Ubiquitech Software Corp (OTCMKTS:UBQU) has quickly become one of the most talked about and active cannabis names among penny stock investors. This comes as the company is about to change its name to HempLife Today, which describes itself as “focusing on the exciting and dynamic new thinking in the world today that recognizes the important health and life enriching enhancement that CBD Oil from the Hemp plant can bring. HempLife Today just launched a new Referral Program allows customers to easily refer others, earn free CBD products on every conversion, and tracks all of their referrals as well. The new and updated Referral Program is just one more platform that the Company has completed that will continue to generate new CannazALL™ customers without advertising expenses. The company encourages all current customers, shareholders, and others to take advantage of this new and improved Referral Program. CEO James Ballas said:

The company also announced this month that after five weeks of results the company’s first Direct Mail campaign exceeded all stated sales and awareness projections by more than 50%, and that Direct Mail will now become a permanent addition to the HempLife Today™ marketing strategies. Direct Mail will drop approximately every 4-6 weeks to the main consumer lists of HempLife Today™ as well as Subscriber lists that qualify for mailing.
In addition, the Company is now negotiating with other owners of demographic lists in the pain management and Nutraceutical space that the Company believes will have a profitable response rate to its CannazALL™ CBD products. Expanding Direct Mail to other demographic lists can become an additional profit center to the company and tests of these lists will start in 2017.
There’s also a new instant shipping system that will see orders of its popular CannazALL™ CBD products shipped same day or within 24 hours based on the time of day the order is placed. With this new instant shipping system the internal company data shows this will result in up to a 20% increase in new and repeat orders. With the new Rapid Ship order processing system customer orders will be shipped within 6-24 hours depending on the time of day the order is shipped. In addition, all packages are sent via US Postal Service Priority Mail with 1-3 days delivery at no charge to the consumer. With the Rapid Ship system the company expects to be able to have product in the hands of customers within 3-4 days from the date of order.

Yes! Importantly, unless there is a huge surprise we're golden.
Shareholders constitute a great asset for a company and must be protected! We're a no brainer candidate for a buy-out. What a cheap entre in to this industry segment even @$10,000,000 or more purchase price.

After many weeks of finishing up our reorganization, now with one mission under HempLifeToday we have completed what is required to submit to Finra for our name and symbol change. We submitted this today. In most circumstances Finra completes this process in less than (3) three weeks and it will be posted on their site. We will affect that change just as soon as it’s available.
Business results are just excellent with October being the highest net sales month in our entire history while with several days still left in November, our pace is ahead of October results. Our 4th quarter ends on November 30, 2016 and we can state to you that the results appear to compare favorably to our 4th quarter in 2015 which has been the highest revenue results quarter in the company’s history.
Our marketing initiatives continue to overachieve our anticipated results. For instance, we’ve added 15,000 more persons to our data base while more than 5,000 new customers have ordered, just in (2) months. We now have _______customers who’ve ordered from us while our data base of potential new clients is now________. During this quarter we’ve depleted our inventory in some products because of demand whereas we did have a mechanical issue with one of our important machines that caused a disruption in supply, however that problem was remedied. Current valuation is = to the booked revenue for 4Q 2015! 94.7mil O/S times 0.0135 = $1,278,450 vs $1,227,000. Management you can communicate better than this, can't you?
If you just came to the party, this would be a long shot that's exciting! If you've casually followed this stock for several years, this becomes a wake-up call. If you're a company who understands that "maybe" you're violating their IP, you'll have another comprehensive internal review! If you're an investor, especially a new one to this company who cherishes a "play"; this is an unusually attractive potential return that is off the chart especially since it could all go down in 3 months! Needs more news here shortly to hold momentum but it's got my juices flowing!!!
Transparent communication regarding results or measurable progress! What remains to be done on name/symbol change and specifically when it should be completed (date) and announced? Are our current goals the ones you set out in January, 2016 or are there specifically new ones?
You're working harder for shareholders via real communications to-date than currently by the company. Thanks and wouldn't this report be even greater if it were updated.
Don't announce it, then tout it if you can't deliver. However they seem to be doing a lot of great things! Management probably needs to grow into their role of running a small but public company.

We attained $1,277,000 in revenue in 4Q 2015! That's an enormously successful qtr. to compare. Coming off our last qtr of 900,000 I suppose it's possible?

You're our rock so hang in there! Assuming that results are as seems, management will need to communicate them or their direction in a clearer, more tangible way. You/we are guessing a lot in lieu of knowing! We state it in a positive way but underneath I wonder "why" there isn't greater clarity?
On name & symbol change my request is simple: "have you completed and submitted a formal request to FINRA"; if so when was it submitted?

2015 annual report was released on February 12, 2016. I would expect about the same timing for 2016. Expect 4Q in January.
4Q 2016 will see excellent revenue growth over 3Q 2016 and we all know it! Whether 2017 that actually begins in 16 days yields us $8-$10 million or higher in revenue, what kind of valuation might that yield? $1.7 million valuation today is almost laughable in a sector projected @59% growth over the next several years!
Estimate revenue growth for this 4Q versus 3Q 2016; do you think 50%? Qtr ends in 2 weeks. I need to think results.

The Sep announcement stated "Beta Test" in October for roll-out in November to HempLife site visitors who have not purchased previously. You beta test to learn something (always)! As a result of the beta test they refined the program!

My order came via priority mail, hence in the $5.00 range I believe for their shipping cost. My guess is they said after some thought that if they sent out 10,000 orders that would cost $50,000 "cash" to do. Respect your decision but a likely smart "change". The customer experience for $9.95 landed cost for 6 capsules has to be superb. We just want them/us to get as judiciously as possible to 100,000 customers. That would be truly AWESOME, don't you think?
You're right! Despite the announced "change" stutter It is still significantly undervalued from what I can see.
I read that generic "statement", however I missed the explanation! I'm keeping my share position but NOT because I've learned anything about the change; we do know that the change process has not been well managed or if so poorly communicated.

They stated $3.5 million in revenue for 2015 and I agree the revenue for 2016 that "ends" in 30 days will be higher. They anticipated $10-$12 million in revenue for 2016 (in their Jan 13, 2016 release), therefore instead of saying they "missed it entirely" if they/we can attain for "2017" what was anticipated for 2016, we're excellent.
I'm waiting to buy more and I don't need to buy more at some so called bottom, rather I'd like to buy more when they let us know what they've accomplished versus what they've expressed! At that moment you/me/others will have "more" reason to acquire more.
They need to look at what they've said and become empirical with where we are.....DON'T YOU WANT TO SEE THIS....
Management is in control of the share value! There are enough of us here/friends to likely drive this to above $.10 this week. Without saying it, we need "more" confidence in their delivering what they promised on January 13, 2016! They emphasized certain things and they've delivered more product that a broken machine indicates "huge" demand, but is it HUGE? How specifically are the new products and initiatives progressing...how many customers do we have today at the end of October?
They seem to be a hard working "new" team but their latest released information did NOT provide specific guidance as in the case of the name/symbol change. In fact "I' am more concerned about the name/symbol change than previous to their latest press release.
I've seen some of our board members especially "e" who express where he thinks we are in a much more succinct way than they do.....
