LP I will get that done. My guess was the director got a sign on bonus or maybe some shares to cover some costs such as transportation to a meeting or something.
Chris From your link to the All things Organic" show. Looks like they have millions or reasons to want that organic certification by May 5th
“All Things Organic was one of best shows we've ever done. We saw better buyers at this show than at any other event in the natural/organic arena. We made more solid contacts in one day at ATO than we usually see over three days at other shows. And, on the last day, when we thought it would slow down, we met with 3 of the largest mass market chains in the US with whom we are now writing orders.”

Bobwins, Hope your having fun and we do want to see those hot pics as long as you didn't get them from the tables.
LP, apparently you and I were on the same wave length today in regards to the share structure. I called the IR department to find what I could. Dan was more in the dark than we are here. All they have are what’s in the Pr’s and they aren’t having regular contact with the company. I asked about the share structure and was given OS 22 Mil and float at 12k but he got that off Yahoo. I got the number of the IR company and tried to call them today. The message was that they were busy and to call back. I couldn’t even leave a message. I will try and call back and report back if I get any thing.
Has any one spoken with Gemma as to when we might get a follow up PR with with more progress?
PatD100 5 million for "06" is great but the future looks much brighter. With the demand on the organics, if they get the Organic's certified and sell a little e-water, 5 million in sales will go up 10 fold in a hurry.
With the purchase of Garden Beverage, they are going to gain credibility with the industry as well.
.007 x .008 Its holding on real news!!!
I guess they were telling me the truth!!
AUN should get a bump on this piece. Plenty of catalysts here and projections are based on todays silver price.

Silver Producer's Growth Profile Supports Continued Multi-Bagger Upside
By David J. DesLauriers

TORONTO (ResourceInvestor.com) -- Your correspondent has thrice covered Aurcana Corp. [TSXv:AUN] in the past year, and each time the story has improved. AUN closed today at C$1.94.
Our first coverage came at PDAC in March 2006, when AUN shares were changing hands for just 25 cents. This was followed up by renewed coverage in late-May (at 50 cents) and late-November (at 75 cents) of last year updating investors as the story improved. On each occasion we spelled out our belief that Aurcana was a multi-bagger situation, which was destined to trade at a few dollars per share (readers can follow the above links to review past stories as good background on the company).
With Aurcana now officially producing concentrates, something which investors have been waiting for, we were of the mind that this would be an excellent time to update the situation as the story has only continued to improve since our last piece in November. Indeed, the company’s activities since then have us believing more than ever that this is a multi-bagger, even from current prices. The main news items and ongoing driving catalysts are listed below under their respective headings, in no particular order.
Move to Own 100% of La Negra
We believe that in the next few months Aurcana will announce a deal to acquire the outstanding 20% of La Negra that they do not already own. This will be a share deal, but it will be immensely accretive in terms of the amount of shares that need to be issued versus the added cash flow and NAV. This will boost cash flow per share numbers.
Doubling of Production at La Negra in Late 2008
With the money which the company has raised, Aurcana will significantly boost reserves, and our understanding is that La Negra can be brought to 2,000 tonnes per day production levels out of cash flows. We believe that this can be achieved by late 2008, doubling cash flow per share, as output doubles.
Acquisition of Rosario Should See Mid-2008 Production
Aurcana’s fabulous Mexican relationships resulted in the acquisition of the Rosario project which we think could add something in the range of 15 cents per share (at current commodity prices) to Aurcana’s cash flows, starting in mid-2008. This can be done without any further dilution.
Money for Drilling Means Hot Holes, Longer Reserve Life
Cash flow is particularly important to your correspondent and many Aurcana investors. The reality of the market however, is that great drill results drive share prices as much as monetizing of rock. With a large financing now completed, we believe that AUN will be able to hit big grades at La Negra and Rosario, which will translate into big share price upside as numbers are released.
Equally important, Aurcana’s financing will allow the company to boost reserves at both La Negra and Rosario through the drill bit, increasing mine lives and resulting in mine plans that call for greater throughput, and thus greater cash flow.
New Acquisition in the Offing
Knowing Aurcana’s management team and their excellent relationships in Mexico, we believe that in the next few months AUN could announce another property acquisition which could rival La Negra and Rosario. In other words, tonnage in place, infrastructure in place, restart operation to produce cash flow within 12-18 months. Should this comes to pass, Aurcana would have 3 producing mines by 2009, producing what we believe could be as much as $100 million in annual cash flow.
Conclusion
Aurcana management has done an excellent job, and particular kudos are due to their outstanding Mexican relationships of which we understand many other juniors operating in that country are considerably envious.
In sum, we believe that La Negra will be 100% owned, and will be expanded, Rosario will come online, a new mine will be acquired, reserves will grow, and drilling will yield consistent hot news flow. Given this, we see considerable catalysts leading to a higher share price in the next couple of months, and even more in the long term.
Indeed, the combination of the above could result in C$1 per share in cash flow for 2009 at current commodity prices, and, we believe, a 24-month share price target of anywhere between C$6-C$10.
Aurcana has already delivered multi-bagger returns to those who follow your correspondent’s work, but it is our belief that AUN, now on the institutional radar screen, is a blue-chip junior with great people and great properties to tuck away, because it is fairly low-risk and predictable, yet still can deliver exciting multi-bagger returns.
otter Dont worry. I just called the company. I was told they are writing a PR right now so they couldn't to the phone.
Hurray, its finally here and we should see it in 2 weeks or less, so no one worry.
Not joking, I did call.
cl001 I listened and those posts carried alot of weight! The juniors are having another great day.
Bobwins, TRGD, Have you heard any updates as to when there may be progress on getting progress on the 05 and 06 filings public? Seems its going to languish until there's progress on that front.
LP My apologies. I was speaking of the slow leaking of PR'ed news and the other things like the pic of the company at the China Pharma conference and the other tid bits picked up by posters of this board esp AXMP who brought us info from sources other than the USA that was not in the main stream PR system.
Having said all that, we still don't know whats going on.
NYC He has today. I just hope their smart enough to get the message. Certainly their recent reputation has not been one to respect. Get me some credibility or real news and I'll be the biggest company cheer leader.
Pharmaceutical industry performance roundup for 2006 - sales growth up but profit growth down...
Shanghai. March 20. INTERFAX-CHINA - China's pharmaceutical industry maintained steady growth in production, sales and exports last year, but suffered a significant drop in profit growth, according to an analysis by the National Development and Reform Commission released today.
Last year, the industrial value of the pharmaceutical industry hit RMB 553.69 billion ($71.54 billion), up 18.43 percent from 2005. The sales value of the industry was RMB 526.78 billion ($68.06 billion), representing an annual growth rate of 19.41 percent. The average production to sales ratio reached 95.14 percent, about 0.78 percent higher than the year earlier. Every sector in the pharmaceutical industry enjoyed higher production to sales ratios last year except for the medical device manufacturing sector, which dipped slightly by 1.8 percent.
China's pharmaceutical export value last year hit RMB 67.06 billion ($9.66 billion), up 25.51 percent. Active pharmaceutical ingredient exports and medical device exports still remain the main contributors to the industry's total export value. Their export values of RMB 29.78 billion ($3.85 billion) and RMB 15.46 ($2.00 billion) both surged 17.16 percent and 43.16 percent respectively.
Chemical and biological products, finished TCM and chemical preparations achieved export values of RMB 6.78 billion ($875.77 million), RMB 2.96 billion ($382.97 million) and RMB 5.89 billion ($760.90 million), up 30.61 percent, 22.6 percent and 16.34 percent respectively.
Last year, total profits of the pharmaceutical industry were RMB 41.3 billion ($5.34 billion), up only 11.1 percent, the lowest growth rate China has seen. There were about 1,368 companies, which account for 22.62 percent of the industry that reported losses last year. The total losses of these companies reached RMB 4.46 billion ($576.65 million), which represents a growth of 27.37 percent.
The drop in industry profits is one of the biggest challenges that the pharmaceutical industry is facing, according to the NDRC's analysis. The fall in profits was mainly caused by factors such as higher costs, the suspension of production due to environmental factors and the rounds of price cuts initiated by the government.
With the promotion of the New Rural Cooperative Health Care System this year which forms part of China's health reform, the NDRC estimates that production and sales of the industry will grow by 18 percent.
However, the industry as a whole will still have overcome large changes that are part of the country's ongoing health reform. Industry resources will be concentrated in advanced enterprises and the central government's series of policies will impact the operation of pharmaceutical companies in every process from R & D, to production, to sales.

Count me in on the optimism. For me, its the fact that they have not diluted this down to .001 like other scams. I think Madam Wang has a degree of pride and is just rebuilding from the fiascal they just went through.
The news leaks have been telling of a future life for the company and we know one PR can pop this to 1.50 in a day.
We all know Screamer speaks the truth. Bob and Gemma better be listening, because if we're getting the same 2 week calendar that we're used to yet again, but this time through Gemma, than their credibility has slipped down another couple notches and they are not to be believed and I’m not talking about Mr Screamer. I hope the company knows we’re all here just looking for one reason to get behind and trust them to grow the company and make this turn out well for everyone.
Screamer Where's the news?
nosleep, Took you up on the AUN briefing and after some quick DD took a starter position around noon. Looks like eminent near term production and CF from LeNegra with growth on the way w/Rosario. The company has been on time and on budget with the La Negra deal. I’m banking they’ll get the initial 432 K and execute the option on the Rosario property with historical production of 600 tonnes per day as soon as they get LeNegra CF. The other 2.75 Mil will be financed over 2 years.
I probably will add on weakness.
Thanks for all the excellent work from the members (esp BW and CL001)of this board. I'm new to the sector but I've learned a lot in the last month and will thank you again when I make some money here ;) If I post in err on anything, slap me around a little and get me on the right path.
Pondering the potential news. It seems at first, without knowing the details that if the garden deal is closed and is 100% owned by Rushnet, than there is a certain amount of credibility attached to that deal. How could they do it if there was not the means? Why would they do it if it was not good for the company and the personal shares Mr Corr owns? Why would Garden finance (assumed) the deal if they did not believe that Rushnet would make good on the commitments of the contract (assumed). Maybe Mr Corr waited until there was significant proof that he would be able to take advantage of owning Garden, meaning, maybe they now have a blockbuster product that he knows will be a hit based on contracts and agreements already formed.
Definitely an intriguing time to ponder Rushnet. Possibly this is the beginning many of us have been waiting for. It would be icing on the cake to find out that recent financing was for the down payment cash to get the deal through and not to line someone’s pockets or to be overhead cash for a fizzling company.
On the other hand, quite possibly, we have been stroked again!!
This post is by no means considered a reason to buy shares or for that fact to be considered serious. Speculative guess work at best.
J Sim Downloaded FF session manager and it works great. Thanks!!
Hope they are smate enough to give us some details of the deal and what it will mean to Rushnet.
Screamer, I've personally heard the tomorrow story a few times myself and didn't see anything. We'll see what kind of credibility Gemma has.
My gut tells me they wouldn't stroke the PR firm. LOL
bigpike Thanks I found the currency converter
I moved out of this POS today and was lucky to move some out earlier. No Gold was the reason. No patience for a shell play
Thanks Bobwins. I forgot to mention I got a friend into Goro around the 2.90 mark, probable after reading a few of the posts here.
Dont see the drop down. Do I need to be logged in?
Also How am I doing on my choices? I've done quite a bit of DD on the companies, products and the resources but only for the last few weeks. Any positive or negative info would be great. Are their any other must have companies you guys would recommend as core holdings in this sector? Taking a good look at ILI with their future in the flexible pipes and probably going to add to LBE as it seems like a safe bet to move north after the new mine in July. After I get a foot here, I'll look at a few of the more speculative long termer's.
Again thanks
I've been spending quite a few hours getting up to speed here and am quite fascinated with the past, present and future outlook at the Junior Minors. I have taken positions in trgd, lbe and fni the last couple weeks. Looking at Capstone and Crowflight and Blue Pearl for their future production as well. I'm using ameritrade to buy the pinks but have to call in to get the current quotes. I'm assuming Stockhouse is 20 minutes delayed. Can I take the stockhouse quote and multiply it by a factor to get a rough US equivalent or is their a site tio help me with the US bid ask info.
Any help here would be appreciated.
arnie70 Thanks for that warning on EFR
That was ugly. Bargain shopppers coming in or is it the MM's scooping these up.
kickask Thanks, I'm at work and just blew through it.
Wow, Just saw this. I'm surprised as well. First thoughts are still , what about Golds reputation? Why the message on website ?
Purely speculative but, could they shock us with the new reverse merger plans for a new deal they've been working on? Surly Gold has an plan for this vehicle right??????

alfa76, Not a worry at all. They said in 2 weeks, so we should be all set.
LMAO Sorry, just referencing your previous post.
The New Kalahari Grand 0pening!!
JohnIraq, I feel exactly as you. I’m here for the turn around and always have been. It’s been brutal as I’ve been here for awhile. Luckily I’ve been able to average down very low. I’ve learned that this company doesn’t do anything fast and they aren’t going to put out a PR just to make us happy. Assuming they have a deal, there is probably a lot they couldn’t do until the deal was signed. They are probably ironing out the details and buried with getting things ready for the roll out of the new company and direction. Knowing how Tannous operates I’m guessing they’ll get some details ironed out and come to us with the results of the acquisition and the details of the forward direction. The last thing they want to do is give us a half azz plan and than not be able to do it or have to change it. I’ve said this before, IR has emphasized to me a few times, that they are in the business of doing first and than reporting what they have done to the investors after. Their not happy about the past and are going from over promising and under delivering to just delivering. I’m imagining that when Tannous and Gold think about the investors they are thinking about making us happy, I really do. There probably thinking hang tight, it will all be worth it.
Hope everyone has a great holiday weekend
Checkmate28
Pondering again. Why would they spend any time or money on the site if there was not something to put on there. Shute, the site sat dead for the last 6 months. Something is brewing.
As an outside idea, what if there was a backup plan to the Kalahari deal?
I still believe the Kalahari deal has closed. JMHO
Exactly John and my experience is that HESG mgt has never been in a hurry to announce anything this past year. There was a time when they announced things to early that did not transplre and I know they were embarrased as the PPS fell from 1.50 down to theses levels. Managment has learned to wait untill things are done and ready before sending the news and your right the last thing their worried about is todays PPS. .
Yes CashFreeze 6 figures of cash got added to my Ameritrade account! :)
