Mase7, I'm sorry to say this (since you and I have a long history together) but you are a reckless knucklehead.
I see what you did there, you passive agressive little munchkin!
Do you have a position Adele or do you just care about "us"?
Oh I am locked and loaded. Unfortunately I'm averaged at .17 but I ain't skurred!
Not going to add anymore. At a $1 or $2, this is life-changing. Heck, it's underwear-changing at those levels.
Regards,
Mortimer
It's important not to have any regrets. It's also important to only invest what you can afford to lose.
And it was a great observation. That Markus is a little devil! Whenever he cuts the wrong way I grab his piece of paper out of his hands and turn it around then I hand it back to him.
Congrats for being mentioned at the bottom of it.
I'm still surprised that Gary never wrote one.
Anyway, this is exposure.
Well that's all plastic crap anyway.
Interesting. Not sure how I feel about this. But what does this have to do with yesterday's PR? The 2 are unrelated.
Chances of a reverse split? Probably likely, especially if they go after the uplist.
However they just recently did another dillution so we may have near 600 million shares on the table later this year.
So my best guess is a RS is over a year away. Nobody can give you percentages or tell you how all of this will play out. Not even me, and I'm the best.
Disclaimer: IMO, IMHO, JMO, JMHO
Regards,
Bernice
Yeah thought about that. Would be 11.6 w/ 600 million shares outstanding. RS is likely but unknown.
I was going to ask for a firm handshake that turns into an accidental hug but I didn't want to come across wrong.

Oh I think Mcap is wholly unimportant. Look at ONVO as an example. Look at some of the other 3d players.
If I had to guess, I'd say 500 million, but it depends on multiple factors.
$2 is about a 1.2 billion dollar Mcap.
Anyone's guess is as good as mine. Well it's most likely better than mine.

$975,000 for 2 systems is speculation. It can be read that way, but could also be read a few other ways as well.
"Sigma Labs expects to generate up to $975,000 in revenues during 2014 as the PrintRite3D® systems undergo test and evaluation. "
expects, up to, etc. This may just be normal langague they have to use but I guess we'll get more clarity on this when their financials come out.
Things are looking good however, I remain long.

Martin
They're also in bed with EWI and Michigan Tech, both award recipients as well:

I heard the earlier Metal3dx thing fell through but never got confirmation on that. That's the issue with MOUs. They can be fluff.
We'll see.
GL,
Joan
How do you know they're on the market?
21 accredited investors with an approximate 6 million shares a piece.
I'm not saying they'll be dumped or have been dumped. If you know that ths has already been done, I'd be interested in knowing how you know that.
Thanks,
Borris
I got some at .11 on the last dip.
Here's the thing Rocco, nobody can tell you which way it's going to go so I'm not going to advise you.
Most will say IMHO or JMHO blah blah blah.
When I say it'll go up, down or stay the same, I say it with some tongue and cheek.
Regards,
Steve
I guarantee 100% that one of those 3 scenarios will play out.
I can guarantee that one of the following will happen:
- it'll go up!
- it'll go down!
- it'll stay right where it is!
You're welcome.

You'll find JJ's response to a similar question asked by Phin.
Sans further details, I'm pretty OK with this:
"This funding enables us to add key scientific and engineering personnel, and provides the ability to service our customers on a large scale and execute our overall plans for increased expansion in 2014 and beyond."
Video was uploaded on November 11th. The show was from September 25th & the 26th.
Saying it was from mid November does make it a bit sweeter though.
Facts, gotta love 'em.

Jimbo
Some of them, yep. If next week comes and goes without incident, it'll finish the job and flush 'em all out. YMB is entertaining though since you can use salty language freely.
Other times we had positive news it got hit by a wall. Whether it was .19 or .14 or whatever. This is why it all still smells of MMs even on this uptrend.
But I am pretty ignorant so it's just a guess.
I'm indifferent to this whole thing as long as SGLB makes me rich.

Murray
The MM stuff should be illegal. All 30 board followers should sign this:

People hate paper losses. It's an emotional thing as well.
If this did walk back to however low it's going to go, it's tough to see past it when you're invested emotionally and monetarily.
Me? I'm a rock. Actually I'll be the first to fold.
Regars,
Irwin
I love porsche's posts too. However I think I'm going to buy him or her a keyboard with an enter key on it. Maybe I'll remove the comma and put it there. :)

This board only has 337 followers.
I'm sure YMB has more because, well, it's Yahoo!.
I noticed that too. And it was just from September which is also good news.
Mr. Morris was also wearing pants which is another positive sign.
This was a similar situation last time when 21 million traded hands and we wound up green on the day. I got skerred but I'm back in now at my original position.
Averaged at .17.
Regards,
Patrice
Well at least it's high volume!!! LOL! *ahem*
Reverse split before then? May be a good idea.
Cool, gltu. Just a heads-up, next week the lockup period is over on the 120 million shares sold for a penny last July so there could very well be some swings as well as loose hands. There have been several back and forths on what has and hasn't happened already.
All speculation (including this post).
If you're going to invest and are planning on being long, don't let the swings scare you off. It's a penny stock.
On iHub you'll find an overly positive sentiment when it comes to the stock. I have my slice in case things do in fact work out well.
Lastly only invest what you can afford to lose.
Best,
Coppersmith
I think MMs are still at work. It's way too coincidental when we end up gray on the day with good volume.
"Sigma Labs intends to use the net proceeds of the placement primarily in connection with its PrintRite3D® technology, 3D scanner technology, and high-productivity service bureau based production, and for working capital and general corporate purposes."
High-productivity service bureau. Nice.
It's OK news as long as they hire more and expand in the right way.
One of the things I have questioned in the past is how they do this with only 7 people?
Time will tell how they use this money.
I remain indifferent and being indifferent will either make me or break me.
It's a story either way.
Regards,
Kirsten
