Panels". The first organic result will take you to the forum page.
Certain things to keep in mind. Quality products will use Cree brand led diodes. Crap brands will use Chinese crappy diodes. The question is which diodes are inside Truth Lighting products?
Truth Lighting, is it UL, CE, or CSA certified?
For insurance purposes, building code.... A lot of times these certifications are needed. Sure some person running a grow op in his basement can throw up non certified Chinese grow lights but the big operations that are government approved have specifications. One of which is to use UL listed lighting. Canada needs CSA. Europe needs CE. The question stands. Has AG invested into these certifications? Let me tell you they are not cheap! Each model needs to be tested by a lab. ;)
Sure but bring one factual machine that is vending cannabis products. I agree if they are vending cannabis products. However they are not. At this time nothing separates AG from the pop and candy vending machines at this time. Until that sensor is working and the machines are pumping out cannabis products. It means nothing.
They are not vending their intended product if they are vending tic tacs. The whole point is to vend cannabis products. Otherwise people can buy a no name simple vending machine. What is the point of AG machine then? What are people even buying from that machine "all day" lol. Snickers bars?
Ok.... The M16 specs are listed below. In this review this guy is talking about t5 or metal halide lighting in comparison to switching to M16 specs which uses "LED" lighting. Find DD comparing apples to apples. Find people comparing LED to LED systems. Nice try but you have to do better. I will get you discussion about LED systems here soon buddy.
M16 Specs

That isn't called working. Their machine has very specific functions to bring in revenue under a certain business plan. Either the machine works as intended to create the revenue stream that is needed or it is a fail. It needs to have the functions that they claim. Otherwise it is no good.
Thanks for chiming in and sharing your thoughts about AG's quality product.
It is all the MM's fault! The Zazzz machines are pumping out goods, tons of lighting and water filtration sales.... Not even to mention the fertilizer and those vape pens.... Everyone has a Chinese knock off branded zazzz vape pen in their pocket or at least in that awesome eco rebranded zazzz zip case! However look at that sp fall. MM manipulation I tell you!
Seriously what is with the American Green Vape Pen? Are they for real? For one, that is a gen 1 design ego tank. It is like such a dated design. I would love to see how many units have been sold. How about the eco rebranded case. I really wonder if they really authentically rebranded that case or just stuck a zazzz sticker over eco logo... Who are they fooling?
So let me ask you. Are lighting system new? Have indoor grow cultivations just started to crop up? GE, Lithonia, Cree, Cooper lighting, Hydrofarm, Agroled, California Light Works... That was a boogers flick easy to list. If you do not call that competition then please define what you would call competition. One of the sectors that I deal with is lighting.
